Food excellent and presented very well. Servers extremely personable, although stretched thin i feel.

Hello Domino’s well first let me say Your the winner❤️❤️❤️ I bought a pizza from your location but I also bought another one from competitor , which I will not mention any names. I can say taste of both pizza You’re the 🥇 winner. I order the same from the other place The NY Pizza same toppings the same way. The taste of the pizza wow it’s amazing. The sauce right on point. The baking just perfect. The flavor of the pizza explosion in your mouth. My reason for me to do this is to show my family how why I love your pizza. And price was perfect for the budget. Thank you again for your awesome work.

The drink beverage was yummy. Had carne asada and it was a tad salty. It was still good though. It was a huge portion that I was able to have the other half of the meat for dinner the next day. The salsa was really good. A great amount of spice to it. Our server was very attentive. It was my first time being there and definitely would be back.

Pretty cool place. Nicely decorated, great atmosphere, friendly staff. My wife and I split the elote(appetizer $9) and the stuffed avocados(entree $14). The stuffed avocados were great, elote was pretty thin but the flavor was good. We also took a diablo burger to-go which looked really good too. It's a tad on the pricey side. We spent $38 for 2 entrees and an appetizer and got waters for our beverages. Other than that, I would definitely come back.

I hear many peopke talk about the "other" Mexican restaurants in downtown RC as being good. I assure you, they are NOT. We tried Alejandros and were very pleasantly surprised. VERY fresh food. Excellent drinks. And pretty good service. If you are looking for sloppy/traditional Tex-Mex with 100 things on the menu, this IS NOT your place. They have more upscaled Mexican food and only a few Tex-Mex items. The menu is small, but pretty much everything is good AND, once again FRESH. The atmosphere is one of the best of the downtown eateries. It doesn't feel all cold and cheap. If you are looking for a decent meal, it's definitely worth a try.

Dining in on a Saturday evening I was the only customer for food. Servers were seated at a far table. The cook appeared to be watching the seating the full time I was there. My enchiladas were served quickly the plate was hot. The salsa was warm, too. A couple of patrons were at the bar. The enchiladas worried me although the presentation on the gigantic plate was nice. I feared them not cooked much but I was able to cut with a fork easily. The chicken inside was shredded. Sour cream sauce had little flavor and the beans and rice not much flavor either. I fought with big gnats while trying to eat . Informed server. That's about it ...music played on a medium level, couldn't hear anything on screens. Only my 2nd time here. I have not been impressed on flavor, quality or atmosphere yet.

Food is always pretty solid. Tequila lime chicken and Elote corn are legit tasty... But when we went it was 81-degrees inside. Way too hot and sweaty for trying to enjoy a nice dinner. Beer got warm too fast. The thermostat was set to 71, but clearly it's broken. 81 is not ok for a restaurant.

First time going to the Royse location. Pizzas are okay, I wish they would put more sauce. Other locations put more sauce.

I am editing my review on here because I had an incident happen here that disappointed me and nothing was done about it. It was brushed off by management. One evening as my family and I were dining here a HUGE water roach flew down and landed in my hand. I freaked out of course and when I waved my hand it landed on the lady next to me. Her and her friend got up and moved to another table. The bug crawled in between the booths after that. When management came over of course they didn't see anything. He proceeded to tell me it was because the building was old and blah blah. Well had that flown into my food it would have been a whole other story. Nothing was done other than I got an excuse and because he didn't see it I felt like he didn't believe me. My family and I are frequent customers at this establishment. Like I mentioned before. This is one of our favorite places. We go here often. And now this experience has ruined that for us. We wont be back.

We've been ordering from here for a few years and I have left a 5 star in the past. Tonight was not good at all. We waited almost two hours for our two pizzas. I had to call and check. They said it was just coming out of the oven. However it was on Quality check for over 30min. He said it would be leaving in 15-20. It finally came and it was cold the cheese was hard. Not good at all. Turn the music down, stop playing around and focus on the quality for your guest please. Won't be ordering for a while. Waited for two hours for nasty pizza. Thanks kids.

Save your time and money! I actually know what Mexican food is supposed to taste like and this was nasty. Beans out of a can and store bought tortillas?! Carne tacos not cooked? Margaritas that taste like sonic slushies?! If i could give a zero i would, back to Dallas Mexican restaurants I go. Lol

Took one of me senior citizen patients there today, and they got sick on the food right there in the restaurant. The waitress did not but apologize and still brought the check and expected us to pay the full price, so we had to talk to the manager and he proceeded to argue with us, but eventually took off part of the bill. The food was gritty tasting and they served the food cold. I do not recommend this place.

