Mi hanno venduto un petto spacciandolo per pollo bio ruspante di un loro allevamento di galline situato in alto( chissà dove?) Un petto da 800 grammi può essere soltanto di un pollo broiler! Si chiama frode in comlercio!
Mi sono trovata malissimo sia con giardiniera e sottolio sia con il pane...pesante tipo piombino...non consiglio
