I ordered the pb & banana protein smoothie with extra pb & bananas. The shake was great.
Ordered the smooth talking mango and it was filled to the brim, which is awesome. Good customer friendly staff. Not a lot of parking space though
Best customer service I've received in this town(riverside) The employee went above and beyond to mix up the most refreshing breakfast juice I've had in a long time, even with limited ingredients!🤘

stopped into this store today and the young gentleman that helped me was so nice and made such a delicious smoothie. He was the only one working on a Sunday and right after he took my order a huge rush of people came in, he was so helpful and nice to everyone.
The team here is so incredibly friendly. We accidentally dropped a smoothie on the ground outside without getting a drink of it and they offered to give us a new one. We will be coming back very often :) definitely a five star experience!!
Jamba juice is amazing. As someone with celiac disease this place is a great opportunity for a smoothie without getting sick. Just make sure you get soy protein. My mom introduced me to them and I've loved going there ever since
Stopped in after work. Was super clean and the two girls working there were friendly, kind, and fast. My Pumpkin smoothie was made by Kendra and I'm pretty sure it's my favorite drink now. Thanks Jamba Juice :)

Came in here after a hike at nearby Mt. Rubidoux. I had no idea a large smoothie was 8.49. I almost canceled my order because I'm not a baller like that. The strawberry surf something is DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend getting it. You won't be disappointed. If Top Gun Maverick was a drink this would be it.

(Out of 5) Food/drinks: 4 Customer Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Indoor: 3 Outdoor: 2 Price: 2 There is a difference of being passive aggressive/being direct vs customer service. Asking nicely vs demanding is a deal breaker. I recommend the workers to go through a customer service training ...Just be nice, ask, say please and sometimes say thank you!
I come often with my family and half or more times it’s one person working, today I went and it wasn’t busy but while I waited some people came. I really liked how the worker took orders and was quick, I also loved how kind she was. Her name I believe is Charlie well it says that on my receipt. I really liked how calm she was in a slightly busy situation.

There was one worker behind the counter, my girl Mariah was working over time and was great, but she's definitely overworked. She shouldn't be working in these conditions, and considering she has allergies that prevent her from working solo she shouldn't be back there alone. The solution to this isn't to fire/ avoid hiring anyone with a food allergy. The solution is to give your employees fair hours and make sure if they are forced to be alone that they are well compensated for it.

The girls working there looked and acted as if i was doing them an inconveniece by ordering. They also wasted a ton of product. I can only imagine how happy the owner is with them washing their profits down the drain. Also I went to street side to enter but the door is in the back and no sign advising such.
We ordered two bowls and while the flavors themselves are fine the proportions of the toppings threw the whole thing off. We ordered one açaí primo with extra granola and a chunky strawberry with no peanut butter but extra banana. The açaí bowl that I asked to have extra granola and was charged for extra granola did not have extra granola. In fact it had barely any granola. The chunky strawberry had the opposite problem. While we asked for substitute banana it came at the expense of barely any smoothie. It was huge chunks of fruit topping with a kids size smoothie underneath. Additionally the lack of uniformity in the size of banana was ridiculous. I had like five giant chunks of banana that I needed to cut with my spoon rather than nice slices I could enjoy throughout the bowl. After a grueling night out, my friend and I were ecstatic to enjoy the delicacies we drove 15 minutes to get, only to receive a mediocre lazy bowl of fruit soup. I understand that the workers may be relatively new but y'all are following a recipe and have references for what the bowls should be like. Customers should not have to double check their bowls for the toppings they paid extra for, or that the smoothie bowl they ordered has enough smoothie in it. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience especially knowing the quality that the institution Jamba Juice has the potential to provide. In this ever changing cultural landscape the one constant young women can rely on are the refreshing delights of a well made smoothie bowl, and today we have been denied of that satisfaction. We still finished the bowls though

This is not the first time I’ve been disappointed with this particular store. I ordered Lg got a Med I asked for extra ginger she forgot to add it. Never again
Is 4:10 pm and I being waiting for more than 10 minutes for them to open. They have a note at the door saying they are on their break but is being more then 10 min. and at least 8 customers that left. Update, I wanted to give ti's please another chance, but for some reason it was close again, being 4:33 pm, there was workers inside, they say it will open in 30 min. Maybe is not them, maybe is mu luck?

Had a horrible experience with Samara this morning, one I did an online order paid for extra fruit and obviously it needs to go in a bigger cup if I’m adding to it. Well I called before arriving like 4 times no answer so figured they were busy however I walk in Samara is on her phone and the place is empty so when i bring up to her attention about the bigger cup she has an attitude the whole time. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I usually order online here. The young lady yesterday was great I don’t know her name. But this Samara girl is bad representation of what Jamba juice is suppose to be. Very condescending and horrible customer service she has.
Usually a good experience here. But today in particular 12:25pm-12:30pm I experienced terrible customer service, specifically from the red head young lady.. Straight from the jump taking my order I felt her attitude as if she didn't want to be working today.. As she was making my mine and another customers order, she was ranting to her coworker about the previous orders she had to make (large party of maybe 10 people) and she continued to complain about how much work she had to do and resented the fact that the big party came in to Jamba juice today, even saying "if you're going to order that much come make your drinks yourself, this isn't fast food, this is Jamba juice" Very awkward situation for me as I was just waiting to grab my order.. Definitely the red head young lady running her mouth changed my idea of this location if she is carelessly talking bad about previous customers, while still having other customers waiting in the lobby for their drinks.
On Thursday of last week at 7 something in the morning I went to Jamba Juice to buy a peanut butter moo'd smoothie. The staff there who helped me said that her name is Olivia and she was rude with an attitude as she always does. There was a customer in front of me that she hadn't completed his transaction yet once she finished with him she then took my order as I reached in my purse to get my money to pay she asked me for my ID. I told her it is money she rolled her eyes and then completed my transaction She starts his order but not mines as a matter of fact she starts an entire different order even though I was standing there waiting on my order. Once my smoothie was complete she threw my straw on the sly. If her name is really Olivia because I did not see a name badge she is as unprofessional as they come not only am I looking to make a customer complaint but I am contacting corporate. O really miss the manager who use to open at that location she was patient and professional.
I have loved Jamba Juice for years and have gone to various locations. However, after my visit to this location yesterday I may never go again. We ordered our drinks and as we waited for them to be made a man came back in with his drink and said he wasn't happy with it. The employee took his drink, popped off the lid, poured it into a blending pitcher, added more ingredients and blended it. I don't think she ever should have touched his cup....especially during covid times. By doing so she contaminated handles of machines, pitchers, scoops that went back into the containers and therefore contaminated the ingredients, etc. We asked for our money back before our drinks were made because we were very uncomfortable with the safety of our drinks but she said she couldn't do that. So, we asked if we could be refunded with gift cards and she said no to that too. Not wanting to lose out on the almost $8 we spent on each drink, we followed through and got them but were not comfortable about them. I understand that the cash register system may not allow refunds but it should...especially during these crazy covid times. Or, employees need to never touch customers cups after they've touched them and especially after they've left and come back in. He likely drank out of it too! She should have just asked him to throw it in the trash can behind him and remade it. Much safer! Seeing this and knowing it could happen again means I'll be making my own smoothies from now on!
Bro its 8:00 AM and I placed a mobile order and they have one guy working only….as I write this its 8:22 and the spot is packed (6ft apart tho) with 5 people waiting on their food. Make it make sense for a breakfast rush why only have one person scheduled and why does it take nearly 30 mins to make a ginger shot and breakfast sandwich??? Will not be back and I hope the owners address the issue.
