Fantastic service! I was greeted by Alejandro; very professional and polite. He took me to my seat and brought over some coffee. Ramona was my waitress and she did an outstanding job. She continued to follow up, asking how I was doing and if I needed anything else. I was very pleased with the dining experience there at Norm’s. Thank you Alejandro and Ramona!!

As soon as i walked in i was greeted by Romero who gave amazing service with a smile. He seated me and my waitress Ramona was quick to take my order and they both came by frequently(not pesteringly) to ask if i needed anything. Both provided exceptional service and the food arrived quickly. I will definitely come back for the amazing service provided.

My family and I always go to NORMS and every time we get the best dining experience. Walked in and were sat immediately (only 4 in our party). All the servers, especially Reyes and Romero are super attentive to any of our needs and always make us feel welcomed.

The food was good when but. My grand daughter pancakes arrive they were to crispy around the pancake she did not like the texture. I had to wait for my food for 30 minutes. I don’t know if they had help or any cooks were back there because I couldn’t see there was plenty of waiters and waitresses. I don’t know why my food took so long and I travel 30 minutes just to get there because I’ve eaten in the past in Orange County my food never took that long to arrive and for the refills I was half through my mail when they offered me more coffee or orange juice for my granddaughter.I had order milk for her well and it never came

Excellent service at Norms! Kaylee was our waitress and she was very attentive, professional, and very pleasant throughout our visit. This is not my first time coming to Norms. I will tell you that every waitress and waiter that we come across has been phenomenal. The food is amazing and will not disappoint. If you’re in Riverside and looking for something to eat, Norms is your place to go!

Came in for breakfast since I didn’t have time to cook at home, and I’m glad I did. Norms really delivered. I ordered their 1 lb T-bone steak with country potatoes and extra scrambled eggs- everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The steak was grilled just right, not tough or chewy like some places, and the potatoes were golden and well-seasoned. The eggs were fluffy and not overcooked. You can tell they care about the quality of the food here. What really stood out was the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. They were super friendly, constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay, refilling my coffee, and keeping a great attitude throughout. It’s rare to find service like this anymore, and it really made the experience better. The restaurant is large, spacious, and very clean. High ceilings, wide walkways, and plenty of seating make it feel comfortable even during busy hours. There’s a big parking lot out front which made it easy to get in and out. The ambiance is nice and relaxed, no loud music or chaos - just a good spot to enjoy a hearty meal. Funny detail: there was an armed guard standing inside while I ate. Not sure if he’s guarding the eggs or just keeping the peace, but it added a random sense of safety and humor to the visit 😂. Prices are affordable considering the portions and quality. You get great value here. Tables are already stocked with all the basics: ketchup, syrup, jelly, etc. so you don’t have to wait on anything. Overall, a solid experience. If you’re in Riverside and want a filling breakfast or lunch with kind service and a welcoming vibe, this place is definitely worth it. I’ll be back!

Everything was good. Our waitress was very welcoming and kind. Overall my son enjoyed the lumberjack breakfast and couldn't finish. Forgot 2 take picture. I had the Alfredo it was okay. I would come back again. Great atmosphere for family.

As soon as we walked in they were very welcoming and our servers Romero and Kaylee were very attentive to each of our needs. Romero especially had a very welcoming and outgoing attitude anytime we asked for an extra water or coffee. The service was fast and the food is always good, truly love coming here each Sunday!

Great experience and wonderful breakfast. Skillet breakfast was eggs, hash browns, onions, peppers, all covered in cheese and smothered in gravy. Healthy items on the menu, too. Been around since '49. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Nice job, Norm's!

First of all my hash browns were cold. I chose the loaded hash browns. They come out cold cheese not melted. Also ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes were cold. I sent them back and the waitress proceeds to bring them back out cold. I tell her I don’t want them and then she said let me get my manager. This is by far the worse norms I ever been too in California. I most definitely do not recommend this location.

Upon going to norms we were seated very quickly and the waitress was lovely. However, the food is your very typical diner style food. It’s not exceptional but it is not bad. If you’re looking for something quick and easy then sure come here. But if you’re looking for a WOW breakfast place this is not the one. We ordered a side of Mac and cheese and I’ve got to say the most disappointing Mac and cheese ever. It was Kraft or maybe a non Kraft brand but it looked exactly like the blue box brand. Now you may be thinking Kraft is decent? But when you can go to a store and buy a box for $2 at most it’s a big rip off to the customers. It was dry, and flavorless which is wild since it comes with flavoring packets. Overall it’s okay for something quick and not at home, but not necessarily worth it entirely

Hash Browns was burnt and old pancakes was cold. Chicken strips was old and cold It was supposed to be their chicken skillet. service is very good, polite helpful, just to cook in the back, and you pay more attention to what they're doing, supposed to be fast food, not old food. The manager was very accommodating

We should have known something was off when we walked in and the restaurant was nearly empty on a Saturday night at 7 p.m. The service was extremely slow, and when we finally received our food, it was only warm. We had to get up twice to find our server. When we asked for a different meal because our daughter didn’t like the spaghetti, her hamburger didn’t arrive until the rest of us had finished eating and were ready to leave, so we ended up taking it to go. The server also forgot parts of our order. Overall, the food was not good, and the experience was very disappointing, especially for a family of five.
