Cicis can be hit or miss, but this one is THE ONE to go to! Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! The atmosphere is very kid friendly and welcoming to all. We can't wait to go back!
Me and my little brothers have been going to this cici's for years. Tonight, me and my fiance came through pretty late. I usually feel pretty guilty for showing up thirty minutes before close, but they were amazing! Made us the pizza we wanted and even let us take some to-go when we couldn't finish. They were sweet and also kept that closing boundary. I always love the staff here!

I hadn't been to Cici's for a while. But we placed online orders a couple times lately and it was delicious. The store staff has also been friendly and quick as well.
I've been to alooooooot of Cici's in my life and this one...well... It's one of the best I've been to! Honestly...the pizza is always fresh and plentiful and now they've upgraded their games! Yeah my family will be coming here for years longer than we already have.
This is one of the better CiCi's in the east Dallas area. The buffet is always stacked with fresh pizzas. Staff is friendly and can read, write, listen and count out your proper change without struggling or playing on phones. Everything has good flavor. The manager has done a great job here.
This Cicis location is ok. The employees are pleasant and the food on the buffet line is fresh. If you don't see a pizza you want, the staff will make one for you upon request. Very family-friendly restaurant that loves its customers. I took a star off for cleanliness. There are often dirty tables even during slow times with no one in the restaurant. Staff needs to step up and keep the place much cleaner to keep customers coming back. The pizza is very good, with a great selection for all tastes plus a salad bar, pasta station, brownies, and cinnamon rolls. Decent game room for the kids. They also offer wings as well. All you can eat good food for a low price.

Solid, reliable pizza. Nothing fancy. The people are hit and miss, some really seem to care sbout customers, others just can't put their phone down long enough to care. If you don't see what you want, ask for a special and get whatever you want on your pizza.
Nov 2023 Review After yesterday's visit, I changed my star rating to a little lower because of what I saw. It was quite a mess yesterday and the restrooms were dirty. I was not able to speak with the manager to share these concerns but hopefully they saw and will correct. ≈========== This Cicis was a little different from others as it seemed a little better with the service and the people that worked there. They were much friendlier in this location and seemed to have better customer service. It was also cleaner on the floor.
Good for quick, cheap pizza. Quality is bad. Atmosphere even worse. Searing is uncomfortable. Do not recommend.
The last time I was at Cici's was several years ago. Today I stopped by and it's not what I recall or to be. The price and value is 100% unbeatable. I'm sorry but the food just was not good,...at all. From the salad to the pasta/ pasta red sauce, even the pizzas had no flavor.
It’s a Cici’s Pizza, you know what you’re getting. I come here once in a while for the kids, taking one for the team. Just can’t believe it’s now $9.99 for the adult price. The food is that there’s always plenty to choose from. You can always special order anything. Plenty of seating. The salad bar could be an easy improvement fix if they really wanted to. Anyways, for the ones wanting to no carb, no/low sugar, just go to the end of the line, grab a pen and the paper and circle everything you want, but write No Crust on the crust part, or bowl under the special instructions at the bottom. 👍🏼
I was pretty disappointed with my recent visit to Cicis Pizza. Even though the place was still busy and there were a lot of people dining, the staff started packing up nearly 50 minutes before closing time. It felt rushed and unwelcoming, especially since there were only about five pizza options left on the buffet. For a place that promotes variety and value, the lack of selection and the early shutdown really took away from the experience.Other than that the food was good
Pizza good...but cinnamon rolls...idk. they've never been "arranged" like this. Update: definitely not fresh. Pizza good though.
I'm going to be straightforward with this. I came to this location with my friend, and spent $30 on the buffet. The food was old, and lukewarm. The brownies tasted like ranch. All selections were almost all out, if not all dry, and looked days old. I spent $30 on this, not at all worth it. I wouldn't recommend eating here, or, at least not at night.
Since when did Cici’s stop allowing water cups? If u want a water, you have to pay? I was very disappointed. The manager (female) was not very friendly at alllll. The only one who was nice was one of the pizza makers. He was super helpful.. quality of pizza is so bad & price is NOT worth it. My family & I will not go back.
I visit Cici's occasionally when they run the $5.99 special. I decided to visit the Rockwall location since their reviews were higher then the location I normally visit... BIG MISTAKE! About an hour later, I was so sick, I had vomited it all back up. I have never been so sick from eating. It had to be food poisoning, because as soon as I finished vomiting, I felt fine.
Ordered cinnamon rolls through delivery for the nurses I work with. The rolls were flipped upside down and there was no icing and very little cinnamon. This is not ok....
Biggest waste of $50! In Mesquite off Galloway it’s $38 for two adults and 3 kids. They had one side completely shut down at 8:30 and like 4 pizzas made for the buffet and don’t close until 11. The entire place is super small and crowded and the game room barely had 5 games. The pizza was hot but had no taste.The cinnamon rolls were buttery and cold. I definitely will not come here ever again. My feelings hurt too because my kids love Cici’s and didn’t get a chance to enjoy the end of a lit birthday weekend. Booooooooo 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅 do better at this location. It definitely made me appreciate the one in Mesquite more then I ever have.
Witnessed employee dicing onions for salad bar with bare hands. Doesn't put on a glove until she puts the diced onions in the container. Cashier also handled the raw onions with bare hands and played with the knife after being on her cell phone with no hand washing until after she touched the product. Employees were constantly on cell phones, drinking behind the counter next to buffet and little hand washing was being done. Cashier was constantly leaned over on the front counter on her cell phone. It seems these employees were not trained on cross contamination.