Unacceptable all around. These are the “wings” barely sauced and they don’t taste like real chicken, more like processed Tyson’s chicken wings. I also ordered the cheese bread with jalapeño, there were literally 4 pieces of sliced jalapeño spread throughout the entire loaf…. So disappointed.

The worst experience. I ordered a medium half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and this is what I got. How do I not have cheese on the whole damn pizza????? Fridays are our pizza night and my poor kids were so hungry they had to eat this shit. Then I call to get a refund and of course they didn’t answer. So I called again and they placed me on hold, never came back after 15 minute hold. So I blew up their phone and nothing. They’re lucky I couldn’t go up to the store but I’ll be paying them visit. It is extremely sad that people have no respect whatsoever. Working in an industry where some parents depend on the food they’re ordering. Making just over 10 dollars an hour, I probably would be a miserable person too.

I usually have a good experience with this store tonight we ordered approximately $85 in pizza for a Birthday party that we were having. We met the delivery driver at the door and he removed the items out of the bag. We brought them inside and immediately open them up and begin to try and serve the kids when we opened up two of the pizza boxes gnats Flew out of the boxes. Of course, all the kids saw it and would not eat after that and only would pick up the other boxes of Food. I called the manager on site and he basically told me that there’s no way that that could’ve happened in roundabout called me a liar, he did finally say that he would issue a refund but basically made it sound like I was only wanting some free food. In all fairness, I did get upset and say a few cuss words however when you’re not lying, it’s a bad feeling to be called a liar, especially by a manager. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received another call back from this individual saying that he needed to come pick up the boxes of pizza in order to issue a refund. I felt that was extremely odd that he insisted to come and pick up pizza boxes. I even offered to bring them up there myself, but he was very insistent that if I wanted a refund that they needed to come pick them up. Long story short, somebody did come and pick up the pizzas and I really have no idea whether or not they’re going to issue a refund. I requested to speak with his manager, and I was told that he had tried to call him five times earlier so he may be doing something. Very unprofessional very rude And I’ll never order from here again, and although I’ve never done this before, I did escalate the matter to corporate

I just ordered and picked up a thin crust pizza from Domino's and specifically requested extra sauce to avoid it being too dry. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was extremely dry, with barely any sauce at all. It was disappointing, especially since I made the effort to add a special request. A thin crust already has less dough to retain moisture, so the sauce really makes a difference. Domino’s, please take note—sauce is essential to a good pizza, and when a customer asks for extra, it’s usually for a reason. I hope quality control improves, because I know Domino's can do better.

EDIT: Do not waste your time emailing the owner, as they suggest, they will not respond. Placed an order online. Pizza was the completely wrong pizza. Asked to speak with a manger so they could make it right and have the correct pizza I ordered delivered. The lady that I first spoke to, Callie, told me she was the manager and she could not waive the delivery fee even though this is Dominos fault, not mine. After I proceeded to tell her that the correct thing to do is waive the fee as this was their fault. She placed me on hold to call her DM. After a brief time on hold a lady picked up the phone saying she was the manager, Jessica, and the DM is out of town. She also refused to make things right and waive a delivery fee. She also told me that Callie is not a manager, however, she did not seem to mind that she portrayed herself as such. So the DM, Bipul Patel, can thank these two ladies specifically for permanently losing our business. Zero stars ⭐️ Whatever happened to actual customer service? EDIT-my husband just told me while picking up our pizzas a girl was running around the kitchen with some burnt food chasing other employees. Real professional Dominos 👏

*** RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DELIVERY DRIVERS — REPEATEDLY IGNORED REQUESTS I’ve asked many times for drivers not to knock or ring the doorbell because I have small children sleeping and a dog that won’t stop barking. Despite these clear instructions, this location ignores my request every single time. Tonight, the driver not only rang the bell three times but also pounded on the door twice, all while pushing for a tip. I usually give a $3 tip, which is fair considering there’s already a $5 delivery fee added before you even receive your food. But no matter what, the drivers at this location keep harassing me and my family for more — it happens 3-4 times a week. This behavior has been directed at my son, my husband, and now myself. I’ve visited the store in person, even shown management video proof of drivers throwing food and acting out over tips. I always get the same response: “We’re sorry, we’ll handle it, and we’ll issue a refund.” That refund has never come, and nothing has changed. I hope someone at the corporate level can finally address this, because local management has failed to resolve the issue despite multiple attempts.

