Food is delicious. Kid friendly. Customer service was absolutely incredible. Help to cater to a special need. We had with a smile on his face. Estevan was amazing. I also over heard him helping another customer that had a problem. Not sure what the problem was, but she seemed very happy when she left. Good management. Quick service. Definitely will come back.

Interior is slightly smaller and a bit different from the other Pei Wei locations I've been to (downtown and Renner). Service is friendly and quick, we ordered the 3 platter portion which consists of 3 entrees of your choice, 8 wontons/dumplings or lettuce wraps and Thai donuts. We went with 8 wontons, bourbok chicken with brown rice, honey seared chicken with fried rice, and Mongolian beef with noodles. All very delicious,seems to be the same old flavors that i remember from the downtown and Renner locations. The area has several seating available but it's quite tight. There's a separate waiting area with benches for those picking up online orders and those who've placed to-go orders.

Pei Wei Rockwall is officially open to the public. Eating here now. Menu is slightly condensed from previous visits at other locations. I counted 15 tables inside. Set up looks more geared towards catering to the to-go crowds. All employees seem happy……it is day 1 though. I ordered the Mongolian Steak, and I added peanuts to the order (no charge). If you’re unfamiliar with this location, it’s next to the 87th Starbucks we have, out in the Costco parking lot, next door to Torchy's Tacos. I signed up for their rewards program, because I will be back plenty. Free water, Wifi, & fortune cookies 🥠

She had a friendly smile from the moment we entered the restaurant and continued to check in on us to make sure that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious but the service was something to remember!

Anthony and the lady at the counter were so unbelievably friendly and made sure I left happy and satisfied. The food is great!! I can't lie i was fully judging a book by its cover. I never would've tried this place if it wasn't brought to me. I had the fire cracker shrimp and chicken dumplings, both were delicious! Wish the shrimp had a bit more sauce but that's a personal preference. Over all really good food, would go back!

Food is consistently delicious and fresh . Staff is friendly and always doing 110% . I do my orders on the app and they normally have it done within 5-6 minutes for my family of 3 . Thank you for the hard work

I would give 10 stars for service if I could. First time going here and what a blessing. We were nicely greeted. Met the DM (Carmelo) and he was super nice, friendly. Plan on making this location a regular stop.

My family ordered the lettuce chicken wraps, Dan Dan noodles, drunken noodles and honey hot chicken. Our favorites were the Dan Dan noodles and lettuce wraps :) the drunken noodles were JUST a little too undercooked. They honey chicken was on the sweet side for our liking. Overall good experience and will return 👍🏽

I like the way the to go boxes and condiments are self serve… Restaurant was tidy but the glass doors are always super dirty and for some reason that really grosses me out. Also the AC is subpar and I rushed through my meal to get out of there. The poor staff was working in at least 80* heat. Will go back but probably just for pick up.

I’ve been getting this every week for 2 months and the portion sizes have been good in a round bowl. Today when I received my food it came in a small container not happy with this portion size change.

This is not a regular Pei Wei, do not go here expecting Pei Wei quality. I’ve visited this location a handful of times and have always had issues. I frequent the Pei Wei in Uptown Dallas and this Pei Wei in Rockwall does not compare in quality or service. Last time I ate here there was a hair in my food.

I ordered spicy drunken noodles, I was very disappointed to see and taste the so called “drunken noodles” it tasted so bland and noodles weren’t even the kid you use in a authentic drunken noodles

It's a knock Panda express basically. Food was basic nothing special. But the strawberry mango 🥭 juice drink was 🔥!!!!
