Haven't had Arbies in a very long time, was drove half an hour out of my way to get to an area that had one, so I ordered 4 meals for my family. I specifically asked for lots of "extra arbies sauce" because that's what makes an Arbies great. We even put it on the fries. I got my order and asked if they got the sauce because it's very IMPORTANT, I was assured it was in the bag. I get about 15 miles away and decide I want some fries.. open the bag to discover not a single packet of Arbies sauce.. so I drive all the way back and ask for some again, only to be told they dont have any, not a single packet or even a restaurant bottle I can squirt on all the sandwiches. If they had simply told me none was available, I would have canceled my order, and that would be that. Not a happy customer.

We walked in & the floor was sticky, smelled of old grease. No one at the counter. Took several minutes for someone to come out. He was less than thrilled. We ordered the new cheesesteak sandwich. No ketchup in the dispenser. Again, had to wait several minutes for someone to come back to the counter to give us packets. The curly fries were fresh & really good. My sandwich had more sauce than meat, but the flavor was good. My husband's sandwich had more meat. We both liked it, but will try a different location next time!

Wanted the 2 for $6 and they said they couldn't take off/hold the sauces. Seems pretty simple to me, but they wouldn't do it. Would love to have received better service. This seems like a management decision- the girl taking the order seemed nice otherwise. They also forgot to give us our large fries. But they gave them to us right away when we went back in. The food was great. The second guy was nice too. Place was clean.

Slow service at the drive through, which might be because they are understaffed (seemed that way). Our order was missing curly fries, we drove back into the drive through and explained what we were missing, and they took care of it. Arby’s has no veg options except for curly fries, jalapeño poppers and mozarella sticks. Curly fries were actually nice, everything else was OK. Wanted to try the fried snacks here anyway, so it’s off the fast food list now.

I ordered my food using the app. It was supposed to take 5 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later only to find that all the doors are locked. It is about 7:00 p.m. So the only way to get my food is to wait in the short but very long drive through line. Only two cars ahead of me but it took forever. When I finally reached the window my food was not ready. It had probably been 35 to 40 minutes since I placed my order. I love Arby's food but I always end up with issues no matter which one I go to.

The young man at the counter was very nice and polite. He took my order immediately. There were three people in the restuarnt who had already ordered, and two in the drive-through when I arrived. I waited 15 minutes for my food. It was the $4.99 Monday special; something you would think they would be prepared for. I could see about 10 sandwiches already made and ready to go. They sat there under the heat lamp the entire time. I finally gave my receipt to another customer so they could claim my meal. I walked out with no food. This is not Fast Food.

We came in around 10:45am, well after opening. The restaurant was empty and not busy at all. Our food took forever, and when we received it, our son's roast beef sandwich looked like it was old, and dried out. Lobby was super dirty. There was one gentleman slouched in a booth with his leg sticking out into the walkway, and refused to move his leg when we walked by. He was also vaping INSIDE the restaurant. There was a blanket in one of the booths, a backpack on one of the tables, charging cords strewn out on another table, ketchup dispenser was inoperable, and next to the trashcan was a shopping bag with two cold redbulls in it. Very odd experience. I gave 2 stars simply for the fact that the chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and fries were decent.

This isn't a place you want to go if your looking for quality food. I know it's fast food.... but food that's raw! Daughter puked after realizing her chicken sandwich wasn't cooked fully!! Plus their sweet tea was sour like it had been sitting out all day and they had hardly any soda and the soda they did have tasted like dirt! Never again!

If you visit the drive thru and ask for sauces pertaining to the food you order make sure you get the sauces. Don't take verbal confirmation from the employee. I made that mistake last night and I had 2 sandwiches and onion rings and mozzarella sticks without any sauces to accompany them. Pretty sure it's just this location that doesn't meet regular criteria which is a shame because it's newly built but the employees seem to not really care about their work ethic because I've had terrible experiences every time I go here but not at other locations. The person taking my order on the drive thru wanted to rush me. After everything I would order he would just say okay? Can I get a double beef and cheddar? Okay.... Can I get a double beef and cheddar add jalapenos? Okay. Can I get mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce to dunk them in? Okay. Are all the sauces in the bag? Yes. Get home and there are no sauces. Also the add jalapenos, if you request this you get only 2-3 jalapenos and it's located at the end of the sandwich.

Ordered a Double Stacked corn beef meal. The portion of meat put on the sandwich was not enough for a regular sandwich. If the portion was halved,there would not have been any meat on the sandwich at all. Will never patronize that location ever again.

Sad, just sad. Wanted to give Arby’s another chance after years of not going due to the nasty “food” they serve. Got their Monday special. It is what it is I guess. Small and underwhelming. Asked for arby’s sauce and received 1 pack for two orders and a bunch of that gross horsy sauce. Lame. Also order the mac n cheese which I just didn’t even get. Thanks for stealing from me. Curly fry’s were so greasy you could oil the Tin Man for decades, plus there were random pieces of others fry’s in there. Lazy, just lazy. Last time I’ll ever entertain going to this or any dump of an Arby’s. Do better yall! Shut this store down and call it a day.

I decided to visit because I really wanted to get a fish sandwich. When I arrived the drive thru line was pretty long. At first I thought about going in but decided to do the drive thru option instead. I waited in the line for about 15 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I received my food.  A couple of cars left because of the excessive wait time ( I should have). I received my food only to wonder why my sandwich felt very light.  I opened the wrapper and there was no fish on my bun.  I went inside to let them know only to be brushed off by a male worker.  There was a gentlemen also standing there waiting for food that was under the lamp for 10 minutes. I finally had someone come over and greet me.  I asked for a refund because not only were my fries cold, I waited for 15 minutes plus another 5 and now my lunch break was completely over.  I was told that it would be sent to the manager Charity.  I wanted to express how angry I was over this whole experience. I will never visit this store again.  I  took a photo of my sandwich to show what my experience was like because I really couldn't believe that happened. If I could give it no stars I would!

They used to be good when they first opened but the quality has declined so much. This is supposed to be a beef and cheddar, but there is no cheddar and the bread and meat are burnt. Gross. Tried calling the store but the phone just rang and tried to scan the QR code on the receipt but it doesn't even work.
