I love this little cafe! I decided to come here after a long walk in Corbett’s Glen Park and got a strawberry smoothie which was great. Their selection of food, drinks and baked goods are amazing and they also have a few other things like candy, syrups and pasta. There are many places to sit inside and outside with a free library/puzzle cabinet as well. Will definitely be coming back here.

A sweet and cute eat-in/take-out cafe. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food is thoughtfully conceived and delightfully executed. Truthfully I haven’t sampled a large part of the menu because every time I try something new I just want to order the same the next time I go! Example: If you think a BLT is just a BLT, then order the Weymouth BLT and be prepared to be pleasantly surprised. The avocado and sprouts on fresh sourdough toast elevates the quotidian making it hard not to order again next time!

Good selection and prices... thrilled this location has a bakery and deli again! I had the Italian tuna on focaccia and it was excellent. Can't wait to try more of their offerings!

Absolutely adore this place. It's not fast food and it's absolutely worth it. Everything is good. They have a lot of local goods such as honey, sauces, noodles, and more! They also have some gluten free treats. It's quaint and has the best customer service I've ever seen.

Tuna melt is absolutely delicious! Plenty of vegan options for my sister, also delicious! The atmosphere here is cozy and wonderful. Beautiful inside with welcoming music and lots of locally made treats to choose from. I can't wait to bring my mom and daughter here!

Very cool find for lunch while being out in the area for a class of the conservation League down the road. Stopped in for lunch I had a cup of coffee and a panini sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie and it was all so delicious. Very good portion sizes and the coffees were on point. It's pretty much set in a residential area, so it's kind of easy to pass by and miss it, but definitely stop in and check them out.

Like falling into a Hallmark card. This place is adorable, filled with local treats for shopping. The drinks are fantastic and vegan options for every meal. Simply lovely. Update: they also have fresh flower bouquets from a local grower. It's just so beautiful!

I love the Brighton Hoagie (no tomato). I dream about the Brighton Hoagie (no tomato). The focaccia bread is mind-blowing. Literally just ate one and I already can’t wait for my next lunch here. Probably next week. And the week after too.

This is my new to me, favorite local coffee shop and café. The food and drinks are fresh made with quality ingredients. The baked goods all look so enticing. It's a pleasure to see that they have a really amazing selection of vegan and gf foods.

This quaint little cafe is a gem! Their breakfast pizza is delicious and reasonably priced at $2.50 a slice for a cheap breakfast/coffee date. The shop is filled with locally made treats although there is limited seating inside the cafe itself mid to late morning. Bring cash or they charge a 3% credit card fee to your order!

Went to Tree town for a lunch date with friends. We sat outside. I ordered a breakfast sandwich (the tree town jam sandwich). Very clean, fresh ingredients, excellent taste! A great, quiet place to get a meal quickly or at your leisure. Highly recommend this local small business!

Adorably delicious cafe. Yummy sandwiches and drinks. Limited seating inside but picnic tables outside along with a free little library and lending puzzles! Also has cute little local things in its store.

The selection of beverages are amazing. I loved their cold brew orange tonic, so unique and amazing I got another one to go before I left. Service is slow, so I don't recommend here for a fast in/out experience. Worth the slowness and the wait!

Excellent chickpea salad, I substituted sourdough bread and it was awesome. Their scones are also moist and flavorful.

Update: I am seriously delayed in updating this review, but better late than never. Pretty much immediately after I wrote the review, the owner reached out to me. She asked for more details about our experience, and offered her apology and a gift card. I very much appreciated her attention to her business and care for her customers. 5 stars for her! Really cute place. The food was very good. Our experience was less than good. The cashier was short with us which was off putting. After waiting a little over a half hour (for some sandwiches), we get our food and 3 of the 5 orders are wrong. We were so hungry, so we just ate it. At the end, we went inside and let them know what happened. The person in charge showed us our ticket from the cashier, and it was all wrong. We weren’t seeking any refund or anything, and we certainly weren’t offered one. It just didn’t seem like they cared much about it. The food was yummy even though it wasn’t what we ordered, but over all, it was just a ‘meh’ experience.

