I love a Schlotzsky's since I was a kid. This location on the inside seems well kept. The employees are usually fairly courteous. I try to grab my favorite sandwich there whenever I'm in the area at least once a month.

One of the best restaurant staff I have seen on this side of the city. We ordered $5 pizzas through the mobile app and I did not look at the pricing carefully. The app gave a $5 promotion for one pizza and the rest was in full prize. I did not realize until I picked up the pizzas from the restaurant. I returned to the restaurant to ask them if they could do something. Unfortunately system did not allow them to do any store credit or return the money. The staff suggested to call the manager. But, surprisingly 10 minutes later one of the store staff called me and she took care of everything by talking to the manager herself on the phone. They revised the bill. Thank you for your courtesy and service. Oh! the pizzas and the cinnamons were excellent.

Great, I recommend you try the $5 Pizza. A few to choose from on the weekends. Feed a family of 4 or 5 for $15-20. The sandwiches are very good too but a bit more expensive. But you can choose your size of sandwich. Sorry about the pics. Couldn't wait to dig in

Ordered specifically turkey #6, said meat cheese and mayo only, he repeated it back. . .and yet I got tomato (allergic, thank you), lettuce, onion and mustard. It's not that hard to follow directions is it?

Food was good although there is cheese with French Onion Soup so not sure where it was?? Service was the fastest ever at a Schlotzsky's. Construction makes getting in and out a nightmare!

Well I was there to get my grandmother a sandwich cause she was tired of the hospital food and I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for them to open just have some lady walk up to the counter and inform me that the computer system was down and then turned and walked away. So to say the least didn't get anything to eat and won't be going back there.

I took my wife to schlotzsky and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had food was bad,took forever, service was terrible never again

Extremely rude employees and awful service. They were so slow and playing around the entire time and acted like customers were a bother. They messed up both of our sandwiches and ingredients looked spoiled. I will NEVER return to this location! DRIVE FURTHER AND GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!

The food and the service both very bad. The female employe taking orders from drive thru at 7:40 pm 05/25/2025 was very rude. Please don’t put your frustrations over somebody else

The service was horrible! The owner ask us what did we want when we walked in. The food was not fresh. The Cinnabon was out all day and he even told us that it was cooked this morning after we had already purchased it. We will not be back EVER!!

Food was ENJOYABLE! I will say that but the customer service here is HORRIBLE! SO I WALK IN 2 EMPLOYEE LOOKS AT ME , NO WELCOME TO SCHLOTZSKYS. THEN A ANOTHER CAUCASIAN COUPLE COMES IN BEHIND ME THEY ARE GREETED? WHY DIDNT I GET A GREETING, ALL I RECEIVED WAS RUDE EYES! SO I ASKED THE OTHER EMPLOYEE AT THE FRONT DESK SHOULD I ORDER FROM HERE? HE ASKED WHY? I TOLD HIM EVERYONE IS SO DEPRESSED & SAD FACES I WAS CURIOUS. HE EXPLAINED EVERYONE IS TIRED. I TOLD HIM IM TIRED TOO BUT I STILL SMILE & SAY HELLO. THE OWNER /MANAGER (INDIAN) LIL GUY HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE OF ALL , WHEN MY ORDER WAS READY HE ACTED AS IF HE DIDNT WANT TO PLACE MY PLATTER DOWN SMH MINUS THE UNPROFESSIONALISM HERE THE SLIDERS WAS ENJOYABLE.
