Chicago Fire Roseville Reviews
Deep dish pizza! I've been craving a good deep dish pizza and Chicago Fire did not disappoint. My wife and I each ordered our own small pizzas. I ordered the Abe Froman, she ordered the Veggie. First of all, they're small as freaking gigantic. I stuffed myself with half of the pizza and save the rest for the next morning. My wife can only eat about a quarter of her pizza. I don't like veggie pizzas. I like pizzas with a lot of meat and a lot of cheese so the Abe Froman was perfect for me. Since my wife was away on a business trip, she left 3/4 of a pizza for me, but as I said I don't like veggie. So the photos I am posting are actually my wife's leftover veggie pizza, with an added personal topping. I cut off one quarter of the pizza leaving a half pizza and I topped it with a bunch of leftover chicken mole. Freaking wow! I mean holy freaking crap! Veggie pizza topped with leftover chicken mole! Awesome! Honestly though, I think I would have enjoyed this veggie pizza even without my modification. It was incredible. I don't think I ever want to get pizza from anywhere else ever again. Amazing! Thank you Chicago Fire!
We came here for dinner with no reservation on a Friday night to eat dinner 90 minutes before the Moana 2 movie started. They got us a table after 15 minutes, and the server was attentive to our situation and made recommendations that he knew would work for our schedule. Great service and delicious pizza and salad! I definitely recommend Chicago Fire Pizza!
This is our families favorite pizza place in the greater Sacramento area. Joanna (manager) and her team treat people with a ton of love. The staff at this location go the extra mile and care deeply about customer service. The deep dish pizzas are out of this world. No matter what you order you will receive amazing food and amazing vibes.
Been twice, and we have liked everything so far. Long live Abe Froman.
We had a great experience. Dropped in for lunch on a weekday and we're not disappointed. Deep dish was like a pizza quiche that we could only eat one slice of. Boneless wings were fabulous. But the best part was the excellent customer service from the bartender.
💥Wow! I cannot believe we have lived in the area for 2 years and this is the first time we have tried this place. I am not often impressed by a new restaurant but my wife and I were so very pleased with our first experience here. I hardly ever leave reviews but I just had to, in this case. I decided to try it because my brother had just eaten at a Portillo's and I became quite jealous when he sent me pictures of his Italian beef sandwich. I had not yet found a place for an Italian beef since we moved back to California from the Midwest. When I searched on Google for a spot for Italian beef, Chicago Fire came up. I had seen it before but for whatever reason had not yet tried it. I read the bio of the restaurateur, which spoke of carefully-sourced ingredients and made-from-scratch recipes. I must admit I was a bit skeptical but after our visit, I am completely convinced this is genuine. It seems that finding a place like this is becoming more and more rare, as other restaurants cut corners (probably out of necessity due to high cost of ingredients and supply chain issues, etc.). The quality of the ingredients and care with which the food was prepared truly stood out. I got the Italian beef, as it comes. I could tell the beef was prepared in-house. It was tender and flavorful, and the jus was perfect. The bread was soft but held up with the jus, and the giardiniera was great. I got my side of fries “Greek style,” and they were delicious. They were tossed with garlic, and it was quite obvious that the garlic was freshly chopped (not from a jar). My wife got the rigatoni with spicy sausage. The pasta was nice and al dente. The sauce was vibrant and you could tell it was freshly prepared (not from a jar). The sausage was wonderful and savory. We also shared a thin crust "Abe Froman" pizza, with both fennel and garlic sausage. This was one of the best thin crust pizzas we have ever had! The crust was thin but not floppy. The ratio of crust:sauce:cheese:toppings was perfect. The sausage was far better than that which you would get at a chain pizza restaurant. I love Chicago deep dish but my wife prefers thin crust; we were both so happy with the thin crust, but I am definitely going to try the deep dish next time! Finally, we shared some of the "cronuts" for dessert. Although we had eaten a lot of carb by then, we thoroughly enjoyed this dessert! Beautiful, pillowy fried croissant dough, half tossed with powdered sugar and half tossed with cinnamon sugar. It came with three different sauces on the side (raspberry, caramel and Ghirardelli chocolate). Although the cronuts were perfect on their own, these sauces were a very fun accompaniment. In addition to the excellence of the food, the ambience was warm and inviting. I was impressed with how clean everything was, including the restroom. The service was outstanding! Our server, Abigail, was genuinely nice and helpful. She is one of the best servers we have had in recent years. This is already easily one of my favorite restaurants in the greater Sacramento area, and I know it will become part of our regular rotation. It is hard to believe we have a place like this in the suburbs. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves Chicago style food, or for anyone who is just looking for a great local pizza/wings/Italian place! Thank you! 🍕
I just enjoyed a great dinner and experience here. My alumni group was holding an informal board meeting and didn't know how many people would show. The staff was very welcoming and flexible. The food, drinks and service were excellent and the noise level was fine for our casual meeting in the regular dining space. Jasmine and the staff were wonderful at taking care of the nine of us. We plan on returning in the near future.