Awesome business, awesome people! Last Spring our church did a big Care Package project for nurses and other hospital workers who worked so hard during the Covid pandemic. Jenna and her team not only agreed to help us choose which products to put in the packages - she also assembled them for us! What a great, great, great heart these people have for their community, their customers and vendors! Great cafe too - fun to shop in, delicious eats, and just a friendly place to hang out!

Great coffee and food spot for parents and their kids. They have a ton of things both inside and out for kids to play with. I've never been to a coffee shop like this and it's great!

Tree Town is a wonderful little place in a delightful little spot. Whenever I go the food is consistently amazing, full of color, fresh, and clean. The atmosphere and staff are very inviting and nice, it is the most consistently clean restranunt I go to. My one complaint is sometimes the service is a little slow, but it is well worth the wait when I get a perfect avocado toast or breakfast sandwhich!

This place is incredibly popular - they open at 7am and there is a steady crowd even before it hits 8am. The staff is amazing - especially the team working the front and the back for the AM shift. I appreciate how well they work with the larger number of orders !

such a great little cafe, awesome vegan breakfast sandwich and coffee. I've not tired more than the vegan bacon, egg patty, cheese on a salt roll but its probably all just as good

I had knee surgery and on my way home my father stopped at this gem of a quaint little café. I had the steak Panini, large Mocha and some pastry. ALL were outstanding tasting. The Panini I scarfed down like a rabid animal. Slammed the Mocha which was perfectly blended and mushed my face with the deserts. Bravo to the proprietor. The service was expeditious. Wheel chair accessible parking and entrance made it easy for me as i really couldn't move my leg too much and was still under the influence of anesthesia. Moy mom who's gluten sensitive ate their before and she loved it too.

Amazing hidden gem! I just found out about this great Cafe a few weeks ago when my son with special needs was assigned here for job coaching. Not only does this cafe excel in its fabulous food and specialty drinks but they help our special needs community by hiring people with intellectual disabilities and providing a business for others to be coached at. I can’t say enough good things. Please check them out. It’s worth the trip even if it’s out of the way.

I absolutely ADORE this coffeeshop! I looove places that have ample parking, a great atmosphere, great product, great prices, and connect with the community on a personal level! Well folks, this place is it! From convenient handicap accessible parking literally less than 10ft from the front door with less than 10ft to the counter, this cafe is one of the most accessible I have come across lately(that doesn't have a drivethru). They have a family friendly playground area outside with seating you can enjoy in nice weather and cute seating indoors. Always super clean. Offering a wide range of products in a small square footage from teas, coffees, vegan options & other sorts of refreshments all way to breakfast pizza, candy and giftables! Chic seasonal decor gives the cafe a wonderful sprinkle of magic from owner Jenn as she makes you feel like family while you enjoy your latte. Stop in and say hi to owner Pete as well! :) He makes the best breakfast sandwiches. Everyone is so warm & friendly there in the best way, it really is wonderful. Pick up some famous Salty Rolls or enjoy a delicious homemade French Macron on your way around town, or if you perhaps need a last minute gift? A taste from today as it was Valentine's Day <3

This place is so cute! I love all the stuff they have for sale. Everything is delicious! The prices are great, and they have a huge vegan selection which is fantastic! I'm not vegan, but one of my best friends is. Oh, and the coffee is slammin'! I can't wait to go back and try some more of their options!

This was a very cute cafe and the food was delicious!! They have a little gift area too where you can buy food items mostly and small gifty items. It’s small but cozy. Parking can be tricky when they are busy (like they were on small business Saturday). Will definitely be coming back!

