Had a great experience at Dickey’s barbcue pit We came in around 7:30 and noticed there was only one guy working — looked like he had a few orders going, but still managed everything really well. We ordered the baked potato with ribs and a pulled pork sandwich, and everything came out hot and tasted great. The service was solid, and you could tell he was doing his best to keep things moving. We’ll definitely be back for more of that amazing BBQ!

I got the big sandwich - half shredded pork and half brisket $17. Very generous on fries! I have to say….it was very good and I was stuffed! I got a sample of the ribs and I must say….they were awesome and going forward will be my go to! The mgr was also amazing! Very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend!

First time at this location. Lady server very kind and helpful with offering sauce to accompany Great Baker with tender brisket (loaded baked potato). Enjoyed thin onion rings as well.

Had the craving for BBQ, and Dickies is the most convenient choice. Being a fast food joint, or QSR, and one that doesn't seem to run out of choice cooks of meat like brisket, I don't expect it to melt in my mouth or change my world forever. Came in, was promptly greeted by the sole worker in the restaurant, quickly took my order, and set me on my way with my drink to any table to wait. Within the time I got settled with my drink at my table and had just opened my phone to fiddle about, she came from around the counter with my tray of food. Sliced Brisket Sandwich w/ Cheddar and fries on the side. Sauce of choice was Original BBQ. Sandwich is exactly what I wanted. Just meat and cheese on an inoffensive bun. Meat was tender and juicy. Cheddar was sharp. Simple and good. The fries might be the best thing they can mass produce. Natural and crispy with the flavor being less of the oil it's cooked in and more just warm potato. 10 out of 10 fry. In a day where I had nothing going on and no expectations, but I had a craving that I decided to act on, I'm completely satisfied. Excellent service! They were prompt; cordial, brought our food to our table instead of just calling us up to get it when it was ready. They also checked on us at least two more times while we were eating to see if we needed anything. Such good service. Loved our experience there. The food was also really good!

I was very pleased with my visit. Amrit was very welcoming and her customer service skills were above & Beyond. I would definitely go back to this location. The food was fresh in the store was very clean and sanitary 100% satisfied. My favorite part was the fried okra.

This was our first time eating at this restaurant. The woman taking our order was pleasant and waited patiently while we decided what to order. (No one was behind us.). Our food was brought to us fairly quickly and it was VERY good! The chicken and brisket were both very tender and flavorful!

Brisket came w/2 pieces, so not sure how many come in the full order, but I feel like the portions were pretty small. I know everything is more expensive, but dang. It was $25 w/$2 tip at the register after an added fountain drink. Also, isn't it supposed to come with pickles and onions? I got neither. Skip the Mac & cheese. Bread was soggy (came w/2 pieces, but I had already thrown one piece away in photo). I put the fork in the photo for size reference. I'll prob go somewhere else for BBQ from now on.

Made online order for an online deal with coupon code. When I showed up they said system was down and couldn’t fulfill order. They said I wouldn’t be charged but after checking my account they took the money anyway. I called their service line and had to leave a message but they never got back to me. I was forced to do a stop payment with my credit card. SHADY!

Pretty sad, won’t honor loyalty offers, claimed to be out of food. It’s a shame that these places are closing but it’s not hard to see why with this kind of business.

I came here today, 8/22/2025, at 1:58 PM to pick up an order. While taking the order, I asked for a glass of water, and she started yelling at me. She made racist remarks, insulting me by saying I was Muslim in front of other customers at a volume that disturbed everyone. She was very rude and ultimately refused to deliver my last package. She said, "Go do whatever you want, complain whatever you want, and you won't receive any package." If the restaurant manager or anyone else looks at the security camera footage from this time, they will witness the incident firsthand. I hope they don't continue with this employee.