This is our favorite pizza place in CA. We are from Chicago originally and this is our go to spot. Great happy hour/lunch specials. Everyone’s always very friendly. Been going here for 3 years now and have yet to have a bad experience. When people ask for best pizza in California this is my recommendation. Keep up the good work guys!
Chicago Fire came through for our Surgery Center. We had a baby shower for a co-worker and Chicago Fire was able to cater for 31 people on one hour's notice. And their food was AWESOME! Thank you. You now have 31 (+future baby) more fans.
It was one of the best establishments I've ever been to. Tyler's customer service was impeccable. If I could give more stars, I would. We made a reservation because they are busy! We ordered appetizers and were very happy with the quality of food and speed of service. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! 10 stars out of 5!
Our family was there on the 5th and everything was great. Clean place and great service. The hostess (I think her name was Tristan?) was so sweet and welcoming as soon as my grandmother walked in. That made her feel special at this age.
This place is very good. My pizza was great, but I tried my son's spaghetti and it was better.
Had a party n waiters took to long to bring our stuff out, got orders wrong, n our desert wasn't brought until we asked Abt it when we where done n over it ready to go
Bar employees are great, deals are good, food is good
Friendly staff, good service and pizza was great!
After visiting hubby at the hospital, I stopped here for dinner to go. I was met with a warm atmosphere and kind, friendly & helpful service. My Hawaiian pizza made to order with white sauce was delicious! Not over-kill but generous toppings & a nice creamy sauce. 😋 just what I needed!
so my wife and daughter have been on a strict diet but we get 1 cheat meal per week so we usually pick Saturday night for our outing. that being said we came her for our cheat meal and it did not disappoint honestly the our waitress Abby absolutely crushed it and made the whole experience worth it. we were so impressed by her natural people skills and literally listened to everything we requested. you don’t find people of this caliber very often. we just want to thank Abby so much for our awesome experience. you rock
Went with my wife and daughter on a Friday afternoon before the dinner rush. We're sat down quickly with no wait. Immediately greeted and asked for waters while we browsed the menu. We order mild boneless wings for an appetizer and they are so delicious. My wife loves es their wings more than anywhere else. We shared a medium pizza on thin crust (cooks faster and the crispy crunch is nice) ordered chicken tenders for our daughter. I had ordered a flight of bourbon 2 of which are harder to find than the other 2. The general manager was excited to see me drinking and introduced me to Steve the owner of the chain and another restaurant in folsom called j west we had a nice chat. I always appreciate hospitality and a more down to earth experience especially when it's a bigger sized place and multiple locations. Steve also surprised me with a taste of some special bourbon that I've wanted to try for a while now. Made my day, week and possibly my month! Thanks again Steve I will be returning as I always do to your amazing service and hospitality!
Came for the half off wings day, typically not a fan of buffalo but they were really good and decent size wings. Food came out quick and tasted fresh, not greasy, and fed 3 people for under $50, not bad at all!
Yummylicious! Garlic wings were deli! Perfect spot for a date!
Cameron, Andrew and their team of people are highly about customer care and service. It’s the people who work here that make this pizza place special. The food is on point. My favorite Chicago style deep dish pizza in Sactown!
Decided to eat hear before going to a concert at Thunder Valley. We were able to order from the happy hour menu. My friend got the salad and pizza deal. I got a slice of pepperoni pizza, a wedge salad and a small order of greek fries to share. Generous portions. The Greek fries are the bomb!!! Probably a good thing I don't live close to a Chicago Fire 'cause I could eat those fries every day!!!
Went to dinner with my family and Cooper was our server. This young man truly was the best waiter I have ever had. The service that he provided was 5 star. He was polite, efficient, professional, attentive, visited the table often to give us updates on our food. What an amazing young man he is. Best service I have received in years when dining out. Thank you Cooper for your dedication to us and great customer service!
We had the best waiter his name was Tyler. He made us feel welcome, he made our trip there!
