I ordered take out from Wingstop on Friday and when I went in I felt very welcoming especially from Cristella. She greeted me and went above and beyond with my order. I also didn’t have to wait for my order, it was ready when they said it will be! Definitely will recommend this Wingstop to my friends and family!
I placed an order through the app and paid for it online. My son advised me that they will not let him pick up the food that has been paid for unless I personally go and show my ID. I’m at work and this is the reason why I ordered for him thinking it was easier. I go to call and their number is blocked from dialing through the website. I dial manually and I just get a busy tone. So they’ve charged my card for something I can’t pick up. I edited original one star to five star because the manager Jonny made sure to reach out to me to find out what the issue was to help other customers from having the same experience.
This is our go-to location for wing delivery. The online ordering process is easy and we always get our order within the time given. We order our wings extra well-done and they do this perfectly. We enjoy our food from this location each time we order delivery. One thing I would change is the fries. They are good and seasoned well, but sometimes we get small "parts" of fries.

Just flew in from a long stop decided to stop for food before going home. The little kid was sitting down when we came in and got up to take our order. He had the ugliest attitude as if we were bothering him. Service is key and being welcomed as if I was disturbing him makes you not want to order from here ever again.
This is usually my favorite location but not today. I have a couple of questions about my order that I need an answer to. Q1. Since I got mostly drums and 3 flats in my 30 piece order, do I get a discount? I ordered a 30 piece with the expectation of equal part drums and wings since I did not request drums and 3 flats. Q2. Did you decide to give me whatever you had in front of you although the order I placed was not for a 30 piece mostly drums and 3 flats because my order was a delivery? I will await your reply to my questions. Your answer to my questions will determine if you will be known as a scheming location that does not care about the way they service the customer, or return to being my self proclaimed best location that deliver well seasoned, hot and like you ordered wings with great customer service, I would hope for it to be the latter.

They are not fried all the way hard so if you like them well done make sure you ask for fully fried. The service was good. The cashier was polite and made sure she gave me my order as soon as it was ready. The establishment was clean and tidy in the front. I did not visit the restroom. I gave this review a 3 because my order was not exactly as I expected. My wings weren’t as seasoned as they usually are at other locations and I received the wrong flavor wings for 4 of my 8. This was very disappointing. But the corn was very delicious 🤤!

While placing my order I was hung up on twice. After finally getting to place the order the representative mis-counted and attempted to tell me that I was missing 14 wings. She quickly realized she was wrong but didn't mention it and tried to move on. When I entered the restaurant the young ladies weren't friendly and insisted to tell me that I can't use a form of payment that I wasn't attempting to use (Apple pay when I don't have an apple device). After I explained they began to talk over me and rush me to hurry and pay. I explained to the cashier Mariana that her demeanor was rude and she took offense and began to roll her eyes. She than threw her hand up and walked off while I was mid sentence. The other cashier helped me to purchase my dressing that should have been included in my order to begin with. The young adults at this location are not friendly and lack customer service skills. I won't spend my money to be greeted with attitude. My number is in your database and I am frequent consumer. Each time I visit your establishment I spend at least $40. My small contribution along with others are what make your company flourish. I will no longer be a customer after this.
We ordered on Monday 5/22/23 at night. We ordered 23 garlic Parmesan wings, and 8 Lemon pepper wings, and fries. Both batch of wings barely had any seasoning on them, and the large order of fries had no seasoning. We didn’t order the fries that way. I had some lemon pepper seasoning at home so i put some on my wings. Last time I had to take my order back to get seasoning on my food especially the fries. This time it was close by the time he got back with the food. This place need to improve on their cooking. Also some of the fries were overcooked.