Got the Banana Bread Iced Latte which was delicious and the flavor of the coffee still came through. Also, the drink was not too sweet, which is sometimes hard to come by. Right when you walk in you feel all cozy. There is a bounty of baked goods. I will definitely have to come back to try the food. Outside seating with shade and plenty of space for kids and animals. Good sized parking area as well

What a special place! My mom and I stopped in for a quick bite this evening. The indoor and outdoor lighting at Tree Town is super cozy and inviting. It felt like coming home! We met Ashley, who took our order, and the three of us had a wonderful conversation with her while waiting for our food. Tree Town has a beautiful and spacious outdoor area where we sat and ate. The food was fantastic. Our entire experience tonight was absolutely lovely. Thank you Ashley and thank you Tree Town! We’ll see you again soon! 🤗

This spot is nearby my gym it so cute and cozy. The staff was very sweet and the atmosphere was perfect. I ordered a latte and a vegan breakfast sandwich. I think vegan food can be hard to enjoy when you typically cook at home. The sandwich was okay very bland but there is vegan cheese options and vegan sausage which was cool. The bread was delicious and so are there deserts ( I don’t believe the deserts are vegan)

Such a cute place with a ton of well curated local products besides an extensive drinks and sandwiches menu. Best dirty chai I’ve had in Rochester. Will 100% return.

This place is brilliant in the summer for kids! Love the outside eating area with a fence to keep kids contained. Lots of toys and playground material. There is a book exchange and board games and puzzles as well. Inside features lots local items for sale. Everything we had was good kids menu was priced at incredible deals. My favorite food item was the grilled panini.

Went to this cafe on a whim and loved it. There’s lots of parking but still slightly difficult to find a space at 10:30am on a Saturday. Had the best breakfast wrap I’ve ever had (The Ziggy) and got a wonderful cinnamon latte. Though it was crowded, I placed my order within minutes of being there. Waited about 15 mins for my order and it was worth every second. I’d highly recommend this cafe.

I've had excellent takeout from here before but this was my first time inside and it's wonderful! The focacci for the sandwiches is delicious, very flavorful, thick, and fluffy. The microgreens and toppings were also just the right proportions. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but the strawberry shortcake iced latte is great for the summer season. Would highly recommend and will be coming in again!

Such a wonderful hidden gem! One of my favorite Rochester spots to get a delicious Vegan breakfast. It’s great having the same extensive selection as the Omnivore selection, at Tree Town everybody can eat. What really sets Tree Town apart for me is the customer service, especially when Dave is working. Dave is friendly, warm, personable, and present. It doesn’t feel too common anymore to find service staff as engaged and connected as they are here. I always feel uplifted and happy after talking to staff here. If not for the incredible food and coffee, go to Tree Town to see how customer service is done!

been here twice & love this spot!! really appreciate the wide variety of vegan options. feels like at a lot of places that's just an afterthought, with options being super limited, boring, & sometimes kind of gross (lol). so it's nice to have the total opposite of that here (genuinely great options - you can get most menu items made vegan). sandwiches are tasty and filling. also a wide variety of baked goods/desserts!! there are some tables inside - overall a great place to grab some lunch (that's what i've gone for both times) or whatever!!

We ordered breakfast through Grubhub and were blown away by the quality and flavor of everything we tried. We got the Vegan Chesswell Breakfast Panini and substituted provolone for the vegan cheese. The sundried tomato spread added a bright note without overpowering the other ingredients, and the whole sandwich was delicious. My friend, who split it with me, said it was the best sandwich he’d ever had—and one was definitely enough for two people. We also ordered the Vegan Superior Gone Green, which my wife loved, and the Aztec Mocha Latte, which was absolutely perfect. They balance their flavors so well. We’ll happily order from them again.

Everything about this cute coffee shop is wonderful. I come rochester way for work and I've stopped every day because I've become addicted to the coffee. Its so good. The food is delicious as well. The fact that there is mostly the same menu but vegan is so great (and the organization makes it so easy). Aside from the fake bacon, all the vegan food is delicious, and it’s not that the fake bacon is bad — it’s just not my cup of tea. THE SALT ROLLS ARE TO DIE FOR. Whenever I drive back from Colorado (we’re talking a 24hr drive) this is one of the places I look forward to the most. I come at least 3 times while here and I leave with a goodie bag full of salt rolls and [vegan] snacks from the vendors. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service, vibes, and all around experience. To Tree Town — Thank you for all the upgrades; the lengthened hours made stopping in much easier and the physical menus are very helpful! I can’t wait to come back and see what you guys have enhanced the next time I’m home. 🫶