In town for business, great spot to get some food and drinks after a long travel day. Staff was friendly and attentive. Excellent bourbon selection, and the Italian Beef sandwich was amazing. Highly recommend!
During my visit to Chicago Fire, a vibrant pizzeria with a cozy yet lively atmosphere, I was truly impressed. The interior featured rustic wooden tables, exposed brick walls, and a warm, inviting vibe. The menu offered a wide variety of American-style pizzas, with a special focus on authentic Chicago deep-dish pies. I decided to try their signature deep-dish pepperoni pizza, and it exceeded all expectations. The crust was perfectly golden and buttery, the layers of cheese were rich and gooey, and the tomato sauce had just the right amount of tang and seasoning. To complement the meal, I also enjoyed a fresh Caesar salad, which was crisp and flavorful. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. Overall, Chicago Fire provided a fantastic experience with its delicious pizza, excellent service, and a warm, inviting environment.
Our First time here and we got lucky, we happened to come during Happy Hour. Awesome prices and food and drinks were delicious. I personally loved the Buffalo wings. The atmosphere is cool but a bit loud but that's expected during happy hour. Our server was also the Bartender and he was awesome. Had great recommendations and knew the Menu well. He came back and forth a few times to check how everything was and if we need anything else. He was very personable and you can tell he loved his job. We will be returning to try our other items and we highly recommend checking this place out.
We order a deep dish, a thin crust and some artichoke hearts! Amazing and delicious food. Plenty to take home.
Not really pricey like expected, but a bit moreso than your typical pizza place. They got a full bar, with only nice and really nice alcohol. They even got that John Wick whiskey. The pizza, was amazing. Had some for lunch the next day too. A medium is well more than enough for two people, hench the leftovers. Definitely going back more often
First time at a Chicago Fire. We sat at the bar. The bar tender was super nice and courteous and served us right away. The bar was full and he was on top of it. We ordered a combo pizza and it was amazing. I also ordered a Moscow mule and a berry delite and both drinks were fantastic. All the staff were friendly as they all walked around. They would stop to serve drinks or deliver food and all conversed with us. Felt like a mini party. Definitely will be back.
The pizza takes a bit long to cook (30 minutes for thin, 40 for deep dish, and the super deep dish is an hour and 20 minutes) so I didn’t try it, but the salad and the spicy sausage link sandwich was great! But my absolute favorite part was the garlic focaccia bread. Definitely get the appetizer with balsamic and oil to dip it in. It blew me away!
Absolutely blown away. Had the chicken parm sandwich, fries, and some wings and the food was some of the absolute best ive ever had. The staff is amazing and the booths are wonderful.
BeBack Rating- for sure We ordered the spinach salad, a Chicago Dog, and a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage and veggies. The spinach salad had a sweet dressing like an asian salad. I loved the bacon bits as they broke up the sweetness which I appreciate. The pizza was what I expected. What I didnt expect was the cheese. It was very chewy and almost like taffy. To top it off was a caramel sundae. It was just the right size and very good. The overall experience was excellent when I add the look of the place- lighting, cleanliness; and the service, which did not disappoint as the waitress pretty much knew when we wanted a refill. So get filled up there before you watch a movie next building over.....you know, the popcorn and drink will cost as much as your food here.
The food was great there wasn't one thing we ordered that disappointed. The cocktails were average, a little disappointed the mojito didn't taste muddled and I could only order one drink at a time (I had a designated driver) but the amazing tasting food made up for it! Even the kids meal came with fresh made chicken strips not the pre-made frozen ones!
Best wings. Great drinks. Great happy hour. If only all of the older restaurants around would follow their lead, but they don’t, and it sets Chicago Fire apart! The restaurant is Clean, comfortable, its maintained and has great food. Thank you!
I've been here a few times over the past decade. The pizza is phenomenal, I really enjoy the thin crust and Deep Dish. For anyone looking for quality Pizza, it's well worth going to this sit down restaurant.
It was our first time and our family loved the entire experience. All of our food tasted fresh and delicious. The manager and staff were super friendly. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean, stocked, and organized. We’ll definitely be back!
