Our first time visiting the Plano location. We had lunch for a friend's birthday. Great place for people of different ages to get together. They have something for everyone. I really like the build your own. The different patty options are great. One in our group got a salad, and it looked awesome. She said it was very good.

Stopped by this location with my son and we where amazed at just how cool the place looked and felt. The upstairs area has 2 claw machines and an arcade game!! The food here was top notch. The staff where super friendly. Definitely a great spot to check out. They have a PIZZA OVEN!!!

We were invited for a Surprise 16th Birthday Party for our Grandson. It was a real cool place to have it. They accommodated our needs for a large party. The food was good and the staff was friendly. I'm a huge pickle lover and I was excited to see their large barrels of different type of pickles. I tried them all and they were so delicious. I will be going back!

First time at twisted root. Very cool place. Burger was on point. I have the Gosh Jam it burger. If you like goat cheese and jam on your burger, definitely worth a try. Cheese fries were great, not soggy, nor overly dry, just perfect. Kids enjoyed their meal, and all different flavors of pickles. We will be back.

Hamburger was really good. The salad had way too much lettuce and not enough of the other toppings. Onion rings delicious 😋. Pickles, The best. Hot dill and spicy sweet.

We enjoyed this spot! The burgers taste amazing. Our fries were a little overcooked, they were essentially chips, but we loved the pickle barrels and atmosphere enough to try it again!

If you’re craving a great burger, Twisted Root Burger Company is the place to go! I tried the Western burger, and it was amazing—packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The fries were just as good, and well-seasoned, making for the perfect side. The draft beer selection is fantastic. They also have some unique touches like homemade ketchup, mustard, and a variety of pickles, which added a fun and tasty twist. However, I was a bit disappointed with the Old Fashioned I ordered. As usually I had to order one. The bartender had to look up the recipe online, which was surprising since this drink should be a staple at any bar. It was on their menu as a signature cocktail. While the flavor wasn’t bad, I’d have preferred one large ice cube instead of the many small ones they used, was overly sweet and not sure it was Jack Daniel’s single barrel as advertised. If the drink was on point it could have been 5 stars. That said, the burgers and fries are definitely worth coming back for. Next time, I’ll probably stick to a draft beer instead of a mixed drink. This is a great spot to enjoy a meal and catch a game.

As a local Texan I decided to spend my Monday night after a hard day of work to go to Twisted Root! The burger was amazing, the meat was cooked perfectly medium, the fried onion strings and jalapeños really complemented each other, I did wish the bun was toasted some more. The twisted fries were mid the cheese was drippy and I like my cheese drippy. The shakes were alright. Now time for the best part , THE PICKLES best pickles I’ve had in my life the marination in the pickles were just exquisite. But yeah great place.

Love the outdoor/indoor spaces! I ordered the Gosh Jam It because I love goat cheese on a burger. The burger wasn’t bad but it just didn’t have as much flavor as it should have. The fries were great and I love the endless servings of marinated pickles! Will go back to try other burgers.

Ive been a fan of Twisted Root for a long time...maybe too long at this point because having visited their original location and several others...this was kind of a disappointing experience. I went with my partner and I ordered a burger, he ordered their chicken tenders and the disco fries as a side. Straight up, these were the tiniest chicken tenders I've ever seen served in a restaurant...we noticed that the menu had a section for chicken and he ordered off that, but maybe the server thought he was ordering the kids menu tenders? Youd think the server would ask. Idk either way, wow. Then, I had hyped up the fact that Twisted Root makes really good Root beer only to find that they didnt have it at all at the soda fountain. Odd. The food was fine but $50 for a burger (no fries on the side) and teeny tenders with disco fries...3 items. Thats a lot for 3 things. Just kinda makes me sad to see TR become something like this. Think ill stick to the og location.

Ordered a vanilla shake and fries. The shake was 90% air. It was like trying to drink cool whip. 0 stars for that. The fries were seasoned pretty well but most of them were limp.
