Very fast and pretty accurate. Line is usually long for drive thru in the morning but they get you through pretty fast. Never had an issue here.

If you just want to sit down and have a cup of coffee and a donut this is the place to be yummy 😋 great people 😋

This is the only Dunkin' that has fresh donuts, especially the very light and airy French Cruller that is dry at every other location, but this team has their act together. All other shops I have been to within a 50 mile radius, the donuts are stale. This Dunkin' location has never disappointed me and the team is always polite and professional. I don't like to go to any other Dunkin' except for this location because it's simply the best. They are always very busy but they work well together. Keep it up, y'all do an amazing job.

The staff here are very friendly both in the store and the drive thru. I come here in the morning before work to get their delicious vanilla chai. One day their vanilla chai/latte machine was broken so I just asked for a regular coffee; they gave it to me for free. Awesome service!

No matter where I go, I find that the Dunkin Donuts on route 5 in Douglasville is the best one. The staff always greets me with a smile, knows my drink selection when to the counter, and most of all, treats me like family.

Krispy Kreme is alot better the donuts here are frozen and not fresh like they claim. They are took out the freezer cooked for 2 mins and then glazed and cooked another 2 mins. For fresh delicious donuts and coffee I suggest going to Krispy Kreme!

The breakfast sandwiches are always freshly prepared. Staff do a great job moving the drive thru line in the morning. Staff seems to enjoy what they do here.

Most of the employee's are fantastic! Drive through is 80% of the time very swift. They get my complex coffee order correct 99% of the time. The size are better for a little less money then their competitors.

Very good. I went here because we were going to The Mall of Georgia and I ordered an iced caramel coffee and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I loved it, but the sausage was a bit overwhelming and it was almost all I could taste. I still loved it tho, and I'd recommend it for coffee lovers ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Service was fast and polite. We ordered 4 different large coffee drinks and they were made perfectly. Im guessing they are mask optional because only half of the customers were wearing masks but there a plastic safety divider separating employees from customers. Would visit again

We go to a lot of DD's,and honestly it's hit or miss with yiur order. Our order was perfect here. They even put the extra shot of espresso that I ordered. Usually,I just basically give them 99cents extra every visit for the extra shot,but never get it at the other ones

Employees who say hello because they want to. Quick one stop shopping. Gas, donuts, coffee, newspaper, bag of chips and coke for later. True convenience store the way it should be.

Good coffee. Great breakfast food. Atmosphere a little noisy. Could not understand clerks. Had to ask them again, "sorry, what did you say?" They had on masks too which added to the not understanding what they were saying.

Quick service but their coffee leaves much to be desired. Their doughnut selection is wonderful, as long as they keep carrying the maple, they'll always have our business.

Their drinks (frozen/hot) flavored don't have much flavor such as caramel, they pretty much taste like coffee, but if you need a boost, a pick me up, the drinks are great.

This location is always a great place to go for a nice doughnut or one of Dunkin's special drinks. I love the cold brew here, you can get it with or without flavor, cream, and sugar, and all the options are very customizable for what your tastes are. The only downside of this location is where it is physically located. It is incredibly hard to turn left out of this location. as Shorter Avenue is always so full of traffic, especially in the mornings and afternoons! I still haven't figured out the optimal time to visit this location when traffic will be low, but overall it is a good place to go to, just make sure to turn right when leaving if you can!

Love Dunkin’s coffee!! the only thing is, when you ask for sugar in your iced coffee, they don’t make sure it’s fully dissolved. it always clumps up at the bottom of the cup and tastes super granularly

I have to drive by the one in west rome to go to this one. They always make the snaking bacon the best. The other one just through regular bacon in a bag and through it at you . Just suxs I have to dive further than I would have too. Just saying

This chain is one of my favorites. I would pick this place over Starbucks any day. In fact I was just there recently and I always get a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee light and sweet. They were both exceptionally well made. No complaints from me

First time i ever gave less than 4 stars. My order was all messed up and was just 2 ice coffees. Got to the window and had only one drink and i asked for 2. Employee asked was there something else i said yes i had 2 drinks and i can tell you charged me for 1 drink. He asked what was the other and then shut the window. Then opens the window and looked at me like he had forgotten i needed another drink he ask again what was it i told him so he grabs the drink on the counter which looked as if it had been sitting a minute ice melted and said here you go. The drink wasn't the flavor i ordered and hardly had ice left. But that probably my only bad experience. I choose Dunkin over Starbucks anyday.,..... Yesterday was better experience than my last visit

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 donuts. Donuts were great as usual. The coffee though was awful. Dunkin's coffee has been declining in taste in the last couple of years.

