The space isn't particularly large, but it's very well-kept and welcoming, almost making you feel at home. They offer a wide variety of sweet and savory options. They have outdoor seating and plenty of parking, and you can order and pick up from your car. Even though I'm a cinnamon roll fanatic, I tried the savory one yesterday, and it wasn't bad. If you arrive around closing time, they sometimes offer 50% off the items still on display.
I took a break at Starbucks and was really satisfied! I tried the Cinnamon Swirl, and it was simply delicious, fluffy, and full of flavor. The perfect dessert to accompany my Caramel Macchiato with whipped cream. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. A great place to relax and enjoy something good!

You don’t come to Italy for Starbucks but when you are an American who lives here, it’s definitely nice piece of home in franciacorta. There are lots of nice options, even though not all the drinks are available, and I really enjoyed it! I will definitely return the next time I’m craving a bit of america :)

The staff was very kind helpful. The building is very beautiful and has a lot of greenery. If I am not mistaken, this is the first Starbucks drive thru in Italy. The location is close to the hwy exit and easy to find.
The drink I ordered was really good and well-prepared. The cookie, however, seemed a little soft—maybe that's the intended texture, but personally, I would have preferred it at room temperature and not straight from the refrigerator. In any case, the staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, a good experience!

Starbucks style, simple, élégant, functional. Free WiFi, dehors in sunlight at lunch (best in the middle season), all clean and soft. Perfect also if you have to fill a quick work on your laptop
Because it was newly opened, too crowded but it's ok. I say parking is not good, you have to park somewhere because of limited space plus same way on drivethru + parking= crowded cars.
We only went for the drive-through experience, but when we asked for the much-anticipated fall drinks like the Pumpkin Spice Latte (advertised everywhere outside the store), we were told they had been sold out for days and would no longer be restocked. (It was only October 23rd.)
Absolutely no vegan options!! Impossible during these times we have 2022 and not even one single option. Should be changed ASAP! Store is nice and clean Staff is super friendly

Nice place but I really wish Italians would stick to what they do best and not try to adopt something fashionable that culturally in my opinion doesn't work. Cinnamon swirl cold inside, defrosted but not pleasant. Coffee tepid. Macha tea syrupy sweet. Progress?? Not always.
Wifi doesn't work and not only once
Terrible experience. We walked in and it was almost empty, there was only one person in line with us and three behind the counter... moral of the story: a twenty-minute wait and no one paid attention to us. Tired of waiting because their top priority was the drive thru, we went elsewhere for breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it because the staff was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and incapable of managing the workload, which was extremely low at 9:30 on a Thursday morning.
