Bonita experiencia en un restaurante con un entorno idílico. El hotel donde se encuentra es muy bonito. La carta nos encantó, con mucho guiño y producto local y de cercanía, lo cual se agradece. Todo lo que probamos muy bueno. Y los precios, correctos teniendo en cuenta donde está ubicado el hotel. La carta de vinos muy acertada, con precios algo subidos, pero sin pasarse. Como punto negativo, sirvieron todos los platos que pedimos para compartir nos los trajeron a la vez.

Lugar con mucho encanto aunque la vista a la carretera de Pollensa molesta un poco. Decoración muy cuidada y de última tendencia. La comida ha sido muy sabroso y siempre se han notado los ingredientes de la más alta calidad. Hemos comido un gazpacho de cereza y tartar de tomate que estaba espectacular. Las croquetas de jamón entre los mejores que hemos comido y el aguacate a la brasa una delicia. La carne picaña, estaba muy sabrosa aunque las raciones muy grandes. El servicio ha sido muy competente y amable en todo momento.

Des del momento de la reserva en la web todo fue inmejorable. Me ayudaron a preparar algo especial para el cumpleaños de mi pareja en pocos minutos. Al llegar, la experiencia fue preciosa desde el minuto 1. Los sabores y la presentación de los platos increíbles, tuvieron muy en cuenta mi alergia al gluten en todos los platos y nos trajeron una tarta deliciosa y muy elaborada. El entorno es espectacular, el servicio muy bueno y la atención es constante sin llegar a incomodar. Santiago y su equipo nos ofrecieron una velada entrañable que recordaremos mucho tiempo. Recomendable 100% sin duda.

Delicious, local and organic ingredients. The hummus and bread were amazing. My only disappointment was how my dish, mainly a plate of soft cheese with a few peas, felt incomplete without some type of starch or more vegetables to pair with this short of a meal. When I asked for additional bread, I found it odd to be charged extra. Feedback to the staff and chef to make this dish more complete and if not, at least suggest to customers that it calls for another side…

Fantastic experience at Singular – La cocina del fuego. Everything was delicious, from the crispy coca de sardina and fresh gazpacho to the creamy avocado salad. The wagyu burger with goat cheese was absolutely irresistible, and the fries perfectly crispy. Lovely atmosphere, attentive service – definitely a place I’ll return to.

Vibes were 10/10, service was 10/10, food was 10/10. Get the rioja wine and the arroz for 2 is a lot of food but delicioso.

Restaurante situado en un hotel rural, toda una experiencia culinaria, en un ambiente relajado, y con una atención excepcional. Buenas raciones para el tipo de cocina ( cocina de autor). Una grata sorpresa! Tengo que reconocer que iba con cierto temor, los restaurantes de este tipo de hoteles suelen estar bien en la comida, pero escasos en las raciones, esta están muy bien. Llevo 12 años veraneando en Mallorca y para mi está entre los mejores que visité. Finca muy bonita y la decoración interior es exquisita. Espero que no cambien!

De los sitios mas bonitos que he estado en la isla. Comer en esa terraza ante esas vistas no tiene precio , pero es que ademas cada plato que probamos nos puso los ojos en blanco y salivando . Y el servicio por parte de Silvia , cercano y profesional. Gran trabajo chicos

Exquisito. Experiencia mediterránea que queda para el recuerdo. Enclave precioso, equipo maravilloso, y una carta perfecta. Merece la pena cada €. Lo recomiendo de noche.

Se trata de un restaurante inaugurado este mes de mayo, esta situado en un hotel rural, toda una experiencia culinaria, en un ambiente relajado, y con una atención escepcional, un lugar recomendable.

So, the drive creates the anticipation of the arrival at this stunning location. Our waitress was superb. Friendly yet professional. The portion sizes were ample. One guest thought that her main was a tad too salty, otherwise delicious. Mosquito repellent was provided as the previous night’s rain had brought them out. The view is magnificent.

Food was phenomenal, service was amazing as well - all the dishes are carefully curated and you can taste it in their quality. Only took off a star because we got bit my mosquitoes so many times and were paranoid throughout the dinner that we would get bit more. Highly recommend but take some mosquito repellent with you if you want a sunset dinner

El servicio es maravilloso. La comida está muy bien, probamos la alcachofa con jamón que nos gustó mucho. También de entrante comimos buñuelos de porcella, sobrasada y miel. Los principales fueron costillas de cordero con un gratén de queso mahón curado maravilloso y unos huevos rotos con cigala que estaba fuera de carta. La cigala estaba rica pero el plato en general fue el que menos nos gustó. Era muy grande para una persona y no estaba como bien integrada. También comimos postre, crema de limón y un gató bien distinto a lo que estoy acostumbrada.

