Check your order. Every time I've gone I've been given the wrong order. The quality of the food was fine though.

Everything is usually good food wise...but the way management treats their employees in front of customers shows lack of skills and tact. Quit belittling your employees. They are hard workers!

Drive thru is always extremely SLOW... I understand that living where I live is like island time but this is supposed to be fast food. There are always at least 2 vehicles parked in front of the dive thru waiting and it never fails I end up with cool if not cold fries

Ordered 2 McCrispy 1 regular 1 spicy. Both came out, plain and dry , meat and bun.Nothing else. Ordered Homestyle burger mayo & pickles only, came out mustard and everything. Took food inside thinking it might be fixed correctly but all that happened was they put spicy sauce on one and happened it all back like everything was fixed. And they tall skinny blonde headed guy yelled at us too.Because I didn't park where I was supposed to , but no one told me where to part to wait twenty minutes to get a screwed up order

I don't understand why it's so hard for the drive thru staff to get an order right. And these people want to get paid $13 an hour! For what? To screw up an order that we were charged $34 for? It wasn't even a difficult order! They let us leave without 2 of our people's orders to boot!

I went to the this location twice within the last 5 days and received the wrong order both times. Each time I had someone with me who confirmed that I ordered the correct thing. Both of these experiences occurred at their drive-thru. One was receiving a sweet tea instead of an unsweet tea. I guess it's not that big a deal unless you are a diabetic. The next was I ordered to meals instead I was provided with the drinks and sandwiches. I guess that's not that big a deal but when you have to pay what they are asking for fast food it is annoying and it appears this is the type of consistent service folks will receive in the drive-thru. Does anybody else remember when people actually took pride in their job and put forth just a smidge of effort.

If I could give this McDonald's a zero no Stars I would worst McDonald's ever they always mess up on your order. The shake machines never work. The food is always cold and the staff is rude... Lines are always long. You can guarantee even going to the drive-thru at a non-busy time of day you're going to be parked. Waiting for your food for at least 25 minutes. Then when you get your food your orders always wrong and food's cold Management is terrible in that place. I feel bad for the employees because they don't even know how to do their jobs correctly because no one teaches them and the management just yells at them. It's really quite ridiculous. I literally would drive to Aransas Pass to their McDonald's to get food rather than go here in Rockport

Do not waste your time or money here. Food is disgusting 🤮 . Paid almost $20 on two combos and couldn’t even eat it. My fries were room temp and when I asked for fresh ones they reheated the ones I already had causing them to get even more gross and shriveled. Ordered the fish burgers and couldn’t even eat them.

There’s an older lady who works here who is so sweet but both managers treated her like crap for no reason. They were both unbelievable rude to her. I hope she works somewhere that will treat her better :( something needs to be done about this because according to other reviews this is not the first time

30 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 spicy chicken.... I saw people come and go beforey order was brought to me. My smoothy was melted by the time it was brought to me... Burgers were cold......

Just stopped into McDonalds during this winter storm. And the old lady is being sent out to take food to the customers..shame on you. Get the youngsters to take it out. What ever happened to respecting elders? Just cause she’s working there doesn’t mean you need to send her out. Be a gentleman or understanding. I hope yall don’t do that again.

Did a curbside order, sat there for 30 minutes which I understand it gets busy but I checked the app and it never accepted the curbside number and read to go inside. I entered (i was the only person to get down and go inside) as I walked up to the counter I heard a girl on the other side very loudly and clearly say "just because you come inside doesn't mean it's going to be faster " when she came around the corner I told her "I didn't think it was gonna be faster, I got a message on the app to go inside" she said oh, no apology for her attitude or disrespectful behavior. She turned around and my food was literally sitting on the rack behind her ready! Then I realized my medium fry wasn't in there. I patiently waited for her to finish up with 2 other customers.She looks at me and says, was there something else you needed?And I said , yes , I didn't get my medium fry and her excuse was that she didn't make it yet , because I hadn't come in , but yet all my other food was ready. I usually try to give fast food associates benefit of the doubt but her attitude was just ridiculous

Worst McDonald's i have ever been to! If you were Hispanic you got waited on ! We had to figure out the kiosk to make an order! Never will myself or anyone from my family will set foot in there again. The owner needs to clean house! We were there 11/23/25 around noon. Middle aged Hispanic women working register. When we received order no response of it sitting on counter for who knows how long. Food was cold, no napkins and had to wait just for ketchup. Absolutely worst fast food place in my 74 years!

The food was horrible but that’s not the issue I care about. I was yelled at by the tall, thin, blond guy with barely any teeth for not being parked in the appropriate spot for the drive thru. The spot I was told to park in had a car as well as all the spots around it. I simply pulled forward and opened door to keep an eye out. He didn’t even have to walk far but seriously…. NOT appropriate behavior from any employee. Especially to a small woman attempting to get her father dinner after the hospital. I’m sure this can be verified by the cameras.

The worst McDonald's EVER!!! They lie to your face about the delay saying they need to cook more food and then give you food that's clearly hours old. Whenever I come back it is a mistake! This has happened more than once FOR YEARS. Corporate please clean house 🙏

Fries are always are soggy and taste like grease and old. The workers ignore won’t even say hi they will see you standing at the front and just look at you without saying a word. Have you wait while they are running around helping in the kitchen or drive thru. They don’t want to interact with people anymore they rely on the the apps and those machines they have in the lobby for people to make their orders on and do the work for them. They could at least acknowledge people when they see them at the counter

today around 11:20 I went to the drive thru probably waited there for at least 15 minutes no one answered or tried to take my order so I pulled up to the window to place my order and the manager said she's not gonna take orders at the window??????so she's not gonna take my order at the drive thru speaker or the window??? Mind you there was like 5 cars waiting in the line behind me......L manger do better.....

If I could give zero stars I would. They gave my food to someone else. I called from the spot they told me to wait for my food in, and I was hung up on twice. When someone finally responded to me, they brought out my food and it was wrong. I waited for over 30 minutes. Absurd they can't get an order correct. I also did not get the sauces I asked for.

I Pre Order on the App I live 1.5 miles got there in Drive Thru. Ask to pull to Window they Gave me My Drink asked me to Pull Forward and I Waited 10 More Minutes. Still No Food. I Order a 5 Meal with Extra burger. It’s was 20 minutes my food was ready I asked for a refund then the Manager Lady Yelled at the Drive Thru Gurl like it was Her Fault.

When we got our order, the fries were brown from being over cook, hard had no flavor. We ordered 3 meals and they gave us no napkins at all. The window personal was nice but not the person who took our order. We couldn't see who it was but she was not polite or nice when speaking.

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. For people who like to order their food face to face, don't even think about dining here. If you don't want onions or just want mayo or anything different than the kiosk offers forget about it. The wait is up to an hour on your order because half the time they got people's order wrong or couldn't figure out who the order belonged to. One lady waited an hour for a coke. We saw the same cars waiting for their food in their cars that were waiting when we got there. I could say much more but I don't think they care.