I visited this coffee shop for the first time and was instantly in love with the food and coffee. I stumbled upon it on TikTok, hoping to find a coffee shop near me. This café has a lot of variety! The food menu is extensive (in addition to specials) and the room was filled with tons of different pastries/baked goods and snacks. Incredible spot! The cheesesteak panini on homemade focaccia was mouthwatering goodness. 1 forehead kiss to the chef who concocted that thing. The steak was so flavorful and juicy tender, the focaccia was soft and fresh, and it had yummy onions and veggies and a tasty aioli mayo of some kind. The chocolate raspberry latte was good too, tasted like chocolate raspberry! And the chocolate biscotti was a treat! There are SO many in-house baked goods, treats, trinkets… Indoor and outdoor seating, wifi, cute play area, cozy music playing, nice service. Love it.

I met the owner, Jenna, at the Swan Bay Resort farmer's market last week and told her I've lived and worked in Rochester for over 20 years and never knew about her shop! She gave me a little incentive to visit so I did today and I'm SO glad I did. A cute place with LOTS of drink and food options. I went with the cookies and cream cookie and S'mores Shaken Espresso, both amazing! Thank you Jenna, I will definitely be back again!

Cute place. Outdoor play and picnic area with umbrellas. Lots of parking. The menu is HUGE and they have lots of baked treats from bread to brownies. I got a snickerdoodle latte which was delicious and was ready within 3 minutes. The woman who helped me at the register was very genuine and friendly. Some indoor tables available with some art around.

My first time visiting (to meet a friend) and am pleasantly surprised with the variety for vegan and Gluten free options. I purchased a GF raspberry pistachio bar and a GF chocolate chip cookie. The drink I ordered was an Arbor Farms Maple Latte, iced with oat milk. The staff seem very amicable. Might be a new meet-up place for me and my friends. (Not to mention the kid-friendly play area outside).

Went here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by all of the offerings at Tree Town! This cafe boasts a robust breakfast and lunch menu that I am excited to work my way through 🙂 I really enjoyed my Winding Creek Wrap and I know my brother liked his turkey club. The vibes are very cozy and I definitely want to come back for more.

I ordered at 11:05 am, asked about my food 45 min in to find out they had ran out of hash browns. I received a cold plate of food an hr after ordering and after everyone else in our group of 5 had eaten. Really bummed on the service but the outdoor seating was definitely the best part of this spot.

I regularly go to Tree Town Cafe on my lunch breaks since I work nearby. It is a spot that is very cozy and welcoming and has a lot of drinks and breakfast/brunch food options, as well as many pre-made desserts and pastries. The workers are always very friendly and welcoming and I love interacting with them. The food and drinks can be a bit hit or miss. I've tried a few different things over the times I have been there and personally I'm not a huge fan of the chickpea sandwiches or the salads, but I love their bagels (Mandy Lane is my fave), and the tuna sandwich I tried today was also very delicious. In terms of drinks, they do well with the iced drinks, but the hot ones tend to be a bit bland from my experience. Among the pre-made options that I've had, I think my favorite has to be the brownies I bought a couple of weeks ago. I put a 4 for atmosphere, because as much as I love the cozy vibes, the dining room space feels a bit suffocating and hard to move around in, especially if it's a busy day. I usually go at times when it's not busy, but still find myself knocking into chairs each time I try to get out of my seat for whatever reason. I'm not sure if there is a solution to this since the building itself is pretty small to begin with, but figured I would mention it anyways. They do have outside seating, so I definitely prefer that when the weather is nice.

VEGAN OPTIONS!!!! Thank you for having a great menu for vegans. The breakfast sandwiches were soooo good. Definitely should have gotten the salty roll instead of subbing for a bagel.

It would be 5 stars, but seating is limited. The wife and I went inside and instantly loved the vibe and the music. We ordered coffee and lunch, and we wanted to sit and eat and perhaps buy a delicious dessert. Unfortunately, all of the small tables were taken. My wife and I ended up eating our delicious lunch in our car. Our suggestion to the owner would be to add more seating or make the tables exclusively available to those who order food.

