I don't eat Burger King too often. I like their food well enough, but this location is a bit slow. I'd probably come more often if the service was a little quicker. I needed something quick on my way to work, but the wait was long enough that I was late to work. My goto at the 'other' place is a simple value burger or two. However, when I get them here the buns tend to be dry and burgers overcooked. I do love a good Whopper, though!

My family and I go to Burger King and eat in, and never have a problem with the food. But this time we wanted to eat home so we got it to go. All 4 of my sandwiches had old tomatoes, and old lettuce. Brown old lettuce!!! And the tomatoes were not fresh!!! Disgusting. My fries were not fresh, they were soggy. Over all disappointing and not satisfied. The GM need to maybe check on crew members. And check dates on lettuce and tomatoes.

Food wasn't hot, fries were so under seasoned, and over cooked, the new "how to train your dragon burger wasn't even spicy as described...very much a let down

Ordered 4 bacon, egg, cheese croissant’wich Received 4 bacon, egg, cheese biscuits. Customer service from the (drive thru) lady sucked—entitlement is how I would describe her body language and interaction. As I was paying, I even clarified croissant’wich when she asked what I ordered. I hope she does better.

Tried this location again. I can say that they are consistent! At least one item has been unacceptable in each order. This time I tried the French bread sticks, and I must have checked "refry and serve extra greasy" without knowing it. Now I know why there's never a line when I show up to pickup a breakfast order. -- One of two breakfast sandwiches was awful. The biscuit must have been prepared a day or two ahead, then warmed up. Add to that the salty service. No greeting, thank you - nothing!

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, finally got to the window and didn't get any sort of apology. Came inside another day, waited over 25 minutes for food. BBQ sauce wasn't even filled half way. They don't always have bad service. It's 50/50 if you're going to receive good service or bad.

Ridgecrest ...old bread .and the manger is SHADY.but SJ.got full time hours + more $ per hr.so thanks but no thanks for ya 2 hr shifts and unstable schedule .Only gave more time to find a better job.THANKS.

This place is a complete disgusting joke! The employees INCLUDING THE MANAGER use profanity with no regard for the customers, including young children. While we were there we witnessed the employees giving some homeless large cups and allowing them to just sit inside loitering, (we witness what we counted 5 cups then just stopped counting) while the paying customers have to deal with the stench and disgusting habits. A hopeless man came and sat in a booth behind our family and he was scratching his scalp and stuff was falling off his head, I made eye contact with the manager and she just ignored it instead of asking the man to kindly leave because it was making us as well as the other paying customers extremely uncomfortable! There's more to add, but why if the owners clearly don't care how their restaurant is run. VERY UNEXCEPTIONABLE FOR ANY RESTAURANT!

Have it your way??? Are you kidding??? Don't order anything heavy, or extra you will be charged 50. for onions, ketchup, mustard...each!!! And they didn't even get the order right... that's not "my" way. You jerks!

My husband and I went in drive throw around 1'ish witch would be normal lunch rush times. My husband and I both worked for fast food and big biz like Walmart and Amazons etc. we asked for 8peace nugget for are son two times in matter minutes they gave us not only cold but rubbery witch means microwaved then cooled again nuggets. I had personal have my husband drive around out drive through just walk in after getting two bags bad nugs for my son just ask for better ones and manager didn't even tell her crew drop new ones tell I went in. We would never even complain first time if they were it lest microwave warm. And all manager had say was we need make sure say fresh next time. I explained I don't mind doing that but it's still wrong for food be going bad and be handed out to customers and two very kind employees came me stating how sorry they were that they were just doing what manager said. I stated that's fine but as cook and cashier you represent your company so if you no your self food is bad you need so what is right and make sure fifo is taking place so no one gets sick and not only listen your manager. Right after I see him go back kitchen start changing out food and dropping new im not surprised ppl get worried about there jobs that they don't want do what is right be going against there management for food safety. Someone really needs look in this for there was another family that came in loby wall I was there ordered nuggets and would gotten bad ones if I did not go in for that third time in person if they are truly that short handed my husband is more willing help them out to help keep people safe.

The food is good but me and my daughter went there after school because she was hungry and we ordered two whopper meals. We were happy and everything but until I saw my whopper I had no cheese and I specifically said no cheese on one of them because my daughter doesn’t like cheese. I do though, when we went back to get my order with cheese they did not give another whopper all I got was attitude from one of the employees. She gave me so much attitude she even said I wasn’t allowed back there because I was “overreacting”. This is terrible, horrible service. The cashier that attended us was very kind, but the other employee which I’m guessing was the manager was so disrespectful, and ignorant with us. She was auguring saying that I never said anything about no cheese on one of them even though I did. I hate this place super bad horrible service never again. The employees are only working for a check even though the owner is the one that established this Burger King. Note if you ever go there don’t expect a lot.

You never get what you order here . If the workers weren't busy talking about who's pregnant and who's not, maybe they could get people orders right. When you spend your money you would expect to get what you order and not what they decide to give you.