We had a nice dinner at Singular. The ambience is cozy and we appreciated the beautiful interior and little details. We found the service a bit unorganized having had 3-4 people serving us. The food was decent as expected. It would have been great to have more vegetarian options. It is unfortunate that the view is impaired by the highway.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr netter Service, gute Vorspeise & Nachtisch, aber alle Hauptspiesen kalt und nicht adäquat für den Preis! Zudem kam die Soße für die Rinderfilets erst auf Nachfrage … insgesamt daher für den Preis nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Schade …

Peut-être le style de restaurant luxueux apprécié par certains, mais pas par mon conjoint et moi-même. Nous sommes venus fin juillet, toute la première partie du site avant d’arriver au parking du restaurant est encore en « réalisation ». Vue donc sur un terrain vide et sur l’autoroute / grande route un peu plus loin. La terrasse est jolie et reste agréable, la bâtisse de l’hôtel est splendide. Cependant (j’imagine parce que le lieu est très grand?) les serveurs ont un micro / oreillette pour communiquer avec la cuisine. Cela rend l’expérience assez impersonnelle.. Pas de vin vivant ou naturel à la carte (c’est mots n’ont d’ailleurs pas de sens pour les équipes qui nous ont servis), mais leur propre vin blanc était abordable au verre et délicat pour un vin conventionnel. Globalement, c’était bon mais j’ai vu plus surprenant pour les mêmes prix avec par contre de meilleures portions ! Heureusement, notre serveuse avait notre âge et était souriante ce qui l’a rendue « accessible », mais votre serveur vous guette et vous débarrassera à peine la dernière bouchée du plat terminée : hyper désagréable. En conclusion, il y a quelques bonnes intentions évidemment,notamment le fait que les légumes sont du potager sur place (super), mais la mise en forme et en situation ne fait pas partie des expériences que j’aime dans un restaurant.

La nostra esperienza in questo ristorante è stata purtroppo estremamente deludente e ben lontana dalle aspettative di un locale situato in un hotel a 5 stelle. Già all’arrivo ci siamo trovati con un problema sulla prenotazione: nonostante avessi confermato tutto per iscritto via mail, il tavolo non risultava preparato correttamente e avevano persino segnato meno posti di quelli richiesti. Avevo specificato con chiarezza la necessità di due seggiolini per bambini, ma al momento ci è stato detto che ne avevano solo uno e che era già stato dato ad un altro tavolo. Per un ristorante di questo livello, è inaccettabile non essere in grado di gestire una richiesta così basilare. Le cose non sono migliorate con il servizio. Al momento dell’ordinazione, il personale ci ha scoraggiati dal prendere ciò che volevamo, sostenendo che fosse “troppo”, e di fatto ci ha convinti a ridurre le portate. Il risultato? Ci siamo ritrovati con pochissimo da mangiare, senza la possibilità di goderci davvero la cena. Il servizio è stato incredibilmente lento e poco attento. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte semplicemente dell’acqua e, non solo ci è stata portata con ritardi evidenti, ma la richiesta è stata accolta persino con risposte scortesi. Per un ristorante inserito in una struttura di lusso come The Lodge, tutto questo è davvero ingiustificabile. L’attenzione al cliente, la cura nei dettagli e la disponibilità del personale sono elementi minimi che ci si aspetta, e qui sono completamente mancati. In conclusione, la nostra esperienza è stata negativa sotto ogni aspetto: prenotazione mal gestita, assenza di servizi basilari per le famiglie, scarsa professionalità e un servizio ai limiti della maleducazione. Un’occasione sprecata e un ricordo decisamente amaro di una serata che avrebbe dovuto essere piacevole.

Unfortunately, our experience at Singular Restaurant was rather disappointing, especially considering that it is part of a five-star hotel. The welcome felt quite indifferent, and the overall service lacked the level of hospitality one would expect. For example, I wanted to order a margarita, but was told they had run out of tequila. Later, when we mentioned that one of the beers served was not cold, it was returned with ice cubes added rather than being replaced, and without any explanation or apology. The food itself was good, and the quality of the ingredients seemed high. However, my filet arrived cold, which unfortunately affected the overall dining experience. We had also expected a more attractive setting and views based on the hotel’s reputation, but these did not really live up to expectations. If you are already staying at the hotel, the restaurant is a convenient option for dinner. However, I would not recommend making a special trip just to dine here. Overall, the experience did not match the standards one would expect from a restaurant associated with a five-star property.

