Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare al CYBO con degli amici, nel cuore di Roma… vicino piazza Navona e posso dire: – La pinsa romana gourmet con mortadella, stracciatella e tartufo viene preparata davanti ai tuoi occhi: profumo intenso, taglio fresco del tartufo e scenografico. Locale perfetto per una serata di vacanza romana, tra le viette storiche nei pressi di piazza Navona. Le luci, i colori e i suoni (talvolta anche la musica dal vivo di artisti di strada) rendono davvero magica l'esperienza. I piatti sono quelli tipici della cucina romana, porzioni normali, ma ci si appaga, prezzi leggermente alti ma non esagerati, perfettamente allineati con quelli dei ristoranti vicini. Molto soddisfatto del servizio e della professionalità e dell'educazione del cameriere (capelli corti, biondo). Complimenti per tutto. Assolutamente consigliato.

Serata a dir poco perfetta! Siamo stati al locale in occasione di un compleanno, siamo stati accolti e serviti, durante il pasto, con grande professionalità e cortesia. Dalla location al cibo è stato tutto eccellente. Menù vasto ma non eccessivamente, piatti romani ottimi ma anche le proposte alternative non erano da meno. I camerieri veramente molto professionali, attenti al dettaglio e cortesi. Nel momento della torta hanno avuto l’accortezza di rendere il momento ancor più speciale, creando un’atmosfera intima per il festeggiamento. Nota di merito anche alla location che, tra le tante proposte della zona, si distingue per la sua eleganza. Torneremo sicuramente!
Sono ormai un cliente abituale di questo ristorante dietro piazza Navona e che, pur essendo situato in zona molto centrale, riesce a coniugare la sua naturale vocazione turistica con un livello di qualità e rigore, anche degli ingredienti utilizzati, che purtroppo non si trova in tutti i ristoranti del centro di Roma. Anche la scelta dei vini è assolutamente di livello, ed i clienti più attenti come me se ne accorgono. Il servizio è magistralmente condotto, in particolare, dalla professionalità di un ragazzo come Elio che spicca per attenzione al cliente e conoscenza delle lingue. Un saluto anche al manager Remo, col suo giusto equilibrio tra formalità e leggerezza, nonché al proprietario che ho qualche volta incontrato scambiandoci 2 veloci chiacchiere, in particolare sulla altissima qualità dei maccheroncini usati fino a qualche anno fa ma che non venivano sempre apprezzati dai turisti stranieri che preferiscono la pasta meno "al dente". Al proprietario rivolgo l'augurio di un successo nella sua attività (così come si evince dagli apprezzamenti della clientela, sempre presente dentro e fuori), e l'esortazione a continuare su questa via mantenendo un'elevata qualità e non cedendo alle sirene dell'area iper turistica. Allego le foto dei miei piatti preferiti, in particolare la gricia con carciofo croccante e la carbonara, anche nella sua variante al tartufo.
Abbiamo mangiato in questo posto, davvero bello! Il cibo incredibile, e l'attenzione di Mimmo era fantastico, molto cordiale e attento, disponibile. Una cosa che dobbiamo anche sottolineare è l'eleganza e la pulizia del posto. Quando torneremo a Roma andremo sicuramente a Cybo. Grazie mille per la vostra attenzione! 💫
Fantastica esperienza culinaria, sono stata due volte e penso di ritornare. I piatti sono deliziosi, l'ambiente non ha niente da invidiare agli altri locali lì in zona, il servizio eccellente e lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Io e chi con me abbiamo assaggiato: carbonara, amatriciana, saltimbocca, osso buco, fiori di zucca (presi ben due volte), pinsa, carciofo e patate al forno. Tutto cucinato con eccellenza. I prezzi sono contenuti. Torneremo, prima di ripartire devo gustare ancora una volta la pasta all'amatriciana e i fiori di zucca.
Ci sono pochissime esperienze che si avvicinano a quella che propone Cybo, ed è praticamente impossibile trovare una cucina moderna e allo stesso tempo a km0 come quella proposta in questo ristorante un po’ nascosto nei vicoli di piazza Navona, che per la sua atmosfera vi ricorderà i Bistrot parigini di una volta. La carta dei vini è equivalente ad un opera d’arte. Non privatevi dell’esperienza di una cena o un pranzo in questo posto, perché è il meglio che la capitale possa offrire. La cucina è prevalentemente romana ma con una splendida rivisitazione in chiave moderna dei piatti tipici. E idessert sono spaziali.
Abbiamo prenotato qua per una cena romantica di domenica. L'atmosfera è stata decisamente gradevole, musica jazz dal vivo al giusto volume, luci calde e piacevolmente soffuse. Il ristorante si presenta meglio dal vivo che in foto sui vari canali online. Un servizio attentissimo, camerieri disponibili, gentili ed educati. Cibi di ottima qualità e buona scelta dei vini. Prezzi commisurati alla qualità del servizio. Probabilmente è da provare anche per bere un cocktail al bancone del bar.

