Austin's Coffee Crafters Ripon Reviews
A very nice place. The drinks are very good and the matcha latte is one of the best that I have ever had, perfect texture and no sweetener needed to make it taste good. Their selection of pastries, though, is quite small and I did not particularly like the chocolate chip cookie. They do have a selection of nice-looking sandwiches, but I have not tried them. There of plenty of seating with a variety of table sizes - from a two-person table, to a long table fit to hold a whole party, to a low bench next to a shelf of children’s books perfect for sitting with the little ones. I came on a Wednesday morning and was surprised to see the place get filled by 9:30 am, so I suggest coming early if you don’t want to end up sharing a table. There is also a nice patio with outdoor seating, but on this particular day a thick fog shrouded the outdoors. If that doesn’t teeter you, they have a basket of blankets by the door that you can borrow.
I’ve visited hundreds of coffee shops across the country, and Austin’s Coffee Crafters ranks solidly in my top 10. From the Christian art and greenery to the sense of community, it’s a refreshing oasis for travelers and locals alike. One thing that really sets it apart is that the shop exclusively uses Counter Culture Coffee. To evaluate the espresso, I ordered an iced Americano without any additions, and the bright, balanced flavor confirmed the quality of the beans. I also took home a black drip coffee to test their brewed coffee—again, excellent. Nathan, the barista, was welcoming and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. The café was humming with energy, with people lounging on the patio, waiting in line, and engaging in deep conversations. Between the inviting atmosphere, commitment to quality coffee, and friendly service, Austin’s Coffee Crafters is a standout. Overall -- considering the vibes, coffee, staff, facility cleanliness, and ambiance. -- I easily rate this establishment a 10/10 K-rating.
This was my first time at this place. I really enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere of this place. I had a regular coffee, dark roast, no fancy drinks because I wanted to taste the actual flavor of the coffee and I really liked it. I had no problem with customer service, which is very important to me about a place. Nothing stood out about it either, but that's ok. The place is very nice, comfortable, great atmosphere and with a good amount of seating places, it also has outdoor seating. I will definitely go back and recommend this place.
This was a little jot from the freeway, but oh, so worth it!! There's scriptures & antiques hanging on the walls, games set on tables to play together & they even sell Bibles! I love it! The coffee was so amazing! I ordered a caramel & vanilla iced coffee. So good! The staff was very friendly! Lots of seating options! They even have a drive-through! The ambiance, both inside & outside, was wonderful! I'll definitely be back!
Austin's Coffee Crafter Cafe is a delightful haven with a cozy and homelike atmosphere, emitting pleasant vibes. The dessert options are delicious. The breakfast and coffee varieties are diverse. I opted for the green and cheddar cheese with eggs on a bagel, which proved to be exceptionally tasty. The matcha latte with whole milk, without sweetener, was pleasantly devoid of any grassy taste. The cranberry pumpkin cake bread offered a delightful blend of sour-sweet flavors, while the vegan chocolate chip muffins were chocolatey, luscious, and pleasantly cakey rather than dense. Overall, a delightful culinary experience and welcoming baristas! The cafe is busy in the weekend, so I would recommend to go on the weekdays if you want a spot to dine in.
I honestly don’t know why this place has only 4.6 stars. The service was absolutely awesome, and they are so sweet. The coffee is amazing (if you really enjoy good coffee, you’ll love this place). As for the sandwiches… Oh my God, the best sandwich I’ve had in a hot minute! The only thing that could use some improvement is the matcha—we thought it was a little light. But even so, we still give this place 5 stars. It’s been a while since I’ve found a spot with delicious, affordable food. Great job!
Austins is extremely special coffee café. Ordering from here, you just want to stay and hang out in their environment and enjoy your day. Everywhere you look you see community and warmth. They do an excellent job with training their staff. Our barista was very helpful in recommending the perfect drinks for us that we absolutely loved. The iced rosemary and lavender latte was off the charts better than anything I’ve ever tasted.
