The food and staff were good, but a ton of screaming kids which was unpleasant. Also great place but 3 for something funny in my drink, it tasted kinda funny.. like gasoline

The food is ok. I'm from Oregon/California. I was shocked to find that Texas McDonald's uses different buns here. The west coast buns are way better. Just sayin, Texas buns are garbage.

Pro tip! Check your bag before you leave. I have come here twice to find the French fry container near empty. Not to mention cold. I stopped by for my kiddo, brought his happy meal home, and this was the second time he got excited only to find that I can literally count the number of French fries they put in it with two hands. I understand saving money but THIs??? The place famous for French fries? I called the store to let them know and no one picked up the phone. While this may seem really really petty, the fact is I had a child extremely excited to have his favorite thing only to find they literally did not give him a full order, rather enough to make you wonder where the rest of it went. Employees are generally nice.

The burgers are really good..... at least I thought. I felt a crunch in my burger. Is it the Ecolite or is it a cricket that got stuck in my burger.

Came thru drive thru Order a Small mocha frappe very unsatisfied all ice in the bottom of cup I could not enjoy my morning coffee it was hard to suck of the straw due to all the ice in the bottom of cup this is not the first time this has happened more like the 4th time. Future reference please make you guys are grinding the ice all the down before serving to customers.

⚠️DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. ⚠️This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited, and it raises serious food safety concerns. The kids meal fries were completely burned—rock hard, stale, and tasted like old grease. These were clearly overcooked and left sitting under a heat lamp far too long, yet still served. That is unacceptable, especially when food is ordered for children. My Spicy Deluxe sandwich was thrown together with zero care. When I opened the box, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sauce, literally everything was smashed and stuck to the packaging, not even on the sandwich. The most concerning part was the chicken filet. It was old, dark brown, and had wet, soggy grease spots. It did not look fresh or safe to eat. Serving chicken in that condition is a serious health and safety issue. This is not a simple mistake. This is poor management, lack of quality control, and negligence. Whoever is running this location should not be serving food to the public. If it wasn’t a holiday, I would have returned immediately. I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend others avoid it altogether unless you’re comfortable risking food quality and safety.

Currently sitting the drive thru for wayyy too long for fries and drink. This is terrible for a McDonald's and for it to be "fast" food.. I am confused to why this hasn't been remedied especially after reading the other comments about its slowness as I sit here trappded in the drive thru. Here's hoping the fries are at least hot and not refried.🤞🏾

Gun Barrel city store, big disappointment in the food! The Big Mac was poorly assembled. French Fries were cold. MC DONALD'S used to be known for their French fries. Not anymore. Won't be back.

This McDonald’s CANNOT WAIT to mess your entire order up. You cannot trust that people are able to do basic tasks at this location, you have to check them. If you forget to check them because youre busy then youre going to be missing something. Its as guarantied as death and taxes.

This McDonalds is run very poorly. Went in at 530 p.m. The restaurant was filthy. Trash on the floor, the table we entered at the kiosk was so filthy we sat in the one next to it. Zero interaction at the counter, either order at the kiosk or not at all. 16 mins after we ordered our food arrived. With the cup for my drink which I waited the 16 min for because no one could be bother to hand it to me. Drink station was a mess and only got a half cup of ice. Qpc or with no mustard was so overcompensated with ketchup itnwas inedible. All the food was some how room temp. Probably 1/3 of the fries we paid for. The only upside was technically the order was correct. The restaurant was not even busy. Without new management I would not recommend this location for anything other than sub par food and a messy environment.

I give 0 I waited 15 minutes after they pulled me up. Then they brought me cold fries as I was requesting fresh fries I took a bite out my chicken sandwich and had hair I literally pulled out my mouth disgusting 🤢. I have never experienced that from any McDonalds ever. I went in told the manager they seem to not care at all gave my refund was none apologetic . As I look in the back no one have hair covering at all but everyone had long hair. Absolutely will not be returning 🥲

This will be a rude review but when I'm eating my food and see that the egg has green spots on it... what else am I suppose to say. This is far from disgusting, it's criminal. To get sick from food because this location wants to save a penny is ridiculous. I advice everyone to check your food if you still decide to go. Never going back, this is unacceptable and just disgusting. DONT GO!!!

Rockwall I-30 location. I NEVER get my ketchup or sauces that I order with my chicken mcnuggets via Door Dash! I mean how does the app AND the receipt state Ketchup and sweet and sour sauce (3) which is included with the nugget order but they NEVER add them. I asked for extra mustard on the cheeseburger and as always it's never added. This is utterly ridiculous! Then, when you try and call the restaurant to speak with a Manager, the phone stays busy. You can never reach anyone.

It’s McDonalds…I don’t expect much, but I do expect decent, edible food. This wasn’t up to par by any means. My meat was cold. The ingredients were old, and all of our fries were stale. I could tell it had been sitting awhile because there was a deep pickle indent in my hardened cheese. Just gross. I should have just forced myself to cook for what I paid. 🤷‍♀️
