The drive-thru is not open 24 hours. I came by shortly after midnight today and was told that the drive-thru hours end at 11:30 p.m. There is no way to adjust the hours shown on Google, unfortunately. Edited: maybe instead of responding to my review, Starbucks could take the time to present accurate information.

We all know Starbucks has good coffee, I don’t need to go over that. I loved the coffee and it was gone in 5 minutes HOWEVER they took 20 minutes to make my order (2 simple drinks.) I ordered online as always but I never do that at this location. DONT do that at this location because even though there were 3 people inside with me they took a good 20 just to put it out. This was on a Friday night, for shift purposes. I highly recommend just driving the 5 minutes to the next Starbucks lol

I walked in, and I found the only smiling faces were the patrons. I waited a while before anyone acknowledged I was at the register. The girl who helped me was very nice and pleasant. The others didn't appear to really like what they do. Such is life. My grande iced oatmilk latte was bland, to say the least, and tasted more like oatmilk than coffee. I wish they would let the espresso finish dripping before they add the milk. Won't be coming to this starbucks anymore, unfortunately. My drink has been bland twice. That's enough for me.

decent enough. the employees are kind though slightly judgemental. 🤷 the music inside of the store is loud. 😖😑 the store is clean. the bathrooms are clean. free wi-fi. so, yeah, grab a large cup of ice water and charge your phone. 👍 edit: they have the same six songs on a constant loop... omg. 🤦

Christmas morning, a $75 order and a large Christmas tip to the doordasher & this starbucks forgets to give the drinks. Not very attentive, especially to a large order. Extremely disappointing

Online on both Facebook and ig says their drive thru is open 24/7 us and another car pulled through we waited kindly than the person behind us walked up and knocked on the door the staff tried to hide and ignored her til she asked if they were open they said "No, obviously not" with attitude 🙄 they either need to fix their times or fix their employees and their attitudes that was insane for a 4:15am situation peacefully heading to the airport. 0/10 if I could.

I RARELY go to Starbucks, as they continue to get more and more woke. So apparently you now have to bye a drink to be able to stay in their lobby. I planned on being here for 2 hours+ to study, getting a drink mid-way. After 5 min, I get told I need to get a drink to stay in their lobby. So I get a drink, as frustrating as it was. Not 2 mins later, they (Sami) gives a homeless guy two free drinks!! A there are no assumptions here, I literally heard her say “don’t worry, I got you”. And guess what, he was there longer than I was. Unbelievable!! I’m officially done with Starbucks and will be spreading this like wild fire.

I understand that everyone has their days, but it seems like the Baristas, Liz and Eric, have bad days everyday. Usually I go in here time to time- but when I go into OTHER Starbucks, they provide smiles and great energy in the mornings/afternoons… this one quickly ruins my day. This is absolutely the last resort to get my coffee. I hope these baristas are able to learn that a smile and being kind goes a long way… On a good side note- Michelle is the such an amazing barista! Always attentive and always knows how to put a smile on a customers face for sure! Thank you Michelle for always being able to turn my day around when needed!

Quite friendly staff. Although I walk by this location everyday, I seldom stop in for a coffee or mostly the tea. And if all the times at any Starbucks in cash come in and get an ice water no problem. Today on this hot day I only wanted water and was turned away because I have to purchase something before I get any water. I have money to buy something but what about all the times I made a purchase and didn't ask for water? Could you not have just compensate me for those one time? Again he said it politely but what a thing to do to any customer or potential customer.

Horrible experience, usually I’m fine with the prices but this time they barely added any whip cream or Vanilla sweet cold foam to my drinks that I payed extra for. They didn’t even mix the matcha correctly. The service wasn’t great either. Overall never going to this Starbucks again!

I took my son to training, thought I’d get a cappuccino at Starbucks, stopped at the drive-thru and ordered a cappuccino with one sugar and left a dollar tip. I left and tasted warm milk without coffee, but I had no time to go back. I stopped by to see them after training and said that they sold me milk instead of cappuccino, the employee was not happy but remade my cappuccino, tried this cappuccino in the car and threw it away. It was impossible to drink the bitter taste of double or triple espresso. I was very polite and did not conflict. But the employee decided to take revenge on me. That day I didn’t manage to drink my usual cappuccino.

I ordered Ice Tea Matcha Latte without ice, and 5 spoons of matcha. I ordered it on a drive-thru since the store was closed and so I didn't immediately notice that the matcha was made poorly: it was not stirred at all, there were about 8-9 spoonfuls (I asked for only 5), and the foam of the drink was about 2 inches. When I later returned for a refund the store manager said he would not do a refund since I drank more than half of the drink and offered only to remake the drink, even though I had not drunk a quarter of it. I was originally given the drink only 3/4 full. Despite this the store manager argued with me, he was against me, I was not pleasant to communicate with him. As a result, I left the drink and said I would contact customer service. I would like a refund for the drink and compensation for this unpleasant situation

I don't know what this is? Do you know what this is? I just know what it's not, it's not made correctly, it's not coffee. It's not something that tastes good, it's not something I finished more than 10% of for the first time in my entire life but more than anything else, it's not worth the $6 I paid for a grande. Blech. It should have been an iced apple crisp macchiato, instead it was hot milk and burnt coffee with no other available flavor, I gave it to a coworker who had a similar experience and then they threw it away. I won't return to this Starbucks because I've never had a drink wrong at Madison I80 and I should have used my instincts and went there instead, no more future mistakes

Rude and unprofessional! These dummies served me a brownie in pieces and a chocolate chip cookie in pieces. The bags they came in had chocolate all over the outside, so as soon I grabbed them my hand was a mess. Tremendously filthy service. How hard is it to take an already baked brownie and cookie and serve it properly? Idiots. Hire new staff!