My friends and I came here for some breakfast the other weekend. Great little cafe in a nice area near Ellison Park and Corbett’s Glen. I got a latte and the Spicy Lafayette Breakfast Wrap. Both were top notch. My friends got coffee and some kind of breakfast sandwiches. Those sandwiches didn’t look quite as appetizing as my wrap and apparently didn’t taste as good either. 😕 We got cookies later, and those weren’t that great either. The chocolate chip ones were terrible if I’m honest. The peanut butter cookies weren’t bad. Nothing here really wowed us. I’ll definitely be back, but I think the food needs to get a little more love when being made. Great location. Friendly staff. A little slow with the food. Good coffee.

The owners are friendly and staff. My tuna sandwich was delicious with their focaccia bread. I had to send some gifts to Egypt and I found a great selection of items to send. The picture shows most mine and their stuff. But my friend will be happy to get them all.

Overall we were really impressed! A few minor complaints, but a few things we loved too :) Complaints: -no bathroom -the kids menu was very hidden -lots of candy in glass jars on low shelves that my small toddler couldn't stay out of -no napkins anywhere to be found -very minimal seating Things we loved: -the food was DELICIOUS! Pictured is the Ellison Park and I loved it! My kids loved the mini pizzas! -kids toy corner!! Any place that is thoughtful enough to have toys for kids to play with is winning in my book! -employees were very friendly and helpful! -they sell Amazing Grains Salty Bread(the best bread ever, in the entire world) We'll be back! :)

This little cafe is quite unique, great breakfast sandwiches and lunches, and wonderful treats and coffee. The atmosphere is charmed and pleasant and the staff are very kind. It also has outside places to sit and enjoy. This is a family friendly cafe, and is usually quite busy as it's very popular, but has a laid back feel that makes me return time and again.

We ordered food online for pick up. The menu is huge with lots of interesting coffee and breakfast items. Everything was freshly made and seasoned perfectly. The latte was delicious as well. The biggest complaint is that the food came out really really slow. It took us 40 minutes to receive our food after placing the order. I recommend ahead so you don’t wait in store for 40 minutes!!

Very cute spot in what feels like the middle of nowhere. Great outdoor space to hang out with things for kids to do. Nice menu and a variety of special coffee drinks that usually run a bit on sweet side. Plenty of food options and limited seating inside. Only downside is how long it can take to get food, may be because of what appears to be a large number of grubbing/pickup orders. If you are near east ave wegmans area divert here.

This place is so adorable. My food and drink were excellent. May I just suggest what would make it even more amazing is a deep clean. But honestly this place is so cozy and everyone needs to go there at least once if in Rochester. There was sweet jazz music playing. Also seating inside and a bit of seating outside. The service was fast.

Went to the Tree Town Cafe for the first time today. My mom ordered two iced chai lattes and a panini. The panini was fine, but only one iced chai was made. The iced chai was TERRIBLE. Literally the WORST chai I’ve ever had. It was clearly just a powdered mix that had no taste and was over watered. I never return drinks but this time I had to. Since my chai was bad I just ordered two iced caramel lattes. These were better but nothing special. So if you’re the owner of this cafe please do not buy powdered chai. Buy some gallons from The Chai Guy instead. This whole trip ended up costing $40-$50 to have them remake new drinks, even though we never got our second chai. Not to mention the poor staff were overheating in the hot cafe. No AC, just some big fans.

I just moved to the area and I’m so glad I found somewhere with great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The sandwhiches and coffee were amazing, and I loved the large cookie I picked up here. I’m giving 3 stars because I bought a cake pop and bit into it and it was full of mold. I had seen what looked like mold on the bottom right after I bought it, but I convinced myself it had to just be melted sprinkles. Well, I took a bite and it was not melted sprinkles. I’m not holding the cafe at fault for this though since I don’t think they’re the ones that make the cake pops - they probably should just be stored somewhere cool. Even after this though, I will still probably be back for the coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I just won’t buy the cake pops from Dolce Cupcakery