There was a long wait to pickup my mobile order (caramel macchiato & pumpkin spice latte), which had to be substituted because they were out of carmel, pumpkin, and french vanilla). The staff had and attitude and were more concerned with socializing with eachother and carrying on... rather than making clear what flavors the cafe did have in stock.

The biggest issue I have is that they are often out of the egg bites. I've been to 2 in one day because one store was out of them and conveniently the other store was out of them as well. Also, they used to have chocolate donuts with chocolate icing in the center, and they don't have them anywhere that I have been to anymore. So that's disappointing. Other than those issue, I am still a fan of dunkin donuts.

The guy behind the counter was kinda rude.. and the coffee was not great. I usually love Dunkin. But this was not the usual Dunkin. I always get extra cream and extra sugar.. cream was there.. no sugar I could taste.. but I was in too much of a hurry to go back inside .. so.. it is what it is.. coffee can't always be perfect

I love Dunkin’, majority of the time I am very satisfied. But for some odd reason when I order food on a weekend it is terrible. Today I ordered a bagel lightly toasted with extra butter for my toddler. When I got home and opened it up I was so disappointed. The bagel was plain (not a spread of butter on it), burnt and so tough I had to throw it away immediately. Is it so hard for the person to make the food to just actually spread the topping on the bagel? Who can drive and spread butter or cream cheese on a bagel?? No one!!

I live in rockmart and dont get to have my dunkin coffee often, so I was really looking forward to having my coffee. I ordered a lg pumpkin iced coffee with almond milk and 4 splenda. Needless to say my coffee tastes nothing of the sort! Very disappointing! Please build a dunkin in Rockmart, GA so I dont have to travel 30 mins for my coffee!

My daughters have been through the drive thru 3 different times in the last two weeks and every time they have come home upset about how rude they where treated each time. This time was by a bearded long hair man. The coffee itself is wonderful and is totally deserving of 5 stars. In all honesty it’s only reason we keep going back.

This is the second time I’ve come to this location and ordered a chocolate glazed donut, just to be told they have no such thing. The employee was SUPER rude about it and told me I could have either a white donut with chocolate on top or a black donut. Yup. I think you guys should really either screen who you hire better or at least teach them their own damn menu better.

I’m obsessed with iced coffee especially since I started college. My problem is the coffee NEVER tastes the same. Sometimes its great but sometimes it is horrible. Some employees overload the drinks with cream and sugar. The other day I ordered a medium iced pumpkin latte. Instead, I got a large iced coffee with some other stuff. I just wish they were more consistent!

I actually came in here on Mother’s Day. It was extremely busy and I knew it would be so I was prepared to wait. One of the cashiers had an entire family reunion in the middle of this busy lobby while her coworkers were working very hard. There were about nine people in front of me and she proceeded to allow her three friends/family Cut the line. I did express how incredibly rude. I thought this was to her, and she just walked away. I spoke with another woman who offered me a free coffee. The next time I come in, but considering how disrespectful this interaction was, I will never go back to this specific establishment. Family members and friends have to wait just like everyone else. And if I were her coworker, I would be extremely upset that she took a break in the middle of her shift at the busiest time of the year so she could hug and dance and play in the middle of the lobby.

If you don't know about Dunkin donuts, just do your own research and deep dive for 15 minutes. You'll know all you need to know. It's a super busy place where this one is. Everybody is relatively cordial, nice and quick to respond. They have a lot of people in the short time. It's not my cup of tea so you need to look at this one yourself!

We got four donuts and a tea at Dunkin’ Donuts. All four donuts were stale and the icing was old. They women working the register was rude and argumentative telling us we bought two when we showed her the receipts for 4 . The women claimed she was the manager.. how unprofessional for her to be so disrespectful to the customers. Date for this visit; 9/15/2022 still only fixed three of the four and was very argumentative about doing it.