I placed an order online for delivery, when the delivery arrived I was missing my drinks. The delivery driver attempted to convince me that I didn’t order any drinks and that they checked to make sure before they left. I called the store to tell them my concern about my missing drinks. They said they sent the drinks. I said I’m sure but they were not delivered to me. The best they could do was for me to come for my drinks and get them myself or comp my drinks on my next order. I paid over 10 dollars in delivery fees and tipped the driver in advance when purchasing my order and the best they could do was make me come get my drinks myself when I order again. The person who handled it wasn’t rude but definitely no clue to customer service. I asked for the manager, apparently he was off. I literally had to go pick my drinks up the next day. I’ll use the other shop at least when they make a mistake they fix it without inconveniencing the customer who paid for a service.
Ordered on DoorDash and this is the second time that they give me crumbs for my fries 80% crumbs, being stingy with fries? Cmon now.
I'm not sure I'll be ordering from this location anymore as every time I do, the people who answer the phone are always rude. And that, I don't trust as there's no telling what they could do to our food! First of all, I order online, and I have to call in to have them change a dipping sauce to bbq as it's not an option on their site/app. So, it's as if I'm a difficult customer when that's all I ask for.
WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE OR ZERO STARS!!! The management and staff are the only positive reviews on here! Johnny Rivera and Luis Ramirez are the 2 unprofessional managers that can't get orders out! Do not order online from this location if you expect to pick up food at the time you choose. I have ordered twice from this location and both times they "didn't receive my order". Both times their system or they screwed up and didn't offer any discount or apology. Instead tried to make me look incompetent by suggesting I ordered from a different location. Both times I showed them my email confirmation of the order to pick up at their store. Management is completely unprofessional and incompetent. Common sense would tell you if your system screwed up a customer's order you should offer them a coupon or some reason to come back again and at the very least an apology. All I heard was excuses and shifting the blame onto corporate. Made the mistake of giving them a second chance as my coworkers decided they really wanted wings and lo and behold, it happened again. This time I canceled when they said they never received the order and they said couldn't refund my money, said I have to wait for corporate to do that. Complete BS. Do yourself a favor, drive to the missouri city location, they get their orders filled on time and have great customer service!
I ordered wings by phone and was told by the person that answered the phone to not order the fries and to see Isabella for free fries. I got there to pick up my food(which was ready) and Angel informed me I would need to fill out a survey for the fries. I didn't have a problem with that, however, my daughter is a 3 year old and had already been waiting for 30 mins with me on the food(that was ready). I explained I couldn't wait here to do the survey and Angel told me to get my food I would need to fill out the survey while sitting there and the fries didn't come with the order. I had no problem paying for the fries, if I was told that over the phone I could have gotten there earlier to fill it out. I had to drive 7 miles away to get my daughter fries that I was more than willing to pay for. This is the worst experience and business practice I have ever heard of. Anyone participating in this should not be in the service industry.
Lydia is very rude and disrespectful over the phone. Called for an issue, she’s yelling and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this location underneath no circumstances. Pay extra for better service!
Horrible Service! I called and held for over 10-12 mins hung up to call back and it went busy for over 10 mins. I drove up and they were not busy at all. I confronted the cashier and her response was they were doing other stuff! The least she could have done was come back to the phone and say hold on. But they were not doing anything that would have caused them to leave the phone off the hook or me on hold. One person was putting ketchup in the bucket and when i walked in she was just standing there talking to him. I don’t think ketchup is that important to leave a customer on hold. In addition she never apologized or anything just responded with an snappy attitude. Horrible service if my mom didn’t want this i would never come here. The service is to be so good and top notch here what happened!
The worst experience I’ve had at any fast food place. The ladies at the front do not have customer service skills . THEY SUCK. I had a call in order and they told me my food wasn’t done but didn’t bother to check the shelf . I sat for 30 minutes only to find out my food had been on the shelf the entire time . No apology no nothing - they handed me my food and walked off . They literally was on their phones and talking about their personal lives the entire time. They talked about other customers as they left the store. I do not recommend this location at all !!!
Came here last month to pick up delivery order and employee at the front was high off his (you know what) he was slurring and asked me what the name was 4 times, till I just pointed to the bag and he was stumbling trying to get the bag. There was 2 other guys at the front that were just laughing and letting him deal with the customers. Wow.... there were 2 ladies in their trying to ask the guy that was clearly high where their order was and tje other 2 employees didn't care and didn't offer to help them.
Ordered take out tonight just for the order to be wrong once again. We ordered a 10 piece mango habanero and Cajun. Instead got lemon pepper and mango. This is the second time it’s happened. The first time we just called it in to let them know it was wrong. This time we went back and I asked for our whole order to be remade. With this the original people we spoke to were great and just did it. However the kitchen staff told us the fries were going to be burnt no matter what they did. Continued to say we could eat them burnt or get a refund. Mind you we brought back all our food UNTOUCHED so we weren’t trying to get over. I asked for a district managers # as they said no manager was in this location and was denied. I dealt with unprofessional kids tonight. We’ll take our business elsewhere from now on.
Just like I have come to expect from this chain of restaurants, the wings were edible is the best I can say. I ordered our dinner and took it home. The boneless wings in 4 different flavors are what we chose. All the wings were completely overcooked and hard as a rock. The fried exterior was so tough that more than half of the wings, we were unable to stick a fork through. The Lemon Pepper flavor was disgusting and completely oversalted almost to the point of being inedible. The BBQ flavor was ok and slightly spicy. The hot honey rub was spicy with little more than that for flavor. The garlic parmesan was the only one that had a semblance of flavor. The fries were well-seasoned and delicious. All in all, it was another letdown. Do not recommend!