Loved the style of the place and the atmosphere. We had latte, chai latte, blueberry scone and banana bread. All were good and delicious. Definitely will be back on weekends to enjoy a nice cup of coffee
Very chill atmosphere, excellent bagel sandwiches, and good espresso. The service was friendly and fast, and the patio was comfortable and enjoyable. Wish they had a cold brew, but what they had was good.
Coffee is so good here, I drive from Manteca to Ripon for it! The pistachio shortbread cookies and the lavender shortbread cookies are some of the best things I've ever eaten!
Yummy healthy choices. My friend suggested as she is gluten intolerant, they have a bread that she says is delicious. They were busy, service was fast and friendly. I noticed some gifts in the corner, candles and such. I definitely will be back. I would say a trendy place. Students had room to study. Lots of seating inside and out.
Wonderful place !! Delicious coffee and breakfast bagels!!!!
What a great find in Ripon. Whether your passing through to another destination or perhaps playing at Mistlin sports park like we were, this is a great spot. Coffee is great but the food choices are what the draw is. Their sandwiches taste amazing. There's plenty of seating in and out of the place and it's on a strip mall with other options as well. Seems a little in the middle of nowhere but so glad we discovered Austin's!

Wonderful place !! Delicious coffee and breakfast bagels!!!!
i’ve been trying local coffee shops until i find the one that fits for me. and let me tell you, my life was CHANGED on a monday morning when i had a iced latte with sugar free vanilla, and a plan bagel. everyone was so nice and it felt so cozy. i can’t wait to try more of their stuff! 10/10
The vibe is just the best! Such a cool place, community minded and their tea and food options are delicious! Iced jasmine or Ripon fogs are my fav!
This this is my favorite coffee shop! They have unique and delicious coffee drinks, but my even basic light roast coffee with cream is excellent! I always try to go inside because I find the decor and ambience soothing, cozy, and inviting. Their outdoor patio with plants, umbrellas, and heaters for cold days also feels special and is the perfect spot for catching up with a friend. I highly recommend Austin's Coffee Crafters!
I love the atmosphere at Austin’s! My family and I felt welcomed the moment we walked through the door. The coffee and pastries are exceptional, and the beautiful windows let in so much natural sunlight—it makes the whole space feel warm and inviting.
blown away by the experience at Austin’s, it was my first time in and I was greeted by a lovely woman named Sarah who took my order. although quite crowded and noisy it was a peaceful environment in so much as I spent 3 hours inside reading/studying. I left a few minutes before they closed and was sad to go. while packing up my things Sarah, cleaning up for the day, said goodbye to me by name(remember she took my order over 3 hours prior to this and helped half a billion people in between). it felt very personal and that she cared greatly about her profession, after a brief goodbye exchange I found out she was the new owner as of January first. she was made for a business like this, I look forward to coming back often. I liked the coffee too but i’m not a coffee connoisseur but certainly better than starbucks and dutch bros with the added perk of supporting local business that cares and deserves it. the staff seemed like they’re cut from the same cloth as Sarah, they seemed to love their job and enjoy their coworkers. Again, thank you for such a personal experience and welcoming atmosphere.
I go there all the time I love seating on patio having their coffee and read my book

I love the Americano, and the location is perfect to be out of the way but easily accessible from the freeway. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable.
The vibe is just the best! Such a cool place, community minded and their tea and food options are delicious! Iced jasmine or Ripon fogs are my fav!
This upscale coffee house has a great vibe! It’s welcoming, has plenary of seating and is great for meeting friends. Many selections of pastries and other items to eat. It’s prices are comparable to a Starbucks. Location is serine inside and outside patio made it relaxing to enjoy the coffee.
The bagel sandwich I had was wrapped up. Not as I hoped but I can imagine the coffee is super worth it, real cute spot. I’ll be back for the affogato. I went back for their seasonal drinks! They make their OWN EGGNOG. SO WORTH IT!!
