So I had to say Thanks to Lilliana (I hope I spelled your name right) and her crew we received some delicious hot breakfast/brunch I had a hiccup with my order but she didn't mind making it right THEY are good examples of customer service and if this is how they fix breakfast I am EXCITED for Lunch AND dinner I recommend this place to as many people as possible our food was sealed I watched the execute the drive thru and properly sanitize and this is NOT A PAID PROMOTION OR REVIEW I WROTE THIS BECAUSE I WANTED TO. =)

032225: Walked in at 3:51p today. When it was my turn to place an order, I looked at the counter guy and said hello with a smile behind a mask. He said, can I help you? I think maybe he didn't hear me because he didn't greet me. So now, still smiling, but also making eye contact I'm listening for a greating. He said may I help you? again. Maybe it's just me, but if you can't return a greeting, you also can't make my food! I said that to him as I was leaving. He yelled, "Have a nice day!" Probably won't miss my patronage anyway. It had been such a nice day until I walked in to order food from the guy working at this Burger King! That is why I took away stars. 112424: Had the big fish several times since my earlier review. Either it improved, or I'm more tolerant. 4 stars on food 030322: I can't recommend the Big Fish. It's thin, skinny, and underweight. It's salty and overpriced. I haven't seen any fast-food restaurants with a fish sandwich that pricey. The whaler was much better in the past! I'm just saying. That is why I took away stars. The man who took my order slowed me down and my sandwich was like I ordered it. That is why I gave the experience five stars.

Will say cooperative and nice employees. Would you go if you knew you'd get a fire, fresh burger and an extra nugget, BUT there's absolutely 0 salt on the fries AND the soda is completely undrinkable at both the customer and employee fountains? Doing excellent on half the order doesn't make up for the other. Also Blown out music speakers

This lady i don’t know if the was a manager on duty left crying made me feel so bad i have low iron so i get light headed and faint i had been waiting at the ordering speaker for about 18 min i felt like fainting so i decided to leave line after ordering after getting a drink i ran back and went inside this Lady was upset and i still waited about 10 min and i decided to just ask about my order i feel quite embarrassed saying i have a weak body so i just told her i went to get gas she said “And you think that was a good idea leaving yea i threw away and deleted your order”with a angry loud tone she also took my order at the speaker and was so rude like honestly im just so shocked almost 40min im just so sad

Today I made a mobile order from my app and I never order from that branch but it was on my way home, I always order from the Lake Worth branch, but I ordered 2 orders of 8 pieces of nuggets, kids meal and large fries, they gave me the bag sealed with a sticker and I couldn't check my food until I got home, and when I got home my surprise was that they gave me 2 orders of 6 pieces of nuggets instead of 8, in total my loss was 4 nuggets, I know it's not much but they should check before putting it in the bag, I will not go to that branch anymore.

I tried calling in and I didn’t even get to order bc the man that took my order was super rude I said,”do y’all have a double stuffed burger and he just hung up so then, my friend tried calling into order and he simply asked his name to write a good review and he just hung up

I will be calling up there tomorrow! Why the hell is it when I open my burger for 1 is it so sloppy to begin with. I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise so I'm guessing Stevie Wonder is making my burger back there that's the only way I'll forgive something like this! I thought my fiancee was wrong for going off but now I see why... this location lost my respect and my business.
