Great food and fast service. Love KFC

Me and my family go to this kfc all the time and they're very sweet and understanding if they get a order wrong very helpful and very good food my favorite is the mashed potatoes.

We are not from Roseville so when we saw this KFC we decided to stop, so glad we did. Staff was friendly, food was good, the place was clean. The hey we’re busy, but it didn’t take long to get our food.

Staff is really nice, food is above average for kfc, app deals are some of the best for fast food rewards apps, and it’s close by.

I went back for a special 3-4 months ago and it's like a different store. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, helpful when ordering just an all around good experience. I waited until 4 or 5 more great experiences before writing this review. I'm delighted to be able to have KFC at home again!

It's no longer taco tuesday across America. It is now Chicken Tuesday, featuring KFC's 8 Piece Bucket for $10. Add 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for an additional $10 and you got yourself a meal. Be it original, extra crispy or half & half, you know the goodness of KFC. Make one of those sides Cole Slaw and you'll thank me later. KFC, home of Chicken Tuesday.

Food is good, service is decent compared to most places. You might have to park out front depending on the time you go after ordering in the drive through. I miss the wedges, but fries are decent. Chicken sandwich is pretty good, comparable to Popeye's for obvious reasons but with that kfc flavor on top. I'll have to order another to know for sure, but I wish the filet was more robust, maybe I just got a weirdly shaped one at the end of the day.

They got better over the years, but their original recipe chicken has been hit and miss to me for years (drive thru service is always friendly and good!) Didn't feel like cooking dinner, too tired from the trip and craving fried chicken. And today, the original fried chicken was hot and fresh! Perfect original recipe taste 😋

For my family to have our meal, I had to clean the table where we were sitting. There was molded food in the window seal and under our table was just a mess. I don't know how they had a passing green card. The bathroom has no towels and the blowing hand dryer wasn't working. I addressed this this to employees but he didn't seem to care.The assistant manager was pleasant and talked to us with a smile. The customer service was okay. Our meal was okay for a KFC. I don't plan on stopping at this location anytime soon. I do hope that they take time to clean the dinning area and address the issues that I have written for future clients that come in for a dinner.

I picked up order #538724957 today. The Wings and Wedges Fan Favorites Box should include 10 wings, but my order only had 8. Two wings were missing. I have ordered from this location several times before and everything was always good, but today my order was incorrect. It was very disappointing.

They didn't have the fried wedge potatoes, they didn't have the regular french fries. Instead they had a seasoned french fries which were extremely salty. I didn't eat them because of that. They also don't have the chicken from the oven which is lightly seasoned. They are now using what they call original. To me that is too crispy. I like the oven fried chick the best, but sadly they don't have it any more. The driver delivered my food on time. I appreciate how quickly the food came. I can't give KFC anything better than 2 stars.

Food always tastes kind of burnt, tastes like old grease. I would go once every couple of weeks just to see if it got better and it doesn't. I drive farther to another KFC and it's good.

Called in an order to go and upon arrival we had to wait 35 minutes just to get to the counter. Extremely busy, not enough staff. Once we got to the counter to pick up our order it wasn't ready. Including my wife and I, at least 8 people walked out for having to wait so long. The cashier had to leave the counter for 10 minute intervals to help with the orders, while customers stood around and waited. One employee was observed walking in from outside going directly to the food area working orders, but never washed his hands. Totally unacceptable operation. An obvious management issue and scheduling of personnel. I would not recommend this location.

Terrible! Waited over 45 minutes for 4 hamburgers to be delivered to my car. They delivered my order to another car at the 30 minute mark and if I didn't call to complain from my car I would still be waiting. Customer service is totally outrageous. The night manager was aware and didn't offer anything in return for my patience. Won't be back.

We waited over 45 minutes in the drive-through last night. We thought it was because they were giving priority to call-in/pick-up orders but the place was empty when we finally drove off. It appeared there were ample people people working but they had no direction. Our second bad experience here, won't be back for another. The food isn't even good, mediocre at best.

