Food was great. On point. 1st review was two years ago. Pizza is still consistently good and the staff is fun. Pizza's shown are both MEGA dough. One with light spicy red sauce, double mozzarella, double pepperoni, spicy chicken sausage with sprinkled red peppers. Second one is double mozzarella, red sauce and mushroom.

Our family regularly visits MOD Pizza and it’s one of our favorites. We love being able to build our own pizzas with unique toppings, and the service is always quick and friendly. The root beer and crushed ice are a fun bonus we all enjoy. We find ourselves coming back again and again. Hint: download their app! The drive from Granite Bay to get this great pizza is totally worth it. All ingredients are a fresh, you order all ingredients individually, not necessary to settle for some pre- configured combo, the size is perfect for 2 people, and the speed and service are extraordinary. Much better deal and quality than the big pizza chains and the local restaurants.

Our all time favorite pizza and salad! Ordering online and pickup was a breeze. We love that we can pile on as few or as many toppings as we want. They got the light bake option for pizza too. The blackberry lemonade and pear iced tea are unique drink options I personally like. We keep on coming back!

Great pizza! I love the garlic bread with hot honey to dip it in. The “No Name Cakes” are a family favorite. All the flavors are great, but chocolate is the best! You can ask for extra toppings. Red sauce is also tasty. To be honest, i’m not a big fan of the barbecue sauce they use for the barbecue pizza, but I’m picky with BBQ sauce.

Had a great time at MOD! They have so many options for toppings and it’s fairly cheap all things considered. The crust on the custom pizza was a little thin for my liking but that’s just me choosing the wrong style. Will definitely be back! Cheesy bread 5/5 Custom pizza 4.5/5

So good! Employees were super nice especially the guy cooking the pizzas. Super friendly and didn’t make me feel bad for bugging him a couple of times to get ranch and pepper flakes. Asked to cook the pizza a little longer and he made sure it was to my liking. Mini size is perfect for a single serving. Try it with ricotta 🤌🏼

we got the chicken bacon ranch and it was positively scrumptious. also the breadsticks were a little garlicky for my taste but with dipping them in ranch, they turned out pretty good. will absolutely be coming again. forgot to mention, amazing prices!

It's a great place to have a pizza built just the way you like it. The staff was smiling and friendly. Our pizzas were cooked perfectly. The kids loved the opportunity to see and pick exactly what they wanted.

Good mod. The employees were friendly. I wish they had all the "seasonal" options year round. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and we enjoy mod very much. I love that they take food allergies so seriously!

The MOD pizza in Rocklin is the best! The pizza is fantastic and it comes out in 5 minutes max! Plus on Tuesdays it's $2 microbrew night, it doesn't get any better than that. It's not Bud Light, Coors Light and Corona, it's great local breweries like Knee Deep and Crooked Lane, top notch! Anytime you can get three beers for the price of one, jackpot baby! CHEERS 🍻

I'm not much of a chain-restaurant person. But I found myself at MOD and was very impressed. The service here was personable, the guys were sweet and kind to my kid, too. And FAST! Maybe I'm behind the times, but man, that pizza must've been done in 5 or 6 minutes. Quality was great for a chain, and the gluten-free crust was quite palatable. (Can't say that about most places.)

Staff was very polite and fast. Its a loud, but fun environment. Its always a great place to come to for my family to get there own custom pizza. The kids love writing names on a mod sticker and adding it to the wall.

Great pizza, the "Mod" size could easily be shared between two adults. Service was friendly, and prices were reasonable. It's "build-your-own" pizza style, with plenty of toppings to choose from. The crust was excellent: thinner, slightly crunchy on the bottom, perfectly toasted on the top, with a great wood-fired flavor. They do have a small selection of decent beers on top. Very popular, even on a slower Sunday afternoon.

Pizza was good like always, as I finished my drink in my car, I noticed tons of black mold bits in the bottom of the cup. Most of it came out as I poured the drink out to inspect... I hope we don't get sick from this... For whoever is interested, the bits turned into dust when touched, almost like ash, and had a metallic/acidic smell.

Good pizza just not enough of it per pie. Got a large for 3 people. There was 2 slices a piece. It was 17.32 . They were fast making it.

Went in today, they had a promotion for a free dessert with purchase of a pizza and beverage. When we went to pay the employee started to tell us about the promotion then quickly said never mind. When I jumped in and said are you staying to tell us about the promotion for the free dessert and then showed her on the app from my phone she said yes, but it didn’t work when a customer wanted it last night….. I said but here it is. She then asked the only other employee what to do and he said nothing. She then ignored it completely and just rang us up. Terrible customer service. I asked again if we could have the dessert and she said she didn’t know why but she didn’t know how to apply it. Pizza was burnt and over sauced. Just overall a terrible experience with horrible customer service.

My crust was very burnt. When asking a worker about it, he said it was normal for gluten free crust to be burnt. If they are going to sell gluten free crust, they should’ve figured out how to cook it without burning by now. I’ve had great pizzas with gluten free crust at other restaurants, not burnt. It is definitely possible.