I want to love this place. I really do. It has so much potential! I appreciate that they offer so many vegan options, and delicious options at that. However… No matter what I order something is always missing, even when I’ve been charged for it. One time there was avocado schmear on the outside foil of my sandwich, but none IN my sandwich. The last time I ordered and paid for vegan bacon but received none. And of course I don’t realize it until I have left! No matter if they are slammed or dead the service is always… off. They encourage you to order ahead, and give a 30 min window. No problem. I’m happy to wait for good, fresh food. If they are busy you will wait 45-90 minutes for food. If they are slow your food will be ready immediately but you’d never know it because they don’t call out your order or text you. And again, your order will also probably be wrong or missing add ons. Regarding the space, it’s cute but it’s a poor use of space. Maybe if they made it an open kitchen and actually used the space in the back they could have more than one person preparing food? Or add more seating for people waiting?

Wanted to go to a local coffee shop. Was excited even I saw this place. Got a homemade pop tart. Looked great, but was super dry and not tasty at all. Got a coffee and added cream, tastes like the cream was bad. Wife got a pumpkin latte and tasted pretty bad. Workers were very nice. But honestly, wasn't impressed enough to come back.

Quaint little child-friendly spot offering good drinks and good food. However, if you plan on ordering food, you better have some time on your hands. It is not uncommon, from our experience, for food orders to take upwards to 50-60 minutes. Last time we ordered, it took 48 minutes for us to get two wraps that didnt even require any ingredients to be cooked. No explanation, no apology. The gluten-free wrap was in pieces and required a knife and fork (see image). Once again, everything is always delicious, but the speed of service is occasionally mind-boggling.

placed an online order for breakfast on a weekday around 11am. the soonest pickup time was 30 minutes out, which i didn’t have a problem with. we went to go pick up the order, and ended up waiting in the store an additional 10 minutes (so 40 minutes total) for 2 breakfast wraps and 2 drinks. the drinks were great, but the wraps were nothing special- the eggs were very overcooked, and the bacon was too salty. in my opinion, the wraps weren’t worth the price for what we received. staff was friendly as always!

I ordered online and picked up. Unfortunately, it was incorrect and I was back at work already. The sandwich I did receive was good though. Next time I will check before leaving

Cafe has good food, drinks and baked goods. I love that it is a local business and the family friendliness is a big plus. Lots of good choices on the menu, but they were out of Avocado, so the thing everyone in my party wanted (Avocado Toast) wasn’t available. The restaurant was a little too dirty inside, so we ate outside where the kids really loved playing with the toys and games provided.

Here's the Greek salad I received via delivery this week. Banana peppers, olives, and a ton of super burned croutons. The gone greener breakfast sandwich was great. But this was my first time ordering from them... This can't possibly be a salad over $10.

This is such a cute neighborhood spot and I love that it's there. The sandwiches are always AMAZING. BUT the drinks are just never hot enough. You get the drip coffee and it only almost hot. Even when I get a latte where the espresso is fresh and they have just steamed the milk, it's still only lukewarm. Are they afraid of burning someone? I really do love going here but there's always that one letdown which for a cafe is kind of major.

It's fine, though quite expensive for what you get. The same sandwiches and drinks you can get any other place that sells this type of stuff all around the city. Expect to pay upwards of 40 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks as well as wait 35 minutes for not a chef to bring out a 3 ingredient sammy from the kitchen and leave it on a side table. If you don't hear them call it out once because you're keeping yourself entertained in the one tiny room with kids toys and tables that is so uncomfortably packed for you to sit at you can wait longer until you see it 🤷🏻‍♂️. Don't think it's worth the price.

I really want to love this place. I love that it’s a local cafe, & the food can be great. I love that it’s kid friendly outside. I DONT love that every single time, we have to wait sometimes over 30min for a fairly basic sandwich. The menu is too long, and the young people working there hardly ever know the answer to customer questions about items. This all creates a bottleneck, people waiting endlessly in what quickly becomes a cramped tight space, zapping it completely of its warm inviting vibe. I’ve been in there at all times of day, for every kind of meal, and this is typically my experience. I don’t know exactly what needs to change - hire more people, streamline processes in the kitchen, simplify the menu? It leaves me feeling like I don’t want to return because of the headache I inevitably get from being in there, despite the tasty food.

