I came to this location in a bind. Needed food for a lot of high school kids. The lobby was closed, and the drive-thru was not busy. I ordered a ton of food and they were able to fulfill my order.

Best double quarter pounders in town, hands down. I ordered it with extra cheese and the box was hot to the touch. You could tell they cared about the food they served. They've been this good for months now. I don't know what changed but I hope it stays this way permanently Update : as of February 19, 2022 they're still serving excellent food

the food was okay, but I’ve had better from other locations. But the Service was good compared to other locations in Memphis. Everyone spoke politely and wished me a good day. The outdoor seating is a really nice addition too. I don’t see much stuff like that at other locations even outside of Memphis like Germantown, Collierville, etc

This McDonald's has its pro's/con's as any restaurant however, I believe this particular location it the worst at speed of service. It usually takes about 15-20mins to receive a drive thru order (not during rush hour) and sometimes there's a longer wait if I chose to dine in (not during rush hour). The plus side is the order usually correct and still hot by the time I receive it. I wouldn't suggest stopping at this location if you are in a hurry.

Prices have raised a lot, food quality hasn't improved though. This location (summer Ave near sycamore view) usually has several homeless hanging out around drive & parking lot. Order is right, food is warm, staff is friendly.

I will start by saying the guy I’m speaking of had good customer service on the speaker and the food was fresh. Which is surprising at 8pm. Last night when i pulled to the window the guy taking my money (same guy on the speaker) hand was visibly bleeding. like he had a scab or sore on his hand actively bleeding. When i mentioned to him he was bleeding he humped his shoulders and continued talking on the speaker. I told him he should cover the sore up and i pulled off. I do understand you are in the window but you are around people food ACTIVELY BLEEDING. That’s just not sanitary. The manager should have pointed this out and had him cover it.

First, the wait was too long for it to be only one car ahead of me. Then I had to wait another three to four minutes to give her my money because the car that had ordered 5 minutes before was still there because she hadn't taken his or her money yet. I ordered the Quarter Pounder Bacon Meal, with no ketchup, and a coke with light ice. I noticed my drink was full of ice, but elected not to mention it. I didn't check my order because as long as they took to give it to me, I just knew it would be right, wrong. The fries were hot, but the sandwich was cold, not to mention, they put the ketchup on it. Side not, the car before was still there when I left. Got home, now realizing the ketchup on my buger: so I had to scrape the ketchup off, clean the onion, and I just threw pickles away. If I could leave a negative star i would, ordered 4 breakfast meals at 10am, waited 40 mins, missed an entire meal and all but one meal was correct, literally got just a biscuit with cheese on it. Only cheese Went in for the missing order, OH no shit they are not longer serving breakfast bc its 10 48. Im usually very forgiving bc its fast food. And its usually a starter job. But these are seasoned employees and they cant seem to get anything right. I will Never go back to that McDonald's.

First off we got to the drive-thru window, nobody said anything and we said hello. And the lady said we are short-staffed. 5 minutes later we're told to pull to the second window, for service. Placed our order which consisted of a regular hamburger a large fry and two sweet teas. We got our two sweet teas and we're told to pull to slot one and wait on our food and we waited at least 25 to 30 minutes before our food came. The hamburger was the grossest hamburger I have ever eaten from mcdonald's, the freeze I know had to have been sitting there for at least 3 to 4 hours they were still and cold . I would not recommend this place to anyone.

1 star because I paid for my order guy forgot he had my card, gave me my drink tasted it and it’s water down. Told him give me a sprite . Gave me the wrong order waited almost a hour here. I’ll update later. First and last time coming here. I don’t recommend any of you all. Run from this location. They so unprofessional paid for large fry and got medium cold soggy fries. Cheese burger I paid for and got a tiny thin patty meat . This location is very bad run .

I placed an in app order and chose pickup. Half the order was missing the fries were cold and the cokes were watered down. Went inside to request a refund and was told that I had to request a refund via the app which I cannot do. Called inside and was immediately sent to voicemail and then a fax the next three attempts. The attendant had a nasty attitude. The store needs to be cleaned thoroughly. I would not serve my living thing the way that they threw that mixed up bag of food to us. If I could give zero stars I would!!! No answer on 4 calls and no manager to speak with

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds. I've been there twice now in the past week and both times were really bad. Today I placed my order at 12:20 and I got my food at 12:51. That's 31 minutes for "fast food ". Last week it was around 20 minutes. Then after waiting for so long, the food was terrible. The bread on both of my sandwiches was stale and they tasted old. Also, you can tell by looking at it that no one cares about their job.
