Nice, quiet bar. Good coffee, good service.
Assolutamente da evitare…il caffè da evitare…manutenzione della macchina assente e anche tutti i procedimenti per fare un buon caffè. 1) La polvere va’ macinata al momento, si chiama espresso perché accendi il macina dosatore al momento (uno spicchio sono 6/7g di caffè) 2) non ha spurgato la macchina 3) non ha pulito il braccietto con il pennello dal caffè precedente = il caffè sapeva di bruciato ed era molto acido. Vi consiglio assolutamente di prendere personale con attestati riconosciuti ( io ho studiato per diventare barista alla mixology Accademy di Roma e bar menager in seguito a Milano ) e non persone che si improvvisano baristi. Il caffè è una cosa seria. Ottimo il fatto di avere il selz di acqua.