Sadly, I write this review after many, many second chances at this business. I've frequented Tree Town over the last 5 years since I moved to the area. It is VERY convenient in my travels. But, there have been very few times that I was actually pleased with the service and/or the products. It is extremely overpriced from merch to menu items. Everything is unreasonably priced but, aside from that, the service is terribly slow and the atmosphere inside is far from the cozy feel you would expect from this little nook off the beaten path. I've never truly enjoyed the snacks or sandwiches I've purchased. The food leaks from their packaging and I've had several messes to clean up in my car with takeout items. I'm just so disappointed. I try so hard to support the locals but I will not be returning to Tree Town Cafe.

Super cute place, but really dirty. The floors and tables are always really sticky or slimy. The toys that they leave out for the kids are absolutely disgusting. Every time we go there my kids (1 and 4) get super sick within the next two days….I guess they are building up their immune systems. Everyone there is really nice, but they could definitely do a better job cleaning and sanitizing. We won’t be going back, which sucks because we live so close.

This place has good food but is SO slow. We ordered for online pickup and arrived early to actually pick it up. While waiting for our name to be called, we noticed a takeout order sitting behind the counter for 10 min. Lo and behold it was our order - they finished it early and then last it sit until the time the website said it would be ready. There's nothing like a lukewarm egg sandwich. I'm not thrilled with our experience and need to find a better breakfast spot.

Yet again. The food at this place is wonderful but they literally have a broken system for preparing and pushing out orders. I am not sure what the issue is, but they really just can't make food at the rate needed to keep things from being frustrating. I ordered on door dash this time. I ordered at 8am. It's 8:45am, and the delivery person has been waiting for over 25mins for the food, and I know exactly what's happening. I would order from here so much more if I knew that it wasn't going to take an hour or more to get an order whether it's busy or not. It ends up costing ME more having to add to the tip because the driver probably lost a run due to the long wait. Honestly it's probably something that can be fixed. I hope they work it out!!

We saw the reviews and were hungry so we came here. The drinks were great, but the food was surprisingly mediocre, the sort of thing you’d expect from a diner off the highway, not a fairly expensive cafe. Home fries were soggy, and the wrap was drowning in sriracha.

I love Tree Town, but won't ever go back here. Although they have vegetarian and vegan options, about 1 in 6 times you will receive meat, even if the order slip is entered correctly. If you're okay with those odds, you'll love it. I'm not. I just want them to do better. Each time we received meat, we told the staff in a constructive way, but I don't get the impression that they understand what a disappointment this is for veg customers, or those trying to decrease animal products in their diet. There's a lack of empathy and nobody wants to make actionable changes towards solving this kitchen problem. If you're not going to honor these options consistently, don't put them on the menu. We gave up on them near the end of 2023, when the food quality was dipping in addition to getting the disappointing surprise meat. In 2024, we took a chance again and were pleasantly surprised for several visits. They had made more seating space in the building, switched POSs, and were knocking our orders out of the park for a while. The food, when correct, is really excellent. Then, we inevitably got slipped meat again. Either fix this for your future vegetarian and vegan patrons or scrap these options from the menu entirely.

Adorable cafe with great coffee but I have never experienced a business that runs so slowly and inefficiently. I have never arrived and had my mobile order ready to go. Knowing they need extra time, I normally give double the expected wait time before picking up my order (e.g if they predict 15 mins I give 30). Today, I ordered and paid ahead for two breakfast sandwiches and after giving extra wait time, waiting in-store for over 20mins, and following up 2x, had to leave without a refund or the food because of the extreme delays!

I was disappointed in my first order. The iced dirty chai latte was all cinnamon, it was almost undrinkable. I ordered the Superior Gone Greener. I did not get arugula or feta on my sandwich. So, I paid a dollar more for nothing. Also, trying to order the sandwich, it says it comes in salty bread (which was not great) but then makes you pay an extra 1.61 for any of the bread options.

I ordered $40 of to-go breakfast food from here and threw most of it away. The “avocado toast” was on thick soggy focaccia that wasn’t toasted at all. And it had a hair on the avocado! None of the drinks were ready when we showed up 30 mins after we ordered. Would not return.
