Il Pacchero Rivoli Reviews
Dinner on November 28, 2025 A large, modernly furnished restaurant, featuring tables spaced closely together without compromising acoustic comfort, is good. The menu is extensive, including both meat and seafood dishes, centered on traditional Neapolitan cuisine. The Gennarine (fried pasta sticks) were generous, well-fried, and accompanied by good-quality cold cuts. We followed them with four first courses: a Gragnatello, a plate of tortiglioni with Neapolitan ragù, a Bronte, and an Ischitana, all plentiful and generously seasoned. To be truly nitpicky, I would have preferred the pasta to be cooked fresh and slightly more al dente. The desserts were good. Very generous portions. The wine list was adequate. The staff was courteous and friendly, and the service was prompt. The bill was average. Vito: 8.5
Dishes with attention to detail, quality ingredients, and generous portions. The pasta is homemade and you can taste it: the pasta with ragù cooked for 8 hours is spectacular, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The elegant yet welcoming atmosphere is perfect for both a more elaborate lunch and a family dinner. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always available to recommend the perfect wine. Excellent value for money, especially considering the freshness of the ingredients. A place you'll want to return to, highly recommended for those seeking flavor, quality, and impeccable service!
We returned to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. We ate well, and the portions were generous, although compared to our last visit, the price of the mussels has increased and the portions have decreased (but they're still generous). The prices are in line with the quantity. I also tried their Moncalieri location, but the food here in Rivoli is better.
We booked for four people on the website very easily, and the confirmation email arrived promptly. The restaurant is easy to find. In my opinion, we ate well, and the portions were generous. Everyone enjoyed the dishes we ordered: Don Polpo, octopus and potato salad, Gennarine poverelle e sciantose, mussels alla diavola, Sicilian-style swordfish, and finally ricotta and pears. Recommended.

A restaurant in Rivoli where you can enjoy expertly prepared seafood dishes. Regarding the first courses, I recommend sharing them with another diner, as they're truly generous. This also allows you to try more than one dish! The location is a bit out of the way, and if you're not familiar with the area, it's really difficult to find out... Prices are typical of a seafood restaurant.
Excellent food and very generous portions! Had we known this beforehand, we might have avoided ordering a starter each because the portions were enormous, so unfortunately we didn't manage to finish them, even though they were delicious. The waiters were very kind, but I have to admit that they were only polite to us customers: this is the only flaw, as I unfortunately witnessed an unpleasant scene where a waiter rudely reprimanded another waiter in front of us. It wasn't great to witness such bullying while eating. I have no complaints about anything else, even the cleanliness of the bathrooms was impeccable.
A modern restaurant near the ring road entrance, making it easy to get to. Parking is a bit inconvenient as there aren't many spaces. The restaurant is very large, has an open kitchen, and is suitable for large parties. The food is good; the menu offers a variety of first courses, second courses, and appetizers. The service staff are kind and helpful. The first courses are generous, which is not easy to find these days, and the prices are competitive. It was a pleasant surprise, especially since some friends brought us here. It's definitely worth a try, but it's not a place that will leave a lasting impression on you and make you want to return. The restaurant is quite large, with several dining areas, but unfortunately, since we didn't have a reservation, we ended up in a less pleasant area behind the restaurant, covered by glass. The dishes are generous; we tried cured meats and pasta, which were good, but the raw fish was a disappointment. The snails were full of sand, a negative experience. It was probably my fault for ordering fish from that area, which, being far from the sea, isn't the best choice. The owner was friendly, but some of the staff seemed frustrated, perhaps due to pressure, and their attitude wasn't the best. The price, especially for raw fish, is quite high. Again, it's a shame about the fish, because otherwise I could have written a very positive review about the hot dishes, like the pasta and cured meats.
Not that bad but nothing terrific! Fresh food and decent cooking skills although a bit more attention spent on time would prevent from overcooking fish, tuna filet specifically, so killing the soft biting and taste. Good wine list, a bit higher than deserved but in line with the outstanding choices. Very good evaluation overall, good staff care to customer, cleanliness ensured and you’ll go for amazingly sized first courses, never getting up “empty” at the end. Go there once and you’ll get back!
Missing language. Two lecturers one unsatisfied about how the pizza was uncoocked, the other one unsutisfied about the aboundance but low quality (far too small...even comparing to any close chinese restaurant) mussells (cozze italiane).
