Molinos Coffee Riverside Reviews
This is a small cafe with a simple, cute interior. They have bakery items like bagels, muffins, and cheesecake. The mango smoothie was rich without being too sweet, and the vanilla latte was pretty standard. It’s a place you can grab a drink and a simple dessert.
Nice little coffee place that happens to connect to an antique store. The interior had a funky eclectic thing going on- chandelier, industrial lights, farmhouse chairs, pallet art. The classics for coffee options and dairy free options too. The girls working the counter were quick, polite and kind. Would come by again for a coffee.
Food wise, really only one option, but it wasn't terrible, I was glad there was something available at 7:00 when nothing else was opened. The young lady behind the counter was excellent! She was very personable, engaging and welcoming. Coffee was great with a good atmosphere. Chairs are not that comfortable...
Ordered an açaí bowl here around 10am on a Sunday morning it’s delicious just like the one at the Redlands location. Their açaí is underrated. The consistency is like ice cream and with a scoop of peanut butter it’s under $8 at a decent portion as well. Some seats are available but it can get packed quick. The ambiance is a minimal and I want to give it the word “rustic.” Don’t know how their coffee is, but the açaí is worth it here. Açaí bowl: 4.5/5
Great experience Christi was very kind and helped me devise a new coffee that came out pretty tasty. The atmosphere was really laid back and the view of the mission inn is nice. Overall satisfied with the experience I got a breakfast bagel that was okay. Needed hot sauce which was supplied. Will be coming back for another coffee soon and would recommend to a friend. Great coffee!
Adorable coffee shop right outside the main entrance to Mission Inn. Delicious coffee and friendly service. We went about 8:00 a.m. on a Monday morning and didn't really have to wait. We will definitely stop again before we leave town.
Barista was helpful and very nice. Ordered the cafe con leche (regular coffee with steamed evaporated milk). Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Molino is attached to a four story antique store and across from mission inn. Indoor and outdoor seating.
Really appreciate good coffee, but I appreciate great customer service even more. Although I went at a busy lunch time, I was able to sit down and drink my coffee comfortably while being able to get work done. I had the vanilla iced latte which was really good, definitely recommend. It's very nicely decorated, some would say asthetically pleasing. The menu is full of great coffee, whether they're hot or iced. Definitely have to try different styles. I like the big mugs they use and that you can add whatever you'd like in their bar.
RIVERSIDE COFFEE CHIC. Had the chance to visit this place while I was in town. I love getting coffee in new places and Molinos sis not disappoint. My wife had the Almond Milk Cappuccino and I just a regular cappuccino. Would have loved to spend more time sitting and drinking, but maybe next time. If you’re in town, give it a taste. You’ll enjoy your morning more.

I needed a place to study and get good coffee, and this place was the right choice. I also got a yummy acai bowl. It has some good places to study with a nice view of the Mission Inn across the street. It's in fun part of Riverside to hang out and walk around.
Amazing staff and coffee. Tried the French press medium roast and it was strong and flavorful. Atmosphere is great and the decor is very original. Not too loud here making it a great place to study. One of the best coffee shops in downtown Riverside area. Alot of college students come here to study.
I was in town visiting and came across this coffee shop across the mission inn. It’s a cute area and they have a great selection of items. I ordered their hot white chocolate mocha and a blueberry muffin. The muffin was soft and warm. I’d recommend grabbing one to pair with a drink.
Best açaí bowl! Nice atmosphere and you can go into the antique store from here.
Molino’s is one of my favorite spots in downtown Riverside, especially being right across from the Mission Inn. It’s a quaint, welcoming coffee shop with reasonable prices and a really solid selection. My go to order is the affogato, and if you haven’t tried it served in a ceramic cup, you’re missing out. It just hits different. I’ll usually pair it with the avocado toast or keep it simple with a bagel and cream cheese. I work remotely quite a bit, and this is one of those places where I can get my day started, enjoy my coffee, and knock out some work without feeling rushed. Great vibe, great location, and consistently good every time I stop in.

This place I thought was beautiful! The decor for a coffee shop was absolutely gorgeous… then the big window facing the street and you can see the Mission! As for the coffee for me was just ok… nothing fancy, nothing new but still we enjoyed our time. The girls who were working the counter were both really nice and friendly. I will definitely give it another try and maybe even edit my review as for now this will do!
This place is awesome. I got an iced latte and an acai bowl. The acai bowl was perfection, and their prices are very reasonable. The only reason it gets a 4 is because of the abundance of dust and spiderwebs everywhere (ceiling, AC vents, walls, upper areas when you look around). As good as the food and coffee is, I can’t give it a full 5 because of this issue.
Cheaper breakfast than the Mission Inn! The restaurant was busy and it took a little while to get our order, but the food and drinks were good. The view of the Mission Inn was beautiful.
Lovely coffee shop across the street from the Mission Inn. Coffee is smooth and fresh. The food is so made fresh to order. Loved having this alternative to Starbucks. My only notes are that the rose latte wasn't very rosie at all but still refreshing as I got it iced. And the Cafe con leche which they make seem like it will be Cuban style is nothing more than espresso and milk. No sugar. So if you're expecting a Cuban style coffee that is not what you will get. But the coffee is so smooth it was awesome anyways.

Couldn't be more happy with the service. Super nice guy and very attentive and fast But seriously put more people on! One guy cannot handle 23 people I counted in there. Have 2 people on at least! No one wants to wait this long.

I went today to get my free drink from my rewards I got with them. It said 100% paid but when he rang me up it only took $5 off and I had to pay a reminder of $3.45 and that’s that I forgot to show my Mark card but by then it was too late. Either way ive never had to pay the difference for a drink since for rewards with Molinos so that was very disappointing especially because sometimes for my free drink I’ll get an Americano and they don’t give you the difference back since it’s less then $5. Usually a free rewards is any drink and size you pick with any milk of choice. I’ve been coming here for 9 years so it’s a bummer this even happened since I do buy a lot from them.
5 stars for Jioceline (and honestly every barista who has ever served us here). The staff is consistently kind, patient, and clearly working incredibly hard. Today on a busy Friday afternoon, Jioceline was running the entire shop alone and handled it with so much grace. The 24-minute wait for two iced drinks and one hot drink was absolutely not her fault. That said, I do have to give 3 stars overall because the scheduling has become concerning. For the past several months, it’s been rare to see more than one barista working at a time, even during peak hours in downtown Riverside. It’s tough for customers, but more importantly, it feels unfair to the employee carrying that load solo. The team here deserves better support.

I wouldn't come again. Ordered at 8:25 and received my order at 9:08. If you're short on time or need something quick do not come here. Got the avocado toast, have had better. The psl was good. Overall not a good experience. Wish I had asked for my money back.