We come here often to enjoy great food, drinks, and atmosphere. The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to give great service. Jo-Jo is one of our favorite managers. She helps keep everything flowing and always stops to say hello. Elizabeth very well may be one of our favorite bar tender/servers at any place we’ve stopped to eat. She is friendly and welcoming. Her ability to recall our previous orders and likings is impeccable. She does an awesome job and I can’t say enough good things about her. See you soon-Sean and Shannan
Chicago Fire did not disappoint! This was our first time trying it, and yes there can be a bit of a wait, but trust me — it’s absolutely worth it once that delicious pizza hits the table. The flavors, the crust, the toppings… everything is on point. A huge shoutout to our server, Abby, who was truly the best. She was friendly, attentive, and made our whole experience even better. Her great attitude and excellent service really stood out. If you’re craving delicious pizza and don’t mind waiting a little, Chicago Fire is the place to go!
Amazing pizza! Needed some Midwestern food in CA. Love the black booths and a its huge restaurant. Pizza came quick and meatball app was amazing. Nice atmosphere..good parking..friendly staff. Nice and clean bathrooms. Pricing was fair. Can easily accommodate large parties or wheelchairs its so expansive.
Born and raised in Chicago, but deep dish isn't my first choice in pizzas. Did the special, the price of which was ridiculously affordable, and really, really enjoyed it. Believe their deep dish crust is the best crust I have ever had. Very buttery and kept its consistency throughout the meal without getting saturated with sauce. From my vantage point in the bar I saw the hostesses bring in guests and they were very professional. Was really impressed with the place and wish I didn't live 500 miles away.
The best Chicago style in the area. This Chicago Fire worked as a team and they had food runners delivering food while the wait staff was busy. This trip the team worked so smoothly. The bar drinks were delivered within 2 minutes of ordering and the salads were within 5. Cooper did an excellent job as our waiter.
We really enjoyed this restaurant! The food, service and facilities were all exceptional. We tried the bone in wings, garlic cheese bread, chicken pesto sandwich and a deep dish combo pizza. The wing and marinara sauces were perfect and very tasty. The deep dish was the real deal! Tyler was our waiter and he was one of the best waiter’s we’ve had at any restaurant ever. We don’t live in the area but we’ll definitely be eating in on our return visits. Well done!
I love going in on Tuesdays because you get the Take Out Tuesday discount. You also get front row parking on the side for Take Out orders. Being vegetarian I ordered the Greek Fries Small, Garlic Cheesy Bread with Pesto Sauce Small and a Small Caprese salad. Andrew the manager has amazing customer service. He asked if I would like a water while I wait. He also made sure I would have everything I needed for my long drive back to Auburn. He gave me plenty of sauces. As for the food traveling the 20 mins it was still yummy when I got home. Of course I did have a thermal bag. All the food was delicious and I would definitely order it again. Thank you Chicago Fire for the wonderful experience.
Great place to stop anytime you are in the Roseville area. Tons of parking. Very easy to get on and off 80. Highly recommend the Steak Dip sandwich and Greek garlic fries. Delicious! We enjoyed the raspberry lemon drop. It is refreshing and well balanced. Menu has plenty to choose from and will surely please everyone in your group. Employees are very nice and well trained. Service is fast and our food came out quickly. Looking forward to making this a regular stop for us.
working here from Tennessee, the food is great and hopefully you have Elizabeth as your bartender. Outstanding service. Will be back for certain on my next trip!

Delicious food, and our server Cooper was awesome! Friday night was busy but totally worth the wait for our table.

I’m a one slice pizza gal and I ate three because it was just so good. I love the thick chewy crust and it was loaded with toppings and not too much sauce.

The family and I went to celebrate my daughter birthday and had a good time. The food is just ok, the service was very good which made me very happy was able to give our waitress a nice tip because she deserved every coin we give her. She was super dope. She made the experience very nice. The atmosphere was chill. I would go back. Good times.
This is a cheat meal place for us since we normally eat organic. You can tell they care about their ingredients as much as a large restaurant can. We don't get sick eating here which is a huge deal since most non organic food is not fun for our tummies. Kids eat the food and love the French fries. We get a combo deep dish. Pro tip make sure to order ahead and avoid the 45 mins wait!
Amanda ( with the pumpkin face mask and sleeve tattoos) was a delightful and efficient server. The only issue our party had was that she was a bit too eager to remove our plates of food away before were were completely finished with our food. We ordered appetizers and salads and some if the food was still left when our pizzas came and we had to tell her after being asked if we were finished that we were not yet done with those items. Other than that she was fantastic. The manager stopped by to greet us and ask how our food was. He was very pleasant and engaging.
Love to hang in the bar for a drink & a bite. Yum.