I use to love this place but workers def need to be taught how to make certain drinks the iced coffee drinks we ordered we tgrowed away tasted like bitter coffee gross.

Grilled cheese was thrown into the microwave... cashier was staring off into space to the point I had to ask him if he was okay and essentially beg for his attention. Absolutely terrible. Last time I came in for a hot chocolate the lady was very rude about telling me their machine didn't work she's tired of people asking (as if we're psychic). This place is garbage because of the employees. When asking about my sandwich the guy started yelling they ain't got no microwave and throwing a fit about me asking why it looks like that ... which is more or less barely melted cheese on bread nothing grilled about it. I won't ever be going there again. Lumina has better coffee, anywhere has better employees.

I arrived to this Dunkin Donuts location on shorter avenue next to Big Dans car wash . I saw on the window that if you download the app , create a account you would get a free cold brew. The cashier was a African American female and was very rude and didnt have exceptional customer service . She called her boss I believe to state that when i tried to scan the bar code to get my free cold brew it didnt go through. The femal cashier while on the phone with her superior i believe , stated that it will take off the cold brew charge from my purchase that was $9 and some change . Even while i said that the register said it was charging $9 i told her that it says that but the female cashier implied that i have to use my card then it will take off the cold brew coffee charge .But like i told her what will happen and i will be charged the $9 instead of 5 for the 4 doughnuts i got , she says she can give me a code for $3 off my next purchase. Clearly this company hires 3rd grade level employees with lack of sales personality. Really not recommend this location

Staff is friendly, but I have yet to have a completely correct order, and the wait is long. Ask for a box of munchkins, no cinnamon or powdered? Your still gonna get cinnamon and powdered munchkins. Ask for a coffee coolata, no flavor in it? Hope you like the flavor they give you. Just today I stood behind a woman that ordered 3 cool drinks. She got 3 hot drinks instead. I'm done trying, I'll just get my coffee on the way into Atlanta from now on, Rome DD is struggling :(....

They had inside closed so we went to the drive through and one of the workers friend cut in front of us so she could talk to her African American friend. So we had to wait for them to stop talking. This was not a place to be socializing her job should be taken away from her dissatisfied.

We had the absolute worst experience today at this location. One of your employees came in from having a cigarette and immediately wrapped my wife’s bagel in a wrapper that smelled like smoke. She gagged when she took a bite. Additionally we asks for extra napkins. After she gagged she wiped her mouth with a napkin that wreaked of smoke. Horrible experience! Please wash your hands!

My wife has been here before, but prefers the other Dunkin. We ordered on the app, but it took 10 minutes for us to get the two coffees that we ordered because the staff looks at us in the driv through, and then promptly turns away. . . Two staff, multiple times. We get down the road about 10 minutes and realized that the 6 cream that was the only thing ordered in the coffee was not there. I ran into a store and bought half and half. We then realize that the staff here doesn't know the difference between cream and sugar, as the coffees were two sweet to drink. I call to get a refund and get hung up on three times. I finally get somebody and they say they won't refund unless we drive all the way back and show them the coffees.

Coffee was disgusting and not made anywhere near what we asked for. When I went back in to just get a refund it seemed like no one around could manage to do it, until their shift lead said he could. He didn’t bother to take my receipt, but instead picked a random one that had a similar drink from the register and tried to short me over $3 for no reason. When I told him and tried to show him my receipt vs. the random one he handed me, he tried to point out and tell me how they didn’t change me for something originally even though I had my original receipt in hand. He finally looked at it and went back to fix it. Awful experience. They may have gotten an overhaul in looks, but their quality and service remains the same.

Went to this location twice in the past 2 days, ordered filled donuts which had little to no filling at all and the donut was stale. We went first thing in the morning on the second attempt so they should have been fresh. When you order filled donuts, you should be able to taste what flavor they are but not from this location.

I wish I could give negative starts for this location. That crew of teenagers or young ppl are very disrespectful, rude & could care less if there are customers around or not. I went into the BP store & this bunch was being so loud with their playtime that the cashiers couldn’t hear their customer. BP employee were apologizing for the Dunkins employees actions. It was sad. I went into the Dunkins & got ignored by not 1 not 2 but 3 different employee that all looked at me. They have so much time to play but can’t help the ppl that are creating their paycheck. I will not be back. If I can contact enough of my ppl they will not be back. Idk if anyone cares about losing business but something needs to change.

