Brick City Café Rochester Reviews
I eat here twice a week for the past 2 years. My favorite restaurant on campus, best place to spend meal exchanges and dining dollars! It’s really good food 90% of the time. I also love how huge the seating area is.
Prices are a bit high (about +20%) compared to the neighborhood. I'm writing this review just to let the chef know: the mushroom barley soup is really really really good, I love it.
Staff is super nice! Food is one of the best on campus. A little pricey but it's on a college campus so it's to be expected.
It's a cafeteria with some rather good food. You can get a wide range of food from salads and sandwiches to grill items and main entrees. Most days, there is also a local restaurant selling some of their food.
My favorite place to eat on campus. Actual food, made right there in the kitchens by chefs who seem to have freedom to try different things.
The dining area is clean and there is a good selection of food. There is a daily visiting chef that provides a variety of ethnic foods.
Got the fish fry. A lot of variety available. Good food. Visiting chefs.

One of the better places for breakfast. Decent selection and variety. Always at least one vegetarian option. The rotating visiting chefs are nice.
Good Breakfast and lunch. Top 3 best places for food on campus
High price for campus eats. Decent food if you're willing to pay.
Best food on campus, dining area sucks though

Obviously, you'll be paying the college tax. Not only that, every line is very slow, and poorly organized, so someone could easily grab your order, like what happened to me. They've also moved over to single use containers, which makes the food harder to eat, and makes me wonder how bad their sanitation process was before COVID. But the food's not bad, just a bunch of management problems.
Great for on campus breakfast and rotating visiting cheff for lunch. No dinner and limited options though.
As college eateries go, the food was good. The table where we sat just felt a little sticky.
The breakfast is good. Don't expect too many options. The burgers are midiocre.
Consistent average quality food. Expensive for no reason. Small portions. :(
Pretty good food, not amazing, but better than Gracies.
Decent food for a high price. Fast service and many condiments.

Celebrated earth day by making me waste a plate and utensils to get my food to go. Great job guys!
RIT needs to get the parking crisis under control for commuters as soon as possible. How can you enjoy Brick City Cafe if you can't legally get to it.
