I've been bamboozled by KFC's commericals in the past over the years. The BF and I have both said that it just isn't wasn't the same anymore as when we were kids. I moved into this area a little over a year ago. There's another KFC that's close. But this is the one that I will go to moving forward. Came here after seeing a commercial for the 2 for $6 deals. I went inside to order. Colonel chicken sandwiches, a famous bowl, and a chicken pot pie. Also a rootbeer float and fountain drink. This is important because I also want to talk about them still keeping their cups refrigerated. What a good touch!! Anyways. I was greeted as I walked in by the mgr who was working drivethrough. And a cute little thing popped her head around the wall and helped me right away. My order was fast and correct. I brought the food home and we sampled a little bit of everything. The chicken sandwiches are probably the best fast food sandwiches I've ever had. The famous bowls have me sold (I'm not into corn but they are tasty), and the pot pies!!! So good! I am a firm believer in service. I believe that we have to start somewhere. We need to learn kindness again. Why aren't we learning at fastfood restaurants? We've all learned how to work at one at one point or another. I'm glad that KFC (or this one, anyways) is on their service game. If we can just start simple...it will bleed into other aspects of our lives. Right? Anyways - so good. clean.fast.friendly.yummy. Five stars! (ps: second time, i didn't get acknowledged for maybe 2 minutes after standing at the counter. not okay. but service was great once it started!)

This Kentucky fried chicken is conveniently located for residence in the real Linda North Highlands area. Like other KFC’s it is an A&W / KFC restaurant combo. The people here are very nice and the food is good. We stop here in the afternoon to take a break and get an ice cream cone. They make the cones really tall. Plenty of seating and the parking lot is large. The drive through is quick and efficient.

I'm not sure if I'm spelling this person's name right, but Christiva was awesome. She was quick, articulate, and very polite. The food was mediocre, but to be expected at a fast food restaurant.

I like this place because of their food. It's always fresh and hot. And they are always friendly. They even have the mugs back if we want to drink our sodas in the glass mugs. They also can make the floats in the mugs if we ask them.

KFC used to be better. Maybe it was just this restaurant, but the kids meal chicken was hard as if it had set too long under the heat lamp. The food was okay.

I was disappointed to say the least. The Extra crispy chicken was not done and was doughy. The cold slaw was watery. And sad that the mashed potatoes was very bla.I had to pay for any sause. Which surprised me. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and she wouldn't speak to me instead she had one of the workers relay what she had to say.. I spent over $35 dollars on our meal and I won't be going back... not to this KFC. Maybe we should have picked MCDONALD'S...

Went through the drive through, got a couple 3 peace chicken strip meal. Got home hungry and couldn't believe what we were given. All the chicken strips were hard as rocks and just a little bigger than silver dollars. I'm not exaggerating they are tiny. I could only eat one and my mouth hurt from trying to chew them. I tried to call the store back. They never answered

Ive been here dozens of times and usually have no issue but the past 2 times i have gotten stale, old chicken. I mean, i only paid 40 bucks but its still 40 bucks that was intended for fresh chicken, not you throw away meat.

For 5 nuggets I am not going back up there, to be inconvenienced like that. But I figured I would raise awareness so people can check there bag/items, at least get what they pay for without having to go through extra hassle.

Tried to eat here. I went through the drive thru at 9:38. The sign says they are opened until 10:00 pm. However, I was greeted with a machine telling me they were closed. As I left, I happened to look in the window, and the employees were just standing there, smiling, talking, and leaning on things. Multiple cars went through the drive thru before me and after me.

I have went 3xs after work on my way home business hours are until 10pm. All before 10. 938pm 940pm 940 again another day. All times have been closed. If there is a change in hours please post them so I may locate another establishment.

This has to be the worse kfc on the planet we got the 12pc bucket with coleslaw and mash potatoes made my dad sick the mash potatoes were runny absolutely disgusting learn to change the oil or something will never come back this place should close down

Every time I went here, they messed up my order. Food was missing, things were wrong, and when I called to tell them, they were very dismissive. I was offered 1 root beer float as consolation. This didn't satisfy the 5 people that had to wait for me to drive back from Elverta to Rio Linda. Never again.

!!! Watered down gravy and coleslaw !!! 2 weeks ago = Great gravy, as always Now = Watered down Changed the packaging so it seems like this is how it's going to be moving forward. It's a shame. Don't come to KFC often but one thing I looked forward to was the gravy. But, not anymore. It's literally like putting flavored water on your gravy. i just threw the coleslaw away. Almost flavorless because it was so watery. Makes me wonder where else KFC is cutting corners. 100% going to be a long time until I even consider coming back here, let alone come back.

I have been here quite a few times but today I found a hair that came out attached to my spoon while eating a reeses polar swirl. Not cool at all, don't know if I will go here again.

The Restraunt Manager is rude and unprofessional, yelling and berrating her employees in front of customers as well as staff, even called one of them an idiot. This isn't the first time I've seen her act like this. Waited 30 minutes for a 20 piece bucket while I watched the manager push it out of the Drive thru. Then when confronted she blamed her employees and told me she was going to write them up and fire them. So I told her I witnessed her put the food out of the window while making me wait. She called me a liar, and started trying to talk down to me. I told her I did not appreciate her complete lack of professionalism with customers or her employees and walked out while she was still blustering at me. Needless to say I won't be back.

This is the worst kfc I have ever had. The chicken was over cooked to appoint it tasted burnt. The gravy was watered down and the mashed potatoes were like soup. the Bowl of mashed potatoes was caved in on the bottom so it could only hold half the amount. Also found a large slice of tomato in my coleslaw I will never eat here again

8 piece chicken meal. Worse KFC in my life. The original was very dark hard dry dirty grease taste. Crispy dry and hard. Whom ever the manager is, should resign

They close early every night. 30 minutes or more. Why? Losing customers their aim? You got it. Honor your hours!!! Notnkid friendl

Food was not very good at all, the cashier overcharged us so we had to get the manager to get our money back, and on top of all of that I got sick after eating their food, Absolutely NOT recommended

I come here way to much and tonight they ge a 1 star because at 830 they will no longer will cook any chicken but they don't close tell 10 so that to me is a problem. I will definitely be going some where else from now on

Higher less teenagers who can’t do their job and more people who know what they’re doing. The teenage staff you have working here currently is rude, ruins the food, and can’t do any aspect of their job correctly.

Actually didn't get to try eating here. Just arrived after a long drive and had to use the restroom. We were planning to have lunch and my family was coming in behind me but the cashier informed me bathroom was for customers only. This is 100% understandable, I explained we were going to eat here but I had to use the restroom quite badly. She was incredibly rude and stated if I didn't buy something first, I couldn't use the restroom. I feel it was unnecessary to have such a sour attitude when I was merely asking a question. In the end my family and I decided to eat lunch elsewhere. The cashier could have been alot nicer with explaining policy and honestly she was unnecessarily rude.
