The girl in pink hair working the window got our order wrong . When I went inside all the employees were busy fixing orders and had their backs turned to registers. The all in a sudden she walks over from her station, as the other employees are using tongs to fill orders, she reaches in bare hands into the chicken ,grabbs a piece and walks back to her area. If you visit this location be aware.

Lady that took order inside was having a bad day I guess tall slender dark short hair very inpatient,loud, rude and mad about something.was even that way to coworkers.asked for frys to be crispy which were not.dk hair almostshoulder length lady very pleasant even though it appeared she was being chewed out my the one that took my order. fyi a male employee outside was very kind and asked if I was ok or needed Help ,I thanked him.

Normally no issues, but on the last drive-through, they screwed the order up, they gave us corn on the car, but instead of mashed potatoes. How do you hear one for the other? And of course you don’t discover this until you get home. The chicken used to be normal size but this order felt like they had cut the chicken tenders into thirds. It was so tiny. Definitely if this was your first time ordering this is not worth the money This is the second time we’ve had issues. Probably won’t be back.

Went thru the River Oaks location about 7:45/8pm and so disappointed by the rolls and cole slaw this time! The rolls were way over cooked and the cole saw tasted sour. Wasn't very happy 😠. Next time I need to open all the boxes before leaving.

They literally handed me a cold box of chicken. I love chicken express, but this was the worst service and food. Makes me rethink if I wanna go to another chicken express anytime soon. Update 1/25/25 : I spoke to Chris about my cold food and he said he would leave a note and that he would make it right, to come by and they will remake my order…. Well the GM almost didn’t want to remake my order bc I didn’t have my receipt even tho I went yesterday. Unbelievable WORST customer service and I had to state my case. I’m not the one who complains and that wants a remake of my order but the food was cold when they handed it to me at the drive thru. DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE & LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!!!

Did a to go order because my wife is not doing well. Upon arriving home we noticed our biscuits were cold and hard, chicken was barely warm and the cherry pie used to be hot but it was cold. We've been eating there since they 1st opened and this is our last time going there!!!

Everyone is always so nice, but the food is always old… it never fails when I go there to eat , the okra is always cold and stale the tenders are grease logged as if they been under the light for hours and other fresh chicken is continuously piled on top of it.. I don’t understand. I go there so much just for the fried pickles and they try to serve them like that sometimes so I have to specifically say “fresh” please as if the employees don’t know what good quality servable food is. I ordered the #1 w/ okra. Disgusting. The employees need to start looking at the food as if it was being served to them.. a customer shouldn’t have to worry if the food is gonna be fresh or not when coming to your restaurant! So pissed right now. and the PRICE, good lord those prices for that junk you call food… I don’t see how this River Oaks location is even still in business!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered Spicy chicken strips and this is what I got. Small pathetic pieces of batter. This place has really gone down the drain the last few months. If I could give them zero stars I would.