Our favourite place to dine whilst in Rome. From the moment that we walked in, Mimmo made us feel like part of the family. He was attentive and professional with a warmth that made us feel comfortable and right at home. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional and David’s cocktails were the best. A very positive experience at Osteria Cybo We have eaten here a couple of times, and it is a charming restaurant with a very classy atmosphere. The style beautifully blends classic and modern elements, creating a cozy and welcoming setting. The food is excellent, made with very fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service is extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere is lively yet romantic, making each visit truly special. Unforgettable moments at Cybo. We highly recommend Osteria Cybo to lovers of refined cuisine. We will definitely return.
I would definitely recommend. You have to remember you are there to experience the culture. We were not in a rush and we had a great experience. Don’t skip the bread and olive oil on the table when they bring you a plate. Finish with a limoncello shot.

We had an amazing dinner experience at Cybo. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Romo made the evening memorable with an exceptional service. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish.
We had lunch here before noon. We were surprised to find out an early lunch before 12 would get additional 20% off. The food was good.
Food was very very good. Pasta carbonara and pinsa with proscuito, delicious! Prices are alsp very reasonable. The staff was also very nice. Overall I would recomend eating here, and next time we visit Rome, we will defently come back.
Everything from drinks to food was absolutely gorgeous. While looking for a place to eat near Piazza Navona we found this little restaurant on google maps and everything was so good we decided to come back on the last night of our stay in Rome. It is definitely a must to try at least once if you’re on holiday here. The first time we had the caprese salad, which included the best mozarella we have ever tried, the salmon and the pesto & prawn pasta. Everything was incredibly tasty and we were so pleased with both the service and the taste that we came back a couple days later to try the steak & the carbonara, we were not disappointed with out choices as everything was not only cooked perfectly but taste wise it was even better than the first time we’ve tried the establishment. 10/10 would recommend
Absolutely phenomenal food, service is great with a no nonsense kind of vibe from the servers. They are very pleasant to speak to and they don’t treat you like a generic tourist trying to upsell everything on the menu, you order and they deliver. Service was fast and once again food was absolutely delicious. Prices are fair and you will not regret spending a single cent, this is quality over quantity. If you are visiting Rome this is definitely the place to be.
This restaurant is the best restaurant in our trip🩷 All of the staff is very nice and friendly😊And the meal is good too👍🏻The risotto is the best in Roma🇮🇹,also the Carbonara is good too🫶🏻,I think every one should try this two😋 However,we think that the steak is overcooked😔😔 The restaurant may ameliorate this. Lovely place, I didn’t have a traditional Roman meal here, I needed a little break from pasta during my trip but my meal was delicious and the staff was friendly. Would come back and try some other things on their menu.
The carbonara was cooked perfectly al dente and the beef tripe was so tender. Although they don’t serve Polpo anymore, would totally recommend to try. The waiter was very attentive, the overall service and atmosphere was good.
Wow! Wow! wow! Hands down the best meal we had in Italy over the last 12 days! Service was over the top from 3 or 4 different staff, Remo, Christopher and Joseph were all very friendly, attentive and delivered an amazing meal and experience for us. We had a “window” table inside but over looking the crowd with nice relaxing music that set the perfect atmosphere. The food was amazing. We tried meatballs, filet mignon, burrata, sea bass seafood plate - all was perfect. The breaded tea was unique blend with a nice aroma…that paired well with the tiramisu and cheesecake deserts. Both very different and unique to this restaurant - can’t remember this place more! Go Go Go!!