We don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel left us genuinely disappointed, and we feel it’s important to share our experience. While there are positive aspects, dinner service was far below what you would expect from a 5-star property. The food itself was good, but the menu selection and, most importantly, the waiting times were simply unacceptable. What stood out the most was the clear lack of staff. There were only two very young waiters, Marc and Jaume, who were doing everything they could to keep things running. They were kind, professional, and made us feel welcome, but it was obvious they were overwhelmed. A full terrace with only two waiters is not acceptable at this level. At one point, even the chef had to come out to serve dishes, which was quite shocking and not something you expect from a hotel of this category. The same issue was noticeable in the morning, where only one waitress, Silvia, seemed to be managing everything. She was very friendly and attentive, but again, clearly alone and under pressure. We understand that this is a relatively young hotel, and we hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the situation. However, as things stand, the level of service does not match the expectations they set. We have already advised friends with upcoming reservations to reconsider.

We were disappointed, as this was the first poor dining experience we’ve had on the island. Service was slow, and on what was a quiet evening we even had to follow up on our first drinks order, which staff had forgotten. The starters were acceptable but lacked flavour and presentation. Unfortunately, the paella was so heavily seasoned it was inedible and had to be returned. For a restaurant within a 5-star hotel, we had expected much higher standards.

I was really looking forward to celebrating a special occasion there, but unfortunately, the overall experience was rather disappointing. The setting was beautiful, and the food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed inattentive to our table, while giving noticeably more attention to others, perhaps because we looked younger? All dishes were brought out without any explanation, and worst, complimentary dessert at the end was served without any description of what it was or what it contained. For guests with allergies or dietary restrictions, that could be a serious concern. We finally asked for the bill which then had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get someone attention to actually pay the bill.

Leider eine Enttäuschung! Aufgrund eines Artikels in der Mallorca Zeitung haben wir 3 Plätze zum Lavendel Menü (jeden Mittwoch ab 20.00 Uhr) gebucht. Auch auf der Hotel/Restaurant Homepage war an dem Abend noch das interessante Menü mit Lavendelbezug zu sehen (90€). Geboten bekam man dann jedoch ein klassiches Mallorca Menü mit Paella, Cocas, Ensaimadas… und das leider in nicht bester Qualität. Die Paellas waren zum Teil überwürzt und das Fleisch (Rinderfiletstreifen) in der Paella schlecht. Die Weine waren okay. Hätten wir gewusst, dass es das „Lavendel-Menü“ nicht gibt, wären wir auf keinen Fall 1h gefahren. Die Loction im Lavendel Feld ist natürlich toll aber das war es dann schon. Service war zum Teil gut. Leider hatte man das Gefühl, dass die schnell das Programm abspulen wollten. Insgesamt leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Niestety nie polecam, mimo że okolica bardzo ładna, dużo kwiatów i ładny wystrój. Natomiast obsługa zapominała o co prosiliśmy, a na dodatki do dania nawet się nie doczekałam. Danie z grila sockling pig było niesmaczne i nie miało nic wspólnego z daniem z grila. Porażka.

Extremely overpriced. The lam was one of a less than cheap kebab place. One piece of vegetable for €7... and not possible to order a mix of vegetables, no 4 pieces of vegetables charged at €28! The open fire cooking and farm to table principal can be duplicated by anyone operating a BBQ for the first time and is nowhere close to being overseen by a two-Michelin star chef from Madrid. Disappointing and definitely not worthy (yet) to be part of the gastronomic Mallorcan foodscene!

Très décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le personnel est très jeune, débordé et non formé, le service n’est pas à la hauteur. La carte est limitée et les prix totalement disproportionnés Le rapport qualité-prix est scandaleux et ne correspond pas du tout au standing annoncé. Et pour couronner le tout, depuis la terrasse du restaurant, on a vue directe sur l’autoroute — aucune ambiance digne d’un lieu de prestige. Passez votre route!!!!

Absolutely rubbish. If you are thinking about going here for a special occasion, DONT. Upon arrival we were greeted by a fog of mosquitoes. Why a 5 star hotel has not been fogged for this is beyond me. The view from the terrace is looking over the motorway and you can hear the drone of lorry’s. We had a reservation at 8:30. We were early so we asked to sit in the bar - doesn’t have one. Sat outside and waited 15 mins for the weakest flattest Aperol Spritz I’ve had all week. Then we sat down. The staff were rubbish. Looked like 1 lady over seeing 2 young guys who didn’t have a clue. Was given warm still water. Paid €16 for a 1small skewer of anchovies and chilli. The skewer has gone limp so it had obviously been left out. Cherry gazpacho tasted like water. Mains very average but you wouldn’t have paid more then a £10. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

La comida es decepcionante ,no lo recomiendo para nada relación calidad precio. Lo único las vistas son muy bonitas .
