UN Cafe and Hookah Lounge Rochester Reviews
I really enjoy this place. Very friendly staff.
I never been there but it looks like much better cafe we have from Boston
Very nice place to have peace 👍🏽
It's 24 hour's but it does lock ins
It was awesome the food was delicious
Great time! always have fun. total control over the music and great prices. always willing to help and very friendly staff!
Great spot. Everything is good. Scenery ambience and good hookah. Comfortable seats.
Family owned great people I’d recommend it as the best Ethiopian/Habesha Experience in Rochester!!!
Great music, Shisha , food and cheap prices with faultless service
Not to mention zemeta is right next door so you can always go and eat there if you're looking for some good chow!California dream and they were great. Music is a little loud but not horribly so. There are comfy padded booth seating around the walls, some couches and some smaller metal chairs, and low tables. Blue and purple lights with fabric draping from the ceiling

Good invironment. Had a good time
Good hookah at a great price, very friendly staff. A bit of a "grunge" vibe, but very relaxed.
This place is more atheistic then the place UP the street. It's a family owned business. Its connected to family restaurant with good food. Defiantly diamond in the rust.. But good price defiantly if you talk to the owner. Offers drinks. Upstairs and downstairs seating.

A little rough around the edges, but friendly service. The seat upholstery was ripped. I have had better hookah, but it was fine.
Having never been there before I had no idea what to order or how it worked. The staff was mixed on helpfulness. I should try again but it won't be soon.
I been here about 3 times and from my experience I can say this play has the right idea but not enough effort to keep the place worth coming to on a regular. I understand the location isnt meant for blowing money and smoking from golden hookahs but this place is way too dark to be a lounge. It feels more like im at a cheep nightclub. Music is playable by anyone so most of the time its just blaring nonsense by high schoolers. The seats are from diners so it gets really uncomfortable after 30 mins of sitting. Most of the time the good seats have someone occupying it. The staff is friendly and helps you out if you want something. Prices are not bad either but didnt enjoy paying my brother a “sitting” fee when the seats where breaking my back. All in all, needs a big upgrade in the way this place is. Lighten the place up and have some air come in. Really will help.

Outdated not comfortable. Hookah was weak, bathroom was a mess.
Don't waste your time driving here. It's closed, and the owner isn't a nice enough person to fix the google profile of their place. Stupid.
This place is a scam, they will charge even when you don’t order anything, and they won’t even inform you of this. Sat down with friends who ordered hookahs, but I was charged a hookah price even though I haven’t ordered anything
Not a good hookah bar at all. I go to hookah bars regularly back home and visit Rochester frequently to see family. Been here twice and can say that this place is run down, cramped, dirty, and has poor ventilation. To elaborate, the furniture has holes and stains all over them, there are no fans and no open windows so you sit in a dark smoky room as well. On top of all this, they charge extremely high prices ($20 for ONE hookah to share with my friend) and ignore you unless they know who you are. They were walking around checking and giving the group next to me new coals, and ignored our hookah when ours was clearly finished. The worst though, was when we left; my friend and I were cat-called inside the lounge as we were leaving. Their posted hours are incorrect as well; tried to go once on a Saturday night when they said they were open until 3, arrived at 12:45 AM and they were already closed.