This is the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. I ordered two frosted donuts, 10 munchkins, and an order of plain stuffed bagel minis. They put the two frosted donuts stacked on top of each other at the BOTTOM of a bag and poured the munchkins on top of the donuts. The icing on the donuts was smeared completely off of them and all over the munchkins and the bag. When I asked an employee for new donuts, she rolled her eyes at me and sighed. Horrible customer service. Rudest employees I have ever seen. On top of this, I was given the wrong stuffed bagel minis and had to ask for new ones. They took 30 minutes to give us our order correctly. I will never come to this Dunkin again.

I went to visit my fav DD after a long day of work, got close to the counter ,waited patiently finally a gentleman came to get my order already upset,who knows why, gave him my order, waited waited, patiently kept on waiting till i kindly ask to another young ladie "hey excuse me can i have my coffee? " they started to debate who was going to serve me the coffee, finally i got it, in the meantime Mr. ALEX continues upset crumbling who knows what was on his mind ,very rude by the way, was all this drama necessary when i only wanted my cup of coffee? I also interact with people everyday on my job and i strongly believe that if don't like dealing with people on daily basis is for you please find another job. The service was trash. The barista sat at the drive-through talking to someone for eight minutes, then gave me the wrong drink. When I went back they gave me the wrong drink again then they gave me the wrong doughnut. Horrible service would never go again. They deserve to be fired.

Very disappointed. I get the same iced latte every day, but typically at another location. This was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had- no flavor & a bad after taste. I understand they are busy, but this was a waste of $$.

I ordered a raspberry watermelon refresher and 4 mini bagel bites. They overcharged me for the bagel bites, and the refresher was gross. They charged me $6.48 for bagel bites. They come in 2 in a bag. So they wanted to charge me $3.24, and the sign said $2.69. I will no longer go to dunkin.

This is a disgusting place to eat please don't waste your time on this store ! We ordered a biscuit this morning and I got a stone cold rock hard biscuit they gave me a second one and heated it up this time and I took one bite of it it was dry and nasty ! We got two six-piece orders of hash rounds that look like it had been cooked in grease that was 100 years old my granddaughters wouldn't even eat it ! We ordered an order of glazed blueberry donut holes we got dry donut holes and no glaze ! We asked for an order of bacon and we got crumbled up pieces that a dog wouldn't eat ! The lady that answered the phone clearly could not communicate with her English because it was very poor and I asked to speak to a manager she said the manager was not there and then all of a sudden and assistant manager was there ! After finally talking to someone and explaining our bad experience the so called assistant manager named Lucy told me I had to go back to the trash where we thru it away at and dig it out of the trash and bring it back to her and told me the store manager told her to tell me that ! And to top it off they gave us a wrong bag and we opened the bag to check the food and discovered it was not ours and they took the bag back and as we drove off we saw the woman in drive-thru hand the bag of food that we had touched and gave it to the car behind us ! This store needs to be shut down ! I immediately called corporate office and reported the store ! During this conversation we asked to speak to the manager or the store owner and we will refuse to speak to someone so no one needs to go to the store ! Tammy ODell Oqal

This was the worst tasting 8.00 for a coffee I have ever had. The woman who fixed it was so not wanting to bring it out. Ingratitude would not even cover the way she acted and approached. No thank you come back, no acknowledging the fact that we were even there. The taste of that coffee, the Shaking, brown sugar double exspresso with oat milk, and supposed to be creamy. Let me tell you, never again. It truly was horrible. I only tasted the exspresso coffee. Where was the rest. She did shake it. Almost 8.00 I actually let 3 other people have some. They hated it..if it had been advertised double exspresso coffee only ding ding......it had to be made wrong no taste of cream milk. Or brown sugar. No froth. She did shake it I saw that. Just oh my goodness terrible...

Ordered powder donuts in drive thru checked order before leaving and there was little to no powder on them. We asked if we could just get a little powder to throw on there so we don’t have to send them all back and the man rolled his eyes and walked away. A woman came up and was just as rude. Spoke with GM and they wasn't any better. This whole staff has an issue with customer service.
