The fact that this incredibly specialized store exists is incredible. It must be like heaven for Warhammer fans. I don’t even play the game and this store blew me away. Super clean and very organized.
Most GWs are pretty weird but this shop is amazing. The manager is a fun guy, never trying to upsell, full of information and genuinely happy to see his customers.
I love the parent company that owns this little store, and I especially love this little store. I know we haven't been able to get together and play or paint but that will come back sooner or later. Better safe than sorry. All i can say is don't blame the hours or the products of this store on the guy who runs it, its completely decided by corporate. The guy working at this store at any given time is barely being properly compensated for their sales skills, unless theirs been some major changes since my days working at Gdubbs. Anyway I recommend this Games workshop and I hope to see you all again soon once this damnable pandemic is over.
Nice store. Mike was friendly and accommodating, and the store has been reconfigured for social distancing. They had a large selection of the Warhammer miniatures and kits, and had almost all of the citadel paints in stock, which was my initial reason for visiting. Parking is difficult, being in the middle of super busy West Hartford, but I will definitely be back.
If you're any kind of fan of model building or wargaming go here, it's 100% worth it. I recently got into Warhammer and was so excited when I found out there was a GW store near me. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, you can tell that the people working here are fans of the hobby with a lot of passion. The selection there is really good one side of the store is for 40k and the other is for Fantasy/Age of Sigmar. The pricing is GW pricing if you know you know. It's a little more pricey than other stuff but the quality is there for sure. Pretty much everything is the same price as it would be online and that's pretty much the same whether you're at GW or a smaller hobby store. Not everything is marked with a price so I definitely recommend asking as Warhammer isn't as straight forward as other hobbies and a small miniature might be even more expensive than a box of 10. Would love to see more painted miniatures in the displays but that's about my only recommendation, I had such a good time.
Mike there is cool and really helpful. Not sure why prices aren't labeled on products but aside from that really can't complain.
Great GW store! Mike is super fun to talk to and is extremely knowledgeable about the hobby. If it’s GW related, he knows it. Check this place out!
The guy who runs the store is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and low pressure. I hate going into placed where staff harass me. This guy is fun to speak with and even showed me how one of the latest games worked with a 1 on 1 tutorial.
Friendly staff and loads of product. Parking can be tricky, and there's not a lot of space inside. Worth a stop of your in the area, or, if you're like me, you need something, and it's completely sold out online. 😅
These guys were so nice! I was in a rush today and just popped in and grabbed the free monthly mini. They were super chill. I saw like 3 games going and paint training stations set up, and everyone seemed to be having fun.
Talked to the manager for over an hour the other day. Super cool guy, really down to earth! He invited me to join in on their gaming days. Store is nicely laid out, and the owner has a lot of his amazingly painted miniatures on display. Wonderfully inspiring place to play tabletop mini. games!
The store is super clean and very organized. There is quite a bit of painted models on display in the store to get you psyched about the hobby. The store manager is extremely friendly and knowledgeable not only about the products but also about the lore. He is more than happy to help with any need you may have or even brainstorm about model conversions and list building. He also shares what he has been working on for his own armies. Pretty well stocked. The only drawback is that they mostly just stock the current model assortments and often cycle the older kits out, so you end up having to order them from the GW online store.
Very welcoming experience for a complete beginner. The manager was very patient and engaging with our questions. Highly recommend to check it out

Awesome staff that shows they have passion for what they do. You can ask the staff here any question from painting to gaming and they know what they are talking about. The store is clean and looks amazing.
Nice store and staff. Very clean and well stocked. Mike was friendly and never tried to "sell" me anything. Answered all my questions and did not have that "Not this question again attitude". Went so far as to provide me with contact information in case I had any more questions about the game I purchased.
Great selection of available box sets and blisters. Even for a GW location there was anything I could have wanted from the entire product range. Players were friendly and willing to chat about the hobby as I haven’t played 40k since 4th. Am definitely going to consider getting a few games of both 40k and AoS in here as I get more back into the hobby.

I love GW models, but have never been big collector. As a result I've never been to a GW store. My friendly local gaming store has always carried things I want to play. I can looking for lord of the rings and unfortunately they had very limited selection of those models. Their main product lines are well stocked. Displays look great, and paints are available. The store is a bit small, and not equipped to host large events. But the owner is wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable about the products. It's worth a stop for any aspiring wargamer. Just call ahead and see what they have before popping by.
Drove like 2 hours to get here because everything online said it was open. Just to find a sign on the door saying it was closed :) would like to actually make it in one of these days.
I only put 3 stars because of the small window of time you have for hours. Spot is nice, and the guy in the shop is super friendly. Also really cool there's a giant statue of a Blood Angel Space Marine in the shoppe window.
