We had reservations so we got right in and ordered. Appetizers were great, drinks were on spot and dinner was great.

We came in for a last minute birthday dinner for myself and Darian gave us great service! She gave us great recommendations on the Brussel sprouts! And she said I was funny 😂 thanks for a great dinner Darian! You made my night!

Delicious food and GREAT service! We had an amazing time, even with the place so busy, it was worth waiting for! I highly recommend the dumplings (we had shrimp), the lettuce wraps (I had the chicken ones) and the shrimp pad Thai. The portions are very generous!

Darian did VERY well on service and just overall great person as well as being a potential nail client for my fiancé. Food was very tasty and hot like it was just done cooking. Looking forward to coming back

Stopped in for dinner and we had a fabulous meal. Great service with Holly. Orange chicken and sesame chicken was delicious and then our server surprised us with an amazing red velvet cheese cake. Fun atmosphere with great environment

Just opened for business. Immediate seating. Great service. Pork dumplings were perfect, especially with the three-sauce mix (no extra charge). They ask if you want them steamed. Chang's spicy chicken with white rice was great. Not a long wait for food. Excellent lunch. >> Dined again 2025 August. Darian exhibited the epitome of servility with stellar timing, attention, discourse, and demeanor. The new black pepper chicken was scrumptious with white rice after the steamed pork potsticker appetizers.

A blessing as a server 💕❤️ I’m truly thankful to have found this server—it’s been such a blessing in my life! She was so welcoming, respectful, and uplifting. It’s clear that there’s a spirit of kindness and encouragement that flows through everything here including Darian . I appreciate the way everyone treats each other with grace and patience. Darian took such good care of us! It was a slammed night because of Valentine’s Day weekend, but she got our order in and the food came out QUICK. Mongolian beef, crispy honey shrimp, and dynamite shrimp were a hit. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful experience last week at P.F. Chang’s. Darien was an amazing server and we would love to request her again. Excellent service, great recommendations and we really appreciated her promptness. I spoke to the manager on my way out. We loved everything, including the spare ribs, the crisp Penny, shrimp and the lettuce chicken wraps. We will return over and over again!

Darian was the best server we could ask for. She was so kind and thoughtful and did a very good job and getting us exactly what we needed! Couldn’t have had a better time at the restaurant!

We had a great dinner but what made the night was our server, Darian. She anticipated our needs (we ordered 3 appetizers, beers, & entrées) so she had a lot to contend with and did it all professionally and friendly. Darian was a bright light in this amazingly dark venue. She added sparkle to the great ambiance. I wasn’t bothered or lonely during my dinner alone. Service was exceptional. My Mongolian trio was a tad bit salty, but nothing to disrupt the staff about. Darian suggested a cocktail that exceeded my expectations. Wonderful evening. Wonderful service.

Darian was our server and we absolutely loved her! We were a party of 6 and she matched each of our personalities perfectly. So much fun definitely made the experience so much better. The food was absolutely delicious and everything was amazing. Always love the decor and comfy seats.

My girlfriend and I have been going to this place for a while now and it has always been great and I wanted to talk about our night here in particular, the service at the front was friendly and helpful, our server, Kayla, was extremely nice to talk to and did her job phenomenally, a manager at the end of the night even came around to assess how our service was, ensuring our night went well. The choice to bring back the flashy presentation of the food when brought to the table was great and its wonderful to see its long awaited return. My girlfriend and I will be coming back very soon. Our favorite restaurant and a great place to visit in the pinnical hills promenade.

Both my wife and I really enjoy eating here as of late. It does get crowded during peak times but it's a popular place. Their dynamite shrimp appetizer is really good We've had it every time.

My Waitress Darian Was very helpful in picking out the food For my wife because she’s not a Chinese restaurant eating person after picking the egg rolls she absolutely loved them along with the orange chicken. This can only be accomplished by a waitress who has been there for a little while and knows the food of the restaurant inside and out. Thank you, Darian We will be back!!!!

Darian was amazing! Apps and mains came out super fast and she was very prompt with refills. Very personable and overall a wonderful server. Great experience!

Everything we ate was delicious, and there was 11 of us. The teriyaki beef with noodles (substitution) was everything I wanted it to be. Their banana egg rolls and pineapple coconut ice cream were amazing. The kids' meals came with a drink and free ice cream. They had a cheaper menu on the back. It did take over an hour to get our food so we weren't able to do the activity we planned for after, but they gave us 2 desserts for free and discounted our bills by 10%.

The food was very good, desserts were amazing. We had the lettuce wraps, Mongolian Trio, Sesame Chicken, dessert trio and butter cake. I also had an Asian Pear Mojito(very good). My issue was our server, we sat in the bar area, which was fine, but our server( the bartender) made us feel like we were bothering him by being there. We were the only table with two people at the bar. He did his job but nothing more. No conversation, he brought our check without asking if we wanted any dessert or another drink. It was my birthday dinner also. The manager was friendly along with the servers that brought our food. I’m a server so this really disappoints me. We will go back but definitely not in the bar.

The noodles didn’t taste like Asian. It was more of American version. Felt more chewy. Maybe will eat other dishes and review later. Service and atmosphere was good

Food tasted good and decent portions, I even had leftovers to take home. The lo mein tasted like something I could microwave at home. This place is definitely more about the vibes and experience... It won't be the best Chinese food you've ever had. My waiter could've been way more attentive.

Someone (corporate) help me understand what just happened here. We go here at least 1x per month. Man, this is just disappointing for one of our go-to restaurants. If I wanted my kids to have drive-through quality chicken, I would’ve taken them to… I literally can’t think of a place that offers lower quality than the chicken included in our honey chicken meals tonight. This used to be (maybe 2 months ago?) big fluffy traditional honey chicken. Maybe 4 or 5 pieces for kids. But We ordered their honey chicken tonight, and they changed the product - it was like remarkably dried out popcorn chicken and with more popcorn than chicken. Please, PFC, do not cut corners. You’ve made my night harder - Kids notice, parents notice; my kids will maybe eat the rice tonight. You are a premium restaurant- stay true to your brand. Until you’re back, we won’t be.

Had a valentines reservation for 6:15 for my wife and I. She’s pregnant, so I dropped her off and went to park. She went in to try and check in. The hostess told her “go get in line to check-in” - there was a line out the door so she asked for clarification and the hostess just repeated herself loudly “go get in line to check-in.” So my wife goes outside to get in the 20 person line. Well it turns out that was the wrong line and for people without reservations. We finally get in the correct line and get checked in 10 minutes after our reservation time. After waiting 30 minutes we bailed, and finally got a text a 7:30 that our table was ready.

Tldr: Yikes. I hope you have a backup plan. Not sure where the problems started - if they overbooked or if they offloaded reservations to an incompetent ai or if their kitchen crashed and burned due to carryout. We came at 6:25 for our 6:30 reservation. The front entrance was swamped with people which I didn't find unusual for the location or holiday. My husband went inside to check us in, the host took his number and said they'd text when our table was ready. The host didn't quote a time for how long it would be till we got a table. The first red flag. The second red flag was the line of carryout drivers queued in front of the restaurant, and how that line was not moving. The third red flag was noticing the lack of people finishing their meals and leaving. The lone stragglers coming outside looked harrowed and warned that it's packed in there. All these clues pointed to a kitchen that couldn't keep up with the demands management allowed to prevail upon it. We left after standing in the chilly drizzly weather for 50 minutes past our reservation time. We've been to this location before on holiday occasions, and it's bad, but never this bad. I feel bad for the hosts and the kitchen staff last night. I do hope management gets their reservation bookings under control so that staff and guests can have a better experience in the future.
