I loved the ice creams and the person behind the counter was alone and doing one thing for everyone. I feel bad for that one guy my family and I had too see. But, the service there is GREAT! Never got our order wrong. They have very tasteful foods that we can stop over and get from the drive threw. That's why I'd rate it 5 stars.
Something about the little town DQ restaurants that have the tastiest food. The oil they use to cook didn't have that fishy smell like other far food restaurant. The restaurant was very clean to include the restroom. There was enough parking. I got my food within 10 minutes of ordering. It was hot and cooked very well. The staff made sure I had everything I needed.
This is the friendliest stop you could ask for on a road trip. The workers were incredibly kind, the food is everything you'd expect, and the interior is clean.
Ryan goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal service! He was friendly, patient, welcoming, and a hard worker. We stopped in to get some dinner on our travels, food was great. Got 20min down the road to a Supercharger, quickly used the restroom, and came back to find our dog had eaten the entire large shake we had bought. We detoured back to the DQ and Ryan had made me a replacement shake with no issues! Note to Ryan specifically: You are truly one of the best men we have ever met in Texas. You made an awful and frustrating situation into a positive experience. We are deeply grateful and appreciative of you! 🫶🏻
Like this DQ. They have truck parking for two maybe three trucks.

Definitely one of the fastest DQs I've been to. I assume DQ will take a bit longer than other fast food places but our order came quickly. I'm disappointed they don't have a butterscotch dipped cone (they have chocolate, of course, and cherry) but maybe I'm old fashioned.
Had the Alaskan Pollock. It was fresh crispy and hot! Great with tartar sauce. Was traveling and valuee is good.
After a long day, just needed something to eat. While in the drive thru, my truck decided to die and not restart. To say the staff was helpful and went above and beyond is an understatement. I couldn't say enough about there willingness to help, and just common decency. Top notch folks there. Food was great, and the staff was wonderful. Thank you!
Omg, I got the 6 piece thinking they were small fingers, holy moly they are huge and awesome, the Riviera location is on point, they were fast and everything was hot and fresh... So good❣️❣️❣️
Visited this location on 10/17 and purchase two banana splits . The service was great and food taste fresh. Also didn’t know Tuesday’s and Thursday’s they have 1.99 banana splits ! Great
What sets DQ apart from others is they usually mix their Blizzards all the way through. On this day my son and I swang in through drive thru for 2 Blizzards and for first time I was eating straight ice cream last quarter of cup. But hey, still better than a McFlurry.
Honestly I only use the drive thru so that's why I only put 2 stars. Food got only 2 stars because honestly the food isn't nasty but the prices are crazy. Service only got one star because I went thru the drive thru ordered one bag of ice just one. There were no cars in front of me so why did it take them a total of 6 minutes to hand me a bag of ice???
Very clean, good & quick service for a quick bite to eat headed home from vacation. Didn’t give us tons of ketchup packets and napkins tho. Feeding 2 kids that love ketchup lol
They were on point. Practicing good covid19 restrictions and clean bathrooms. Food was good , Dq tasted great.
Food was good, service was lacking - one employee completely ignored people because his job was only to take food to people. I donno bout anyone else but when I have worked at restaurants, including fast food, no one had just one job. Bathroom was unusably filthy - let staff know and no one even went to look at it.
Not the best DQ I've been too. Chicken sandwich and 2 blizzards took 30 minutes to get out. Might have been an off day, but it was my first day stopping there and I wouldn't go back, by the time the food came out I had to get a bag to take it to go.
Everything is bigger in Texas except for blizzards at DQ apparently. In Illinois it would be a inch above the top of the cup. It was a good sugar cookie blizzard just really small
I ordered a mint oreo blizzard but got a chocolate chip blizzard...no mint...no oreos...just vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips. 10/10 disappointing.
Disappointed the kid at te counter was great but the food.. not so much
Got here & some guy said they'd be right with. Well, had us waiting just so some lady, sign to us that's it's closed like if the guy in the 1st place could've said or she get on the speaker to tell us
First of all, we went in to place the order. We waited in the area of the second door where there were more people at the tables also waiting for their orders and one of the cashiers came to run us out of that area saying that it was closed! We moved immediately from the box and after 20 minutes they reluctantly gave us our order... but when I got to my car with the things to continue my trip I realized that the banana was spoiled, in poor condition and the melted ice cream choose to throw it away instead of eating it.