Pizza is better than franchise places Chicago style pizza isn't as limited with toppings. Use that every bite should have a topping with it The service was definitely the best part of dinner experience. The young man who served us was the best thank you
They have the best meatballs around hands down, def pay extra for the fresh cheese when you get the appetizer meatball trio. The thin crust is the only option they should have, the deep dish didn't rise right and was a little hard, don't know if it was maybe just a bad batch; my first time at this location. Service was great except he got a few things wrong on our order, and when my son had to wait longer for his order even though they left the wrong order for us, they charged us for it after they said that was comped based on their mistake. Only reason I gave 4 on service n 4 on food because deep dish wasn't good.
Great service from waiter and the manager stopped by to check on us. The wings were tasty and the salad was tasty. The salad as missing artichokes like was mentioned in the menu, but still tasty with Italian dressing. Not sure the price is worth the amount of food. 30 dollars for 1lb of wings and a large salad, no drinks.
We just went here on a whim for the first time after a nice hike on the nearby trail. I loved the buffalo bone-in wings! We were trying to share but I ended up eating most of them. Loved the medium spice level. We also got the deep dish combo pizza. I was very disappointed after my expectations were raised from the delicious wings. The pizza was so bland and a little undercooked! I was so excited initially because I love deep dish. Sadly it was not worth the price. I am just going to get the wings next time I come.
Great pizza but watch your bill. Thick crust pizza is fantastic and cooked properly. Thin crust was good but lacked toppings. Salad was fresh and wings were fresh and delicious. They overcharged me by 40 dollars for my family meal and had to have them correct the bill.
Used a gift card to get a deep dish to go. It was easy to order and quick to pick up. The quality was great even after the drive home. The price was fair for the portion. I didn't dine in but the atmosphere seemed warm, just a little loud.
Just had a quick lunch at the bar. No wait for a table at 12:15pm. The food was good and the lunch menu items came out fairly quick. I had a personal sausage deep dish with a Modelo. The restaurant was a little warm, but other than that, no complaints.
Loved the $11 1 pound Buffalo Wings Happy Hour special! Medium is the most popular way to order them. Happy Hour is Monday to Friday, 3-6 PM. They are known for their deep dish pizza. We had their thin meat pizza which we thought was tasty, light and crispy crust with a good amount of meat toppings. Our waiter was friendly and helpful and recommended other dishes. Their side salad was well proportioned and can be shared.
Delicious, quick and affordable meal right next door to the movie theatre-bonus! Stopped for lunch before our movie and to our surprise they had great meal deals. For $13 we got a personal pizza, a salad or wings, a drink and dessert. My salad was huge. Meal was served quick and it was delicious.
We have ordered take out from Chicago Fire Roseville 5-6 times in the last year or so, and each time we have been happy and satisfied with their service and their food. I thought I should submit a review to compliment the “take out” staff and those who cook the food. The food quality and quantity are just right. The staff that operate the take out counter have been pleasant and efficient each time we have gone there. Chicago Fire is an excellent place to grab pizza, pasta, hot sandwiches and more!
Pretty decent deep dish pizza place. Total of 4 visits so far, overall I enjoyed. Did not like the happy hour menu tho, my husband and I had personal size pizzas from the happy hour menu, and both pizzas came out kinda cold. It wasn't cold cold but cheese was hardened and did not feel like freshly made. But regular hour visits were pretty good and food was tasty.
Cooper waited on us tonight. Sacramento Slice Council came in 10 deep, the kind of number that usually makes a server disappear to the back and rethink their life choices. Not Cooper. He served us …

I haven't been to Chicago Fire in a long time. This used to be my Friday norm back in the day -- pizza, wings, salad, repeat. It's been forever since those nights, and honestly, walking in tonight …

I like it here and almost every time I've been to Chicago Fire has been a pleasant experience. However the deep dish pizza is what I ordered this time as I've never tried it before. It was super soggy and dripping with grease. The cheese wasn't melted all the way so it was very chunky. The pepperoni was great but the sausage had an off flavor that made it almost inedible. The waiter was great and very attentive which was definitely a plus!
The food was delicious try the deep dish delight. The family dinner was a good deal. Edit due to last trip - reduced rating the duo serving of spaghetti is less then single serving at any other establishment and only one garlic bread. Seemed like they messed up and still charged duo fee.
I do not like the new “veggie” pizza. Vegatouille has too much stuff on it. Zucchini and fresh grape tomatoes make it too soggy. There is too much basil on there and the garlic has a funky taste, maybe it from a jar, couldn’t figure it out. I got thin crust and all but the edge of the crust was just super soggy. Will not order it again. Zucchini on a pizza, that’s a big NO!
