I was greeted with a whole girl squad and they were so friendly. I can’t remember all their names but Lizbeth and Ana Laura I think? was super nice. All the girls in the kitchen were getting shiii done, they handed me my order so nice and friendly. I was honestly getting inpatient but I could tell they were putting in so much work so I appreciate them

Been here a couple of times. The service is fast and friendly. The place is clean. Don't care for the bathroom that you must be buzzed in to use but this is becoming a common nuisance at quite a few fast food establishments. Still I love Wing Stops boneless wings, and the french fries, with their unique seasoning are among my favorites.

In my opinion this is the best wingstop out of all of them. The customer service is top notch and the wings are cooked to perfection. I love the promotions they have 5 free wings with the purchase of a drink and for the right price too it's a nice lil snack for when your hungry. They have a 25wing special too for 15.99 which is alot better than some other wing spots I know.

The place was spotless, including the restrooms, which were surprisingly clean for a busy spot. The whole restaurant had a nice, welcoming vibe. Definitely worth coming back!

This place is wonderful. When i entered the store i was greeted by the workers and instantly asked if i was placing an order or picking up an order. When i asked questions about the menu the cashier was very helpful they were very knowledgeable of the menu and what the sauces contained. The store was also very clean and it looked like it had just been cleaned. I also loved the decorations around the store. Plus the bathroom was spotless. When i was given my order it was 5 Minutes early which was great because i was in a bit of a rush but before being given the order the manager herself read my order back to me and made sure my food was to my liking before leaving. My wings were hot and saucy just how i like them and they weren’t too overcooked or raw they were just right with the perfect crispness and my tender were Delectable they were nice and crunchy but soft in the middle and the they were so juicy and flavorful as well. Overall I really like the work ethic of the employees and the manager was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this store.

Shoutout to Charles at Wingstop! Charles provided excellent customer service—friendly, professional, and super attentive. He made sure my order was right and kept a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Definitely made my experience better. Wingstop needs more employees like him!

Chicken was tasty fries were over cooked and dry,corn was good. Maybe just me it was pricey. That seems to be the norm these days.

Solid. Wings were nice and hot when I got them. The 20 wings for $20 is pretty good. 20 wings is a lot of food especially for one person. Got the new Mexican Spice, Mango Habanero, and Hot Honey Rub. Also got a side of ranch. Really wished they would have included ranch or fries to the deal. Or at least the ranch… Hot honey rub is the best flavor hands down. Mexican spice is good but better with the ranch. Can’t go wrong with mango habanero.

This review is not directed towards the employees, but more towards corporate. This place has drastically raised prices. I know it's 2025 but $2 for a tiny dip of ranch, G.D! I ordered the 30 crew pack and added an extra large order of fries. Almost $70! To top it off, the fries were all scraps with very little seasoning and the wings looked like they were from Cornish game hens! Outrages. I think it is time to part ways with wingstop. Breaks my heart because I've been a regular customer since this location opened. If you (corporate) feel like responding, I'd like for you to post your profit margin. I'm curious, but my guess is that it's WAAAAAYYYYY above industry standards. Either way, not getting my hard earned money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered ahead on a simple dinner order for 2 people. Over an hour later food still isnt ready. When we asked about the delay a female employee rudely told us there were still orders ahead of us. When the order was finally ready we were missing multiple items. The food that was made was tasteless and the sauces were all terrible. Even their blue cheese was bad. How do you get blue cheese wrong?

Disgusting!! We had a roach crawling on the wall next to where we sat. When I went to ask for my order to be canceled, the "assistant manager" (some person named jacky) got an attitude stating "it's not like it was in the kitchen, but ok". I also heard "they're coming from outside" Like do these people know how reach infestations work??

What establishment doesn't take cash??? Well this wingstop does not! If you order online prepare to show your card for verification, which is not a big deal, but if my wife places the order for me to pick up to save time how do you expect me to have her card? So i decided to op for pay in store, but wait it gets better no on the phone orders over 30 bucks? Wow im mind bottled!

yesterday August 23 2020, I placed an order in this place through the app and chose the time to pick up, so there is no problem, I picked up my order and trust that everything was fine, when I got home I realized that I was missing half of my order, if half I'm not lying and it was an order for 6 people. Ok, I went back to this store, which took me 15 minutes to arrive. I told them what happened, I didn't bring my food, but if I took a picture of what I had received, the manager became very intense and told me that I had to bring the bag of food. to realize what they had actually given me. You believe after the stress I had with my hungry children and this woman thinking that I lied to him. I was probably going to drive another 15 min to get back with the food 😡no no not very bad customer service.

Wasted a trip to pick up a pre-paid order. Was refused to be served my order because the card that “I” paid with thru the app was not with me. I offered to show the order details on my phone via the app and this young and rude girl repeatedly points to a “store policy” that ONLY they have posted only at this store requiring to show last 4 of card. The APP does NOT require this nor is it posted anywhere. SO, instead of working with me - the order and the food (gets wasted) yet, I can say cancel the order and somehow that can happen and Im told the refund will be in 7-days. Very poor attitude and a person that can ONLY point to piece of paper instead of working with the customer who had ALL the order details via the APP on their phone.

I dined in on a Saturday night. After the cashier felt with a door dash driver I was next in line. Except he went to the back to help with food prep and didn't wash his hands. I then waited at the counter for 5 min before being acknowledged. An employee came and took my order and said it would be 10 to 15 min or so. 25 min later I'm still waiting for my food. Then when I did get my order it was WRONG. The management here is a joke and ALL of the tables are dirty. I will not be returning.

They make it so imposible to get your orders.. first you have to say the name order.. then show the exact credit card you paid with.. then not good enough proof now you need to show the email of the order placed.. no wonder people are forgetting them and ordering elsewhere

Twice I have come to this spot and each time I was given only one flat wing for an order of at least 8 wings. Not sure if that is the policy at this location but I am starting to think it is a policy to not give out any flat wings but very disappointing. I am wondering if I have to pay extra to get more than 1 flat wing per order. Should be half and half for an order and if not they should let you know you will get all drums and maybe a flat.
