On Saturday, I went to breakfast with my family. It's a very nice place, and it seems they invest more in the decor than in customer service. 1. Their menu is limited. We told the waiter about certain dairy and egg allergies, and he mentioned that it would be better to order something else than ask the chef to leave it out. Also, when ordering a fried egg, they said they could only make it scrambled or uncooked because the chef's grill was probably too small, and he didn't want to delay the orders, hahaha (it was a stupid idea). 2. They seated us in a space where waiters usually pass by and push your chair, and they don't even look around or apologize. No matter how much you try to accommodate yourself, that space is blocked. 3-We ordered two orders of chilaquiles, and they were brought incorrectly because they contained cheese and sour cream. We informed him of our allergies beforehand. He brought them to us, and after taking an hour or more to bring them, he initially saw that the food was cold (when it arrived, it was actually cold), seeing that there weren't many people around. 4-When he brought the food back, he moved the chilaquiles and they still contained cheese and sour cream, which the same waiter indicated that the chef probably only removed the top portion (allergies are not to be taken lightly). 5-Already annoyed with the situation, we asked to speak to the manager because we wanted to leave. We couldn't even enjoy breakfast among so many. The waiter, not the manager, arrived and insisted on taking away the wrong dish and bringing it back. We refused and just asked for a to-go box of what we could eat. 6-At the end, before we went to pay at the reception desk, after so many requests, the waiter said, "Excuse me for the trouble." It's not necessary to apologize, eh 😂. It's understandable that sometimes we don't have a good day, but you go to a place like this because you want to enjoy yourself and eat well, not have a bad time. The receptionist who takes the order was super nice and friendly. She apologized several times since they had mentioned discounting the chilaquiles, which they did. In the end, it was the only pleasant moment. I wouldn't recommend it. The only thing I would consider feasible would be to go for dessert (since they looked nice), take a picture, and leave. But I still wouldn't go back. The food was bland. I hope they'll take a look at the options their guests offer so they can improve. The restaurant has a lot of potential.

It has a beautiful view but nothing extraordinary, I think the menu is not extensive and the taste is not good, the staff is friendly.

It's an overrated place. Two hours of waiting to get in, another hour for the food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. The food tasted nothing out of the ordinary. I think they need to improve both the service and the food's quality.