Moved to Royse City not long ago and Dominos happens to be the near local pizza shop for myself and the family. I will say that the food has been great and with that said, the DOWN FALL for this location and all of the local residents in this area are the Delivery drivers for this location, and not just one but every single one I have came into contact with! I make my orders online and usually leave no less than a $3 tip and apparently this doesn’t sit well with their drivers! I’ve been cussed at, I’ve had my pizzas thrown into my arms, I’ve had my 15 year old son badgered by a 50yr old man and tonight even though the note on the order specifically says to please not knock on the door or ring the door bell due to children being asleep and my dog will not stop barking the driver not only decided to ring the door bell three times he then proceeded to bang on the door and when my wife finally got to the door and asked the man why he was doing that specifically when asked not to he told her because a tip was not given and she will now be obligated to sign the receipt!! If you’re thinking about ordering from here be prepared for unprofessional service and delivery drivers who don’t seem to understand boundaries! My Family and I will be taking our business and money elsewhere where!

I do not usually make reviews but I find it really disheartening that as I came in to order a pizza to go a young lady yelled out clear as day to “stop ordering pizza damn” it was one pizza… im in the customer service industry so i do understand its frustrating to do your job. But i did not expect to be treated that way. All of the other employees were super apologetic. And they were nice, but whoever that other girl is, should find a new job.

This was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any Domino’s, and it was at the Royse City, TX location. I placed an online order that said it would take 60–70 minutes, which is already a long wait, but I went ahead anyway. An hour and a half later, the pizza still hadn’t even been cooked. I tried calling the store multiple times—no answer. I even left a message asking someone to call me back, but no one ever did. I reached out to Domino’s corporate too and still haven’t heard anything. Since I had already paid and couldn’t get anyone on the phone, I decided to drive up to the store after waiting an hour and a half. And wouldn’t you know it—as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, the status suddenly updated to “in the oven.” I had actually been planning to cancel the order, because at that point, all my kids were about to be asleep, but I was worried they wouldn’t refund me if I didn’t pick it up. So I went in to get the pizza—and what do I see? Six employees inside, just hanging around, laughing, joking with each other. No wonder my order took forever. Honestly, I’m not surprised—the last two times I ordered from this location, the pizza was either bad or late. I won’t be ordering from here again. This store clearly doesn’t take customer service seriously.

Asked about my order since it was placed at 8:20 pm went to pick it up at 9 pm since it entered the oven at 8:50 pmaccording to text and said to pick it up in 8-10 min and when I proceeded to ask about the order the representative told me it's an automated system and that he has no control over it. Finally got my order at 9:22 pm. Representative that gave me my order was visibly upset. Sorry if I upset you but waiting that long for my order and having the screen say it is ready when it is clearly not is very upsetting when you're hungry. When I got there is when you guys put my order in so hopefully you can see my frustration. And then my order wasn't even right I requested bacon on one of my Pizzas and got two pepperoni pizzas instead

Call and placed a delivery order was quoted thirty 36 to 40 minute delivery time While waiting for delivery received a phone call from them That they don't deliver to my address And they Delivered pizza to my address less than a month ago The Employee was very rude and obnoxious and Hung up on me so I do not recommend Them. They're customer service Is lousy as well as their food You rarely get it how you order it. So please don't waste your time. At this domino's it's not worth it

I have ate dominos pizza for the last 3 years at this location and it’s sad to say I have finally given up on your business in Royse City, Texas after seeing a constant decline in quality food and service. The PAN crust is never actually the thick pan crust as it should be. The pizza is basically a thin crust no matter what you order since the pizza is made with hardly any dough whatsoever. It’s pricey when you are purchasing a large pizza and theirs hardly any bread to eat on or the toppings or sauce is completely lacked on. Severely disappointed in your company and just a PSA for anyone that is looking to start eating here regularly. The workers are always extremely nice as far as customer service when speaking to them ordering but after that it goes down the drain. Not sure if it’s your GM or a lead that’s being told to make cutbacks or changes but you’re going to continue to loose business with this poor work ethic especially in todays fast style world.

Took over two hours to arrive and then had hardly and cheese on it. This is after I had called and they completely dismissed me and said they had to remake the pizza. The driver left the store at 7:45 and arrived at my home less than 15 minutes away @ 8:45. I tried to call back and let them know there was no cheese on the pizza and they hung up on me.

Aug 24 22 Ordered today and all the food was undercooked or raw and cold chicken. HORRIBLE. Completely inedible. 2 orders of bread knots - NOT EVEN COOKED. Raw and nasty. Chicken was super tiny, barely any sauce and COLD. Gross. Pizza was a bit undercooked. Clearly, the rushed the entire process. Only solution is to get coupon for more? Nope, not ordering there again! Spent $70 plus good tip for driver.........TOTAL RIP OFF.