Horrible service. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me. Chicken wasn’t cooked enough. Borderline raw. I ordered a 2 chicken breast meal that came with 1 breast that wasn’t cooked all the way and also received a leg. Also, not cooked. Almost no chicken at all on the leg. Ordered a second side for $1.00 more and it was dreadful. The worst Mac and cheese I have ever had. Soggy and tasted a day old. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. -My girlfriends order wasn’t fulfilled either. Didn’t receive her cookie in the meal and complained of a soggy undercooked chicken bowl.

Placed my order ay the drive through. Pulled up and had MOST of my order ready as I pulled up. I received MOST of my order and paid at 5:00 per the receipt. Was told that I had to pull around and that they would bring out my chicken strips. Pulled to the front and watched about 4-5 cars pass through the drive through and leave after me. STILL NO STRIPS. Knocked on the door after 10 minutes. Staff looked at me and ignored me (dining room was closed and locked) Finally someone came out and said he would look into the missing food. 5 minutes later I received my strips and was on my way (15 minutes after I received the majority of my food.. Figured the strips would be piping hot as they probably just came out of the fryer. LUKE WARM. By the time I got home with my $60.33 order EVERYTHING was cold because I had to wait that additional 15 minutes. THEN was Not excited to find out that the 8 biscuts were missing. HOLY COW was this a major fail

Another fast food place that's to expensive for what you get last time going there

I forgot to order my potato's without gravy, asked if I could get them switched out and after ignoring me for a few moments, they took my bag with 2 and handed me 1 without gravy. When I said there's supposed to be 2 they rolled their eyes at me, and after I said "have a good night" they gave me a "thanks" that sounded more like "drop dead"

I have not been to this Kentucky fried chicken in quite a few months because now I remember terrible service. I ordered a chicken tender combo meal. I waited 15 minutes before I asked for a refund watching other people there for over 20 minutes it was not crowded. It was not busy nobody in line for ordering terrible terrible service. I see all the other reviews of how terrible this services. I hope the manager looks at them why go pay the prices there when you go to canes chickens for much much cheaper and get the same good food with great customer service.

I went to pick up an order I placed through Postmates. The order was canceled due to a technical glitch from KFC(according to Postmates) after I have arrived at the place. I wasted the trip going there, I received no compensation. The issue could be from Postmates, but since both companies do not care for their customers I will avoid this KFC and possibly postmates.

This place is horrible. First, the person that took my order in the drive through kept cutting me off and speeding through my order, "is that all? Is that all?". I ordered two chicken sandwiches, two fries, one popcorn chicken. I couldn't get another popcorn chicken because they had none ready, or even cooking. Same thing with chicken strips. I left the drive through and checked the order. I received one chicken sandwich, two fries, one popcorn chicken, corn and coleslaw (didn't order these two). The dining room is closed still for some reason. My wife had to walk back to the drive through and explain the situation to three people before someone understood the problem. They said they didn't charge us for the second sandwich, and didn't care that they gave us food we didn't even order. They took the incorrect items back from my wife, then told her to walk back around to the front locked door to pay for the second sandwich that they screwed up on! Then.... They never came to the door!! Total incompetence. They seemed like nice enough people, but they need serious training in customer service and just common sense. This was a new low, even for fast food.

Tried calling the number to resolve the issue but was told that the manager would have had to review the contents before making any corrections. While this is a reasonable ask to avoid scams it does make the process virtually impossible as most people drive away expecting their order to be correct and, like us, did not discover the missing items until getting home. The thought of having to drive back and go through the inconveniece of having your order rechecked, when that should have been the process to starts with, was not worth the effort.

One of the worst KFC ever. We requested for original chicken for our 12pc family meal but they told us they only do half original and half crispy. We told them we would like to get original only as we always do. They agreed to give original. The chicken was salty and oily. It was hard and burnt. They definitely refried the crispy chicken and called it original. Ended up in trash.