This location is extremely close to where I live but after the service and inconvenience I will never return to this location ever again . I visited on Sunday may 12. The kids here are disrespectful the management did absolutely nothing .I was told to “get out of the way “ to another area in the facility because the system was down prior to that I was there for about 20 minutes my order was already ready by the time I decided to cancel everything and leave . I’m a manger at my establishment and my employees and fellow management know “simple customer service skills “ I would like the manger/owner or even a supervisor to reach out to me
Customer service doesn’t exist at this location. Several employees drinking over other employees preparing the food. Upon entrance of the facility, only the young lady that was taking orders upfront/while on the phone greeted me as I walked in as everyone else stood doing absolutely nothing except one that was preparing the order. Fries were burnt and not properly seasoned per request. Food overall at this location isn’t what I expected.
“F” bomb dropped several times by workers as I picked up my food today at 6:04pm (while my 8 year old was with me). We waited and waited for our food, and once a worker noticed we were still waiting she asked about my order and the Hispanic guy who was cussing the entire time told her it was on the counter. He said he called my name, but he lied because when he sat it there he initially said,” Order for Mercedes,” and when I told him he never called my name he said,” yes I did but that’s ok,” with an attitude.
I love Wingstop but this location really needs to improve. This is the third time they mess up and this time was the worst. I ordered 2 of the family meals of the 16 piece tenders over the phone. Each comes with three flavors, 4 rolls, large fries and three dipping sauces. My mother went to pick up the order and they gave her a hard time and attitude because she checked the bag and found that she was missing the 4 rolls,large fries and 3 ranch dips from one of the orders. They technically only gave her one family deal and added 16 tenders. However, they still charged her for the amount that the deal costs. When she asked them about it, they were very rude and would not speak to me over the phone. I called the location directly and spoke to one of the employees. The kid said he would fix it but was still giving my mother a hard time. When my mother got home, we found that we were missing 3 cajun flavored tenders and the 3 ranch dipping sauces. The previous times they messed up my order and also my wife's order. They need to pay closer attention to what they are doing.
This location is ridiculous!! I’ve ordered from here several of times and it’s a hit or miss but these last few times have been a miss especially tonight! I ordered a 10 piece wing & due to them messing up my previous order I was given a free corn and fries. I get to the store to pick up my order and my wings are not wet as I asked my fries are soggy and cold and full of crumbs as if they just threw scraps in and they forget my corn. I ask them if they can make my wings wet because they were dry. The girl proceeds to argue with me telling me that they’re wet (even though they’re not) they take my wings give them back and now it looks like a wing soup. I ask the workers would you eat this? Seriously, what in your mind makes you think it’s okay to give somebody that much sauce in their wings? I take it as they were being funny. I get my fries back and there’s no seasoning on them and the corn was over cooked and tuff tasting. I will never order from this location again. Get better cooks or people that understand what you want when you’re ordering!!
This location opened with great expectations. So many different employees have come and go. Fries have been mushy on several occasions. Wings....just ok. They don't accept $50 dollar bills although a counterfeit pen is in clear view on the counter. Then go to cards ONLY! Every Wingstop l visit brings a different experience with this location being the worst. This location is taking a left turn since opening, and very quickly. Oh and no manager on site, when l asked to speak to one.
Got food for my sons b day and that took an extra 30 minutes. They went offer any free drinks for us waiting extra. They admitted to the mistake when we showed up for pick up. The wings were hard and somewhat burned. My son’s birthday dinner was memorable in the wrong way.

