Love the cowboy 🤠 style Arby's sign! We just get plain ones in Fl.! Lol great food!

Ordered a regular sized roast beef deluxe ( mayo, lettuce, tomato), cheddar fries and a drink. The sandwich was hot and the fries had a lot of cheese which was excellent. The atmosphere was less than optimum. Two female employees got into a physical fight and several others got involved with shouting and cussing. It moved from one location to another inside the restaurant.

The experience was unpleasant and unwelcoming, but the food was excellent. However, the Sprite seemed to be dispensing syrup instead of the proper mix—so be prepared for a sugar rush. Overall, the atmosphere felt like that moment when your girlfriend leaves you for someone else—disappointing and bitter despite the sweetness.

The cashier in the drive-thru was not paying attention 😒 to my ordering. My drink order was incorrect; again, she didn't pay attention. She told me I asked for ice... I never drink with ice. She went and got the manager and told him I ordered ice. Honestly, it was not that important. She only had to pour out the ice. When I pulled the food out of the bag, one tray had dirt and grease in the tray, and to add insult to injury, she gave me a fork and spoon to cut my potato. When I went back to the window, she walked away. The manager returned and I asked him "Would you eat this?" He said, weelllll....did you want me to make another one?" 🙄🙄🙄🤔 Let's just say there will be no repeat visitation.

I had a coupon for chicken sandwich meal. I asked if I could get spinach instead of fries. (They had said yes the time before, but too late as I had already ordered.) This time it was a resounding NO. They did not even offer me a chance to pay a bit more for spinach. I don't like fries but do like the sandwich. And spinach is so much healthier. They charge the same for the medium fries and spinach, so ehy not?. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service is sad to me.

Asked for arby sauce, after receiving order, asked on the pick up, cashier said . Did u ask for, then you got. Got home NO ARBY SAUCE. 2cd time this has happen. You just LOST a customer.

Shouldnt make people in drive -thru go to parking lot to wait for food so that the restaurant can scam their own system to think the restaurant is running efficiently! Bad !

Tonight I ordered a French dip and there was no dip in the bag. On my prior visit last week they charged me for a classic roast beef sandwich, but it also wasn't in the bag.

The lady was really nice. We get home and food was just ok and not 100% correct. But look at the mash potatoes as the side. Um, disgusting, they went straight in the trash. They should look at the food they are giving you and ask themselves, would I eat this? Wasted my $$ that night.

Feb 2019: Arby’s new motto should be “we make it wrong” There was a long black hair in my buffalo chicken sandwich. I have short blonde hair. The sandwich was cold and swimming in sauce. The chicken was about 30% smaller than the advertisement. No apology when I returned it. A tall bald managerial looking guy just stood there. 10/10 Will not return to this or any other Arby’s Summer 2018 I came back to try the French Dip Good service Room temp thinly sliced roast “beast” Cold white American “Swiss” Miracle-whip-sweet mayo (I know it shouldn’t be there but thought I’d try it) Fine enough au jus Okay bun 10/10 Won’t order this again I have filled out their feedback form several times but never received a response.
