Last night there were so many customers! I think they need more people to work to not overwhelm the only staff working. But the 2 workers I think the name was Rayan and Brandon, they handled it well and my drink came out perfectly, they looked very stressed which is understandable, I think you guys need to put more people to work, it Sharetea seems so busy recently! I ordered a Peach Iceblended, most delicious drink ever!

First time at Shea Tea and I loved it! My drink was perfect and was so fresh. Rayaan took my order and provided amazing customer service..he really made the visit special. Great vibes and quick service. I’ll definitely be back!

The milk tea was not my favorite in my opinion, but the atmosphere was really nice and comfortable. The service was good, and the place is very big, perfect for studying or hanging out for a long time.

I feel like employees were new working and weren’t sure about the drinks recipe which took more time. The drink itself was fine overall, but definitely not worth the long wait. I won’t be coming back—there are plenty of other boba spots that make drinks quickly and actually value their customers’ time.

Owners really needs to pay attention to this location. Needs to provide better training and management. The tea quality is great but no consistency.

Management has either changed, or all the employees are new. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The people who work at this location do not know how to make drinks. My mom ordered a drink here and it needed to be remade twice. Still doesn’t taste like anything. Literally like drinking water. After spending almost $8 on a drink, you expect a satisfying drink, and it’s very disappointing when what you get tastes like water!! Will not be coming back to this location again. Very disappointed.

I don’t know the name of the boy, but he works night shifts (until 10pm/closing time) on sundays. he was with his friend but the one with curly hair took my order. he was giving me an attitude, treating me like i had no clue what i was doing, and didn’t give good customer service.