Placed my order at 7:35 I come to pick it up at 8:08 and he still tells me it’s going to be another 10 minutes. There’s 17 people in here waiting. Only one cashier and one guy giving out orders With me 18. There should’ve been more people working today since there’s a big college game on.

Nothing but broken potatoes and don't know what was at the bottom of the order. I expect good fries not a bunch of broken potatoes. Not going back anytime soon!!

BARLEY HAD ANY SEASONALLY ON BOTH FRIES AND WINGS(ordered regular seasoning , didn’t order light seasoning or no seasoning). For the price of the meal I expect to at least be cooked good and not cold. Never coming again!! It’s been more than 4-5 times I’ve ordered at this location where something was wrong with my food. Been going to this place but the over the years, the food quality had been so bad.

WOW would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order for delivery only received a portion of the $60 order, not even half the order was delivered. When calling the location to report the issue, we were immediately met with rude service and "policy" that it we were required to bring the food back that was delivered to us to receive a full refund. We explained that we didn't have a working vehicle hence the reason for delivery. Apparently that was unacceptable so asked to speak with a manager who was unavailable. ALL of the staff we talked to were completely incompetent, rude, and disrespectful. I don't understand how this is the only restaurant that can get away with not providing over half of your order and expect you to pay. We were trying to feed 6 ppl and received 18 wings. Just beware. Don't order from here. They implied that someone took the second bag of our delivery. Okay, so refund the order. So insane! They are scamming and stealing half the order and either reselling it or taking it home to their family. DO NOT ORDER from here.
This place literally put me in the hospital after they served my undercooked food, cost me 630$ in medical bills and can provide proof that salmonella was the cause. This wing stop should be shut down, with there disgusting habits lack food safety knowledge
Wingstop FM 521 – Arcola: Never Again I ordered from this location using the Wingstop app and received less than half my food. When I called to resolve the issue, the first person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. The second employee said they’d only refund me if I brought the food back—which makes no sense for a delivery order. Finally, the manager Johnny refused to issue a refund unless I returned what little I received. Terrible customer service all around. I will never order from Wingstop again, especially not this location. ⸻
Forced to wait outside. Took an hour longer than the online time. Got my food after and hour and 51 minutes. And they didn't have the drinks I ordered. They can't refund online orders. Never order online at this place it's a mess. Taking pictures of receipts and telling me their accountant has to refund it the manager can't refund online orders. Avoid this place
Horrible customer service, missing order item, order from Wingstop app to have it delivered. Called and Ask for partial refund for missing item but they wanted me to bring the whole order back to the store. Why would I drive to the store when I got my food delivered? Wingstop at this particular location in Arcola, TX on FM521 is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible experience with Wingstop I have been ordering at this location for years and seems to be a new manager. They messed up my order gave me hot flavors when I ordered lemon pepper so it wasn’t edible for my family and half of it missing. When I called to complain, the manager Johnny was outright rude and combative, arguing with me on the phone and refusing to take responsibility because the employee I initially spoke to “no longer works there.” It was clear he didn’t care at all. To make matters worse, some employees were handling food without gloves and looked downright unhygienic. This place is a joke and I won’t be coming back.
As several other people seem to agree, this place is the worst. They don't care anything about the customer or the orders. We didn't receive half our order and they tried saying that we needed to drive up there to receive a full refund because "policy", that's bull. Then the food we did receive is already cold because of taking to the people for like 30 minutes trying to get a refund. I don't think anyone we spoke to is competent or a manager, they just want your money. They claimed that they didn't deliver half the bag and it was probably sent elsewhere, which is illegal, but they probably just took it for themselves. This location has noticeably declined over the years and is in serious need of renovation. During my visit, the seating area was closed off due to water buckets collecting rain leaking from the ceiling—a clear sign of neglect. The ice machine had visible ice buildup and soda residue, raising concerns about cleanliness. I initially received cold, stale fries and requested a fresh batch. Unfortunately, I witnessed the cook simply drop the same stale fries back into the oil before handing them off to an employee to re-bag and give back to me—this is both unprofessional and unsanitary. On a slightly better note, the chicken was decent. However, the overall customer service was lackluster, adding to a disappointing experience.

