We came in later in the evening and were greeted upon entering. Koby, Keyshawn, and Madison provided us with excellent service. We will definitely be coming back for all our sandwich needs. Food was delicious and the top tier service made the food even tastier.

Clean store, efficient and kind staff. Clearly well managed. When the owner/manager heard it was my mom’s 88th birthday and the ham/provolone is her favorite meal, he refused to let me pay. So thoughtful and generous! That’s how it’s done Jersey Mikes!!

I order there twice a week easy -food and service always great- today after I picked up my food I left my fanny pack in the store. Once I got home, I realized it was gone. I called the store immediately. The employee said that they found it and would keep it in a safe and secure place so when I got there it was easy to pick up. Great job!

Don’t really write reviews for fast food, but wash very impressed with the staffs friendliness and attentiveness. Food is jersey mikes so standard in that sense but service very impressive.

Yay, Jersey Mike's Subs has come to PV! It was PACKED on Friday at noon, but the line moved fast. I counted 8 employees working feverishly behind the counter, wow. Unfortunately, they were out of steak. I also wanted to try the new Portabella Mushroom Cheese Steak sandwich, but they didn't offer it here. So I got a #16 Mike's Chicken Philly on wheat bread and a #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak on Rosemary Parmesean bread instead. It took a while for them to prepare my order, but I didn't mind waiting because I knew it was freshly made. If I wasn't redeeming a gift certificate and coupon that required me to be in person, then I would have ordered beforehand using their app online. The food is delicious and the Chipotle was actually much sweeter than I expected. The Chipotle wasn't spicy at all--which was good for me to share with my elderly father who can't take the heat. It's a bit pricey at about $10 per sandwich for a regular size, but it's 7 inches and quite filling and freshly made.

The place was full and they also have a lot of online and pick up orders so we had to wait a bit. There are only two small tables so it was hard getting a seat and then we had to clean up after previous customers. The regular sandwich was cut in half and I don’t know if it was because I ordered gluten free bread , but it was kind of dry. The other ingredients were ok, taste was good but nothing exceptional.

Room for improvement. Sandwich ingredients were fresh and tasty, however the guy with the colored hair and matching nails just SOAKED the sandwich when it's Mike's Way. Not just mine, while I waited to pay I saw him drench the next person's sandwich too. So careful if you get this guy making your sandwich. I asked for napkins as there weren't any in my bag or by the soda counter, the cashier asked me to wait as they were "just unpacking them from delivery", this was 12:00pm by the way. It was a short wait before the cashier returned and just handed me paper towels from what they use in the restroom, at least they were clean, so I went on my way. Hopefully the new team picks up the service and they get their supplies on time.

The owner responded to my last rating. I will give them another try. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Hope the service is better and they focus on what I want on the sandwich and not respond with smart remarks. Please do Better....

Had to update my review.... noticed now they put less chicken in my now more expensive chicken bacon ranch sub. This place is going down the same path as Panera, less food, worse quality, higher prices. $23 for something that will not fill me up ? No thanks, going to say good bye.

Just came back from ordering a giant number 7 , they not only raise the prices but now there is hardly any meat or lettuce . Also if you notice they gave me the ends of a tomato. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! They need to retrain their stuff, do not hire irresponsible kids that are going to work high on who know what. Zero stars if I could
