They have Keto tacos! Most of the time my friend can't go out with us for tacos but since they have Keto shells we were able to have a great dinner. Angel's service was awesome. I'll definitely be returning.

The food here is cooked to order. It’s a nice casual sit down or takeout. The mahi mahi is tasty. Staff is pretty attentive. Salsa bar has no limit on salsas, onions/cilantro and limes.

Perfectly hot, crispy fish filets and fresh crunchy cabbage, Rubio's nails my fish taco yet again and tasting better than ever. One day, I'll order something else off the menu- but it's been years and I'm not ready. This Rubio's was super clean, from the tables to the salsa bar. The staff was awesome too! Lupe patiently explained the menu items and was so helpful. Thank you Lupe and Rubio's!

My friend and I work nearby, so placed our orders through the app. It would be very helpful if the app had a dine-in option. It would be nice to pick up our meals and not have to unwrap them, as we are limited on time during our lunch hour. The employees were very kind, however, and offered us plates for our tacos. The music playing was rather loud. Because one of us is hearing impaired, it did make it difficult to have a conversation.

This is my favorite Rubio's mostly because of the staff that work there. We are regulars and they are all so friendly and accommodating. The food is always fresh and they get the orders correct on the 1st try. I love that the menu changes periodically so you can try new things. They have good deals and reasonable prices. Easy parking, inside and outside seating and clean and tidy. Special shout-out to the manager Jorge and the assistant manager but they have all been amazing to us over the years. Keeps us coming back. I love this place!!!

Offered to my corn tortillas on a pan instead of the grill or on top of tinfoil to avoid cross-contamination. I asked them to change their gloves. They also shared their allergy cheat sheet with me. Beans and rice are gluten-free. The lime creama is also gluten-free. What I ordered: Three grilled fish taco plate. I got two grilled mahi-mahi tacos. And one blackened salmon taco. With pinto beans and citrus rice. Review: I’ve been here twice and both times I got different staff members who were familiar with food allergy policy even if they didn’t 100% understand what gluten was. Definitely felt more comfortable coming back here. And I love the fish tacos! Especially with limes and salsa. I did get salsa from the salsa bar which is probably questionable. I probably could’ve asked for it from the back in hindsight. Would I return? Yes

The employee who took our order was very friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good. We plan to go back to try Taco Tuesday.

Fish and fries were very tasty. Having an option to select more than 2 pieces of fish would be great though.

I generally only visit for their taco Tuesday. Great deal for good tacos. I do keto, and they're like one of the only places that offer keto (cheese) shells and for no upcharge 🙌🏻.

It was chilly and wet out last night as we cam home from Utah with home in Oceanside our destination. Everything great as usual except it was very cold in the restaurant! I had to go out and extra warm clothes to eat my meal.

4 because they got rid of the Beyond vegan protein and substituted for roasted sweet potato. I loved coming here because they had the Beyond vegan meat. Hope it makes a comeback!

We really enjoy eating at Rubio's, but this time in it wasn’t as expected. It probably because they were short handed. First, it took awhile for someone to take our order and then the eating area was dirtier than usual. We’ve been to this location before and didn’t have this problem. Hopefully it was just a fluke visit.

Stopped by yesterday to grab food with my husband and daughter to take back home. Once we were given the food my bowl had a lot of black beans and no rice. Disappointed. My husband said his French fries had an odd flavor. And my daughter said her chicken tenders had a very strong taste like old cooking oil. We will definitely not be going back. What a bummer used to be one of our favorite places to eat.

Rubio’s has gone way downhill! Recently ordered the Langostino bowl and a chicken tortilla soup. Disappointed that there was mostly rice and very little beans or langostino in the bowl. Same with the soup - mostly rice. Rice has very little nutritional value other than calories.