When I called to complain, the manager Johnny was outright rude and combative, arguing with me on the phone and refusing to take responsibility because the employee I initially spoke to “no longer works there.” It was clear he didn’t care at all. To make matters worse, some employees were handling food without gloves and looked downright unhygienic. This place is a joke and I won’t be coming back.
This place literally put me in the hospital after they served my undercooked food, cost me 630$ in medical bills and can provide proof that salmonella was the cause. This wing stop should be shut down, with there disgusting habits lack food safety knowledge
Wingstop FM 521 – Arcola: Never Again I ordered from this location using the Wingstop app and received less than half my food. When I called to resolve the issue, the first person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. The second employee said they’d only refund me if I brought the food back—which makes no sense for a delivery order. Finally, the manager Johnny refused to issue a refund unless I returned what little I received. Terrible customer service all around. I will never order from Wingstop again, especially not this location. ⸻
As several other people seem to agree, this place is the worst. They don't care anything about the customer or the orders. We didn't receive half our order and they tried saying that we needed to drive up there to receive a full refund because "policy", that's bull. Then the food we did receive is already cold because of taking to the people for like 30 minutes trying to get a refund. I don't think anyone we spoke to is competent or a manager, they just want your money. They claimed that they didn't deliver half the bag and it was probably sent elsewhere, which is illegal, but they probably just took it for themselves. They don't care anything about your service, only the money. Don't ever order from this place, they absolutely steal your food and don't want to give a refund for anything other than partial, so that's a load of bs and this place is garbage. Stay away, stay away!!! 🤢🤢
WOW would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order for delivery only received a portion of the $60 order, not even half the order was delivered. When calling the location to report the issue, we were immediately met with rude service and "policy" that it we were required to bring the food back that was delivered to us to receive a full refund. We explained that we didn't have a working vehicle hence the reason for delivery. Apparently that was unacceptable so asked to speak with a manager who was unavailable. ALL of the staff we talked to were completely incompetent, rude, and disrespectful. I don't understand how this is the only restaurant that can get away with not providing over half of your order and expect you to pay. We were trying to feed 6 ppl and received 18 wings. Just beware. Don't order from here. They implied that someone took the second bag of our delivery. Okay, so refund the order. So insane! They are scamming and stealing half the order and either reselling it or taking it home to their family. DO NOT ORDER from here.
Horrible customer service, missing order item, order from Wingstop app to have it delivered. Called and Ask for partial refund for missing item but they wanted me to bring the whole order back to the store. Why would I drive to the store when I got my food delivered? Wingstop at this particular location in Arcola, TX on FM521 is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere.
This location has noticeably declined over the years and is in serious need of renovation. During my visit, the seating area was closed off due to water buckets collecting rain leaking from the ceiling—a clear sign of neglect. The ice machine had visible ice buildup and soda residue, raising concerns about cleanliness. I initially received cold, stale fries and requested a fresh batch. Unfortunately, I witnessed the cook simply drop the same stale fries back into the oil before handing them off to an employee to re-bag and give back to me—this is both unprofessional and unsanitary. On a slightly better note, the chicken was decent. However, the overall customer service was lackluster, adding to a disappointing experience.
Forced to wait outside. Took an hour longer than the online time. Got my food after and hour and 51 minutes. And they didn't have the drinks I ordered. They can't refund online orders. Never order online at this place it's a mess. Taking pictures of receipts and telling me their accountant has to refund it the manager can't refund online orders. Avoid this place