Sarò sincero: mi sono approcciato a questo ristorante in maniera un po' prevenuta. Mi aspettavo un ristorante "turistico" nel senso negativo del termine, con cibo scadente e prezzi esagerati. Mi sono dovuto ricredere perché nessuna portata era di qualità scadente e i prezzi sono onestissimi per essere in una posizione così centrale. L'opzione degustazione (che non necessariamente deve essere scelta da tutti i commensali) permette di risparmiare qualcosina sul prezzo alla carta. La carbonara era leggermente scotta per i miei gusti, ma aveva la giusta sapidità e una buona quantità di guanciale ben cotto. La pinsa non aveva evidenti difetti ma neanche eccellente. Insomma, non ci tornerei appositamente ma se ci si trova nella necessità di mangiare qualcosa in centro è sicuramente un'ottima alternativa ai locali acchiappaturisti che ammorbano le zone centrali di Roma.

I genuinely don’t understand how Cybo has received so many positive reviews, because our experience was disappointing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service felt unkind and dismissive, almost as if we were inconveniencing them simply by showing up for our reservation. We were seated inside, and despite the doors to the outside being closed, the dining room already smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It really seemed like someone must have been smoking indoors, which was an unpleasant way to start the meal. I ordered a glass of wine that arrived with several small dark speckles floating in it. The waiter did replace it, but I was left unsure whether it was a freshly poured glass or simply the same one with the specks removed. That uncertainty, combined with the overall attitude of the staff, didn’t inspire much confidence. The food was unfortunately inconsistent. The eggplant appetizer was excellent—truly the only highlight of our meal. However, both the Cacio e Pepe and the Carbonara were surprisingly lackluster, especially considering these are signature Roman dishes. Neither of us finished our pasta, which is extremely rare for us, and our stomachs started to feel off shortly afterward. For context, I’ve been studying Italian for some time and placed our order fully in Italian, as we’ve done during multiple trips to Italy—so this wasn’t a case of miscommunication or misunderstanding. Overall, the combination of dismissive service, questionable wine, smoky air, and mediocre pasta made this one of our least enjoyable dining experiences in Rome.

Il cibo è molto salato, non consigliato, perché è troppo salato😓Voglio bere un sorso d'acqua. L'acqua minerale nel ristorante è molto costosa, e non ti è nemmeno permesso bere l'acqua minerale che porti (altri ristoranti in cui ho mangiato non hanno tali regolamenti). Non sono soddisfatto dell'atteggiamento del cameriere con la pelle scura e la pelle leggermente forte nel negozio. È pieno di impazienza e il suo viso😡（I capelli sul retro del cameriere hanno una tacca)
Esperienza deludente. Fettuccine al pesto a 18€ con pesto chiaramente industriale, prezzo totalmente ingiustificato. Anche il servizio lascia a desiderare con camerieri svogliati e il secondo servito mentre non avevamo ancora finito il primo, senza attenzione ai tempi né allo sparecchio. Rapporto qualità-prezzo da rivedere. Menu troppo ampio per avere poi piatti deludenti. Forse i piatti romani sono leggermente meglio, ma non da tornarci.
Went here around 1330. Seated really quick with menus. But no one came to us for an hour at 1430. Once ordered, food came out at 1520. Very slow service here. Asked for the happy hour menu as it started at 1530, no one came to ask what we would like or if we wanted to order more, so we just paid and left. Had their truffle shrimp risotto. It was just ok. Not worth the price. Wouldn’t come back again.