The service was great. The food not so much. Should have had deep dish, the thin crust is way too thin.

The pizza was a bit doughy for my taste and I thought over cheesed with not enough toppings. Nice staff and good parking

We went for lunch. They weren't very busy, but we still waited quite a while for our pizza. That might have been understandable, if the pizza had been fresh. But it was actually barely room temperature. There wasn't very much pepperoni and what there was, was almost flavourless. The service staff was very friendly but that doesn't make up for not particularly good food, especially at that price. We won't be going there again
We'd been getting pizza here (Roseville location) for many years and really looked forward to it. "Traditional pizza" This past experience was completely different and not in a good way. The pizza looked less rolled out and more like the victim of a hit and run. The sauce, which in the past had a nice garlic note, was (like the crust) lifeless and decorated with cherry tomatoes.
This place is not authentic Chicago pizza. I am from Chicago and ate plenty of pizza in Chicago and Chicago Fire don't even come close to Chicago pizza. The last 3 pizzas that I have gotten there were straight garbage. They don't know how to make authentic Chicago pizza. I paid $40 for garbage. I realize that people in Sacramento don't know what authentic Chicago Pizza is . But this garbage that they call Chicago pizza couldn't be further from the truth. I should have gotten my pizza from Mountain Mike's I expect bad pizza from there but Chicago Fire is almost as bad. The owner needs someone from Chicago to show the cooks how to make authentic Chicago thin crust pizza. Deep dish pizza in Chicago is eaten mainly by the tourist. So hopefully one day you will eat real Chicago pizza and you will understand what I'm talking about. Chicago Fire pizza don't come near it.
Absolutely love the pizza! We have dined at Chicago Fire many times. However the last time we dined there we noticed the large pizza was a lot smaller. I questioned our server and he informed me that the large pizza is now the size of the medium. We are apparently victims of shrinkflation. I'm sorry Chicago Fire we wont be back. I don't put up with that kind of business practice.
The wings were burned and disgusting. The pizza was just a hot mess and not good. I could have gotten better food from Dominos or another big chain pizza place but I was trying to support a local business and it backfire there was no care in how my food was made was just thrown together and they forgot my order and had to make my order so I had to wait another 30 minutes. Will never come to this place again
Did a to go order. Place was dead. Employees standing around but nobody wanted to help the to go order for a few minutes. Ordered 2 large deep dish and a kids personal. Total with tip $98. I ask for 4 sides of ranch. Worker says he can only give me 1 small little cup per pizza and it’ll be $1 for an extra 1. Of course your customers can pay $1 for a side of ranch but I’m dropping $98 on pizza and you can’t give me just 1 extra ranch. I said that to the kid and he said employees can only give 1 ranch per pizza. Maybe a new rule because 3 weeks ago when I did a to go order they gave me 2 per pizza. Whoever came up with this 1 per pizza rule, even for large pizzas that are being shared by multiple people, should write a SOP on how to piss off your customers so bad they won’t come back. Either bad policy or bad training. Me and my wallet will never be back. Your staff are trained to step over dollars to save pennies at the expense of good service. Probably $0.25 cents worth of ranch just cost you a customer that dropped $1,000 a year in your store. Let that sink in. Eric, I can appreciate a response from the CEO but why bring up ranch built into the price not being fair to customers who don’t want ranch. What about customers that order your specialty pizzas with no onion, no tomatoes, etc. The food industry operates on razor thin margins and customers come back for service and your new policy is a disservice. It makes no sense that someone that orders 6 personal pizzas gets 6 sides of ranch and someone who orders 2 large at over $40 a piece gets 2. Sorry Eric, will not go back.
Took us 20 mins to get drinks yesterday. There were only 3 families sitting in. We were there celebrating my sister and her man getting engaged. Service picked up once the waitress finally gave us drinks. Two of us got the stomach bug after eating there though so hopefully they aren’t using expired dairy products in their pasta or pizza… not sure if we’ll visit again.
We go to Chicago Fire Pizza often and usually the Pizza is really good. This time on June 17th. The deep dish pizza we ordered was way over cooked. The crust was very hard and the toppings were overcooked you could tell just by looking at it that it was left in the oven to long.when I told waitress it was over cooked she thanked us for the feedback saying MGMT always likes customer feedback. No offer to replace the pizza just had us pay for a pizza that we couldn't eat. Not sure if we will go back again.
