First of all in a small city trying to grow as big as Dallas, well you get what you get! I love subway and I have worked as a manager for one and my apologies but this subway needs mature minded employees. I ordered from my phone as I was waiting in line at Walmart (looking at subway) and I ordered the veggie sub but I forgot to ADD avocado, so WHILE he was in the process of putting my veggies on, I walked over and asked the girl could I please ADD avocado because I forgot to add it while I the app ordering.... You think I said something political in public. They: at the same time "WE CAN'T" ME: I'm going to pay, I just forgot to add it They continuously told me as I even asked them okay then just let me buy a side of avocado... and again, We Can't , and they proceeded to give me some logical reason why they couldn't. And I said, wait you can't sell me a side of avocado? No we ... and that's when I said you know what, nevermind (pointing @avos in Walmart) I'll just buy a whole one, it's okay. Unfortunately Walmarts avocados weren't ripe yet. I just want to know... WHEN did suggestive sales STOP? I have been in Food Service well over 20 years and I have never stopped with suggestive sales. You buy cake, I'll at least try to sell you ice cream! You may not buy it, but at least I've done one thing the company asks of me trying to get an extra sale. Anyway they weren't near closing, they weren't out of Avocado's. . THEY JUST CAN'T so I probably won't be going to Subway in Walmart for a little while, I pay close attention as a customer.,..I actually put myself in their position to check myself and make sure I'm being a good patron. The teens need some SPUNK*:SPARK* when interacting with customers not just between each other and a Genuine smile would be nice too. ALSO: the over dressing of a Sub Sandwich doesn't make it good in fact it makes it's appearance tacky. They could have 1/2 of the veggies and given some avocado. No but seriously they did OVER DRESS my husband's sub and mine... TOO MUCH BUT the employees weren't rude, just a smidge greedy....🤣JK!! I'm not letting go of the Avocado and the extra $, if you can get another $.10 JUMP onnn ittt! And $1.00 or more you might get employee of the month especially if you make it a good habit 😊 But to the manager, please explain why he couldn't put avocado on my sandwich as he was dressing it? Or why couldn't I purchase a side of avocado? I just really wanna know, AND I don't understand not getting that extra sale.

I order a sandwich with bacon and they never put it on. I think the door dash order comes with instructions it shouldn't be that hard to just follow them. That's about 3 dollars and my son wanted it. Never order from here online. Go in and make sure they get your order right

I should’ve read the reviews before I order online and requested a simple Subway sandwich but no ham available. I requested the extra onions. They gave me like five pieces I requested to be toasted. I think it was just warmed up on top of the stove. Understand it’s a franchise, but the service shouldn’t matter where it’s located at. It was ok. But expected a little more attention to detail

I ordered one footling spicy and 6 in spicy. Got home and they had only pepperoni. Salami was missing. I told the employee I wanted spicy Italian, salami and pepperoni. I called the number and they not accepting phone calls. Leave voicemail....

Worst subway thus far! EVERYTHING was dirty, really dirty. 4 customers in a row were dissatisfied, some walked out mid order, others complained about being over charged. Best part was food choices, lol. No chicken, no steak, no ham, and when asked why, she said " our chicken and steak is FROZEN, it has to thaw..." EAT FRESH!"

Worst subway ever. I went for lunch got 3 subs and none of them were wrapped. I got home and opened it and seen that there was hair in it. I went back and it was no better I tried to call and nobody would answer. Highly dissatisfied.

I’m not sure who taught this guy how to make a sandwich but this is horrible! 4 pieces of meat!!! I told him I wanted a spicy Italian witch is pepperoni and salami, he said they didn’t have salami, I told him that was fine just use the pepperoni (as in double it up) and this is what I got!

Tried to order several meals while shopping with my family but a young female worker was to busy talking to her family and twerking in the sandwich making area instead of taking orders. She even looked at us and made no attempt to disengage her personal conversations to assist the people in line. Incident was 5/31/24 @5:10pm if you wanna check the cameras.

I want to start with my family loves Subway (just not this one). This subway location has to be the worst one in DFW maybe even the worst in Texas. Other than the first few months this location opened it has been horrible. About once every 6 months or so we try it again hoping it’s better just to be let down. Today was no exception. I understand it’s hard to hire good minimum wage help but it’s looking bad up there. The fact that the two kids working moved slower than sloths wasn’t even the worst part. This restaurant was disgustingly dirty. Literally everywhere you look was nasty. The glass was so dirty you could barley see the food. Floors look like they haven’t been mopped in days at least. Needless to say we won’t be going back any time soon. The owner of this location should be embarrassed. I hope someone sees this and makes some changes. I doubt subway would be happy with how there brand is being represented.

im not the type to usually do this but I didn’t have a good experience at all…. The manager of this establishment was treating his new trainee horribly he saw he was struggling and was not even joking just standing around judging him!! Not lifting a finger to help whatsoever !!

They couldn't take credit card payments you couldn't even order online!! They had no cookies no tea no sugar and I asked for extra mayo and the girl just stopped when she wanted not when I said enough!! The tables were dirty the one dude started coughing and didn't even change his gloves!! This store is always out of something and can't do something!! Not sure who is the manager or owner of this store but they need to do better!! Seriously

Every once in awhile food is usually OK, staff are slow and few and far between and that’s fine. (Although this is probably the worst Subway location I’ve been to.) But literally every time I want to go, they’re closed early. A few times some kid had told me they were closed and started breaking stuff down, at like 20:15. Which is fine, if it was posted anywhere but their posted hours are 21:00. Inconsistent hours can really ruin a business, but I hope they can get it together. Always drive out of my way to be disappointed.

Ordered online. Sat in the store for 46 mins while this young man served 8 I there customers. When I asked him if we were going to get our food , he sarcastically asked what i wanted him to do. 2 customers were standing there and I told him we wanted our food also. He stopped making their food, went to the back and came back giving me go to hell looks. Like I am the one who is wrong. I asked him why and he said I'm making your food. I told him I don't want anything you make. Got my grand daughters and son and walked out after taking his picture. I am Livid!. I will be calling and getting a refund. I am also going to give his picture to the manager. This is not a place I will ever come to again. Except to show management what is really going on. 10/11/2025

Do not go to this subway. I have more bad experiences here than positive one 4 to 1. Their online system rarely works, they will not honor subway app rewards or discounts. I had one order just dissappear into the ether, we was luckily eventually refunded with no explanation of why our order just did t show up yet we was still charged for it. When the online ordering is working the chances your gonna get what you actually ordered is slim.

How is there only 1 person working at dinner time on a Thursday? Do better at staffing your store. These wait times are absurd.

Second update... I went a long time not eating at this subway. Staff seems better and location maybe better manage but our food TASTED LIKE CLEANER/CHEMICALS! Twice now a couple weeks apart. We tried to pinpoint the ill flavor... Nothing was consistent. Thought it was very bitter spinach or cucumbers but some where fine, others were in edible. Same with the black olives and tomatoes so we are thinking something is getting on the food. It was absolutely disgusting and all of my family of 4 said the same thing Slow lines each time I've gone there. Either short staffed or staff is sitting down doing nothing. Update to now a year later and still a staffing issue. There was one worker I saw so it took us about 30 minutes to get our subs with only two people ahead of us. We would've left but she had already prepped our sandwiches before finishing with the customers ahead of us

Rude staff, hair in food, incorrect order. Ordered online (which I will never do again), waited for the tracker to say order was ready, my husband went to pick it up and they hadn’t even started the order. He tried to just get a refund and was told he couldn’t and that “it doesn’t take that long”. I wouldn’t have ordered online if I wanted to sit up there and wait for it to be made. All that said my husband gets home and my order of a wrap is a flatbread with the wrong ingredients. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. UPDATE: My husband’s sandwich had hair in it. How has nothing been done at this location with all the reviews stating the same problems??? BETTER QUALITY CONTROL ON YOUR FRANCHISES SUBWAY!

Not sure who owns this one but they need help. Anyways I just tried to order a sandwich at 1:13 and they said the lobby was closed and I couldn't order. It was a 15-20 minute wait. Walmart employees were enjoying their food though.

We ordered two footlongs on the app. When the ordered was placed it gave us the time 5:55 for pick up. when we arrived at that time the employee said it is not ready yet I'm making them right now. One was made on the wrong bread . They both look like they are on a hot dog bun. One didn't have cheese on it. And both were not cut in half and we received our sandwiches at 6:25. We will not return to this location. Poor customer service almost like we were a burden.
