The promotions they have are very good. The taste is good too. I'd say the service is 3/5, but they serve you quickly and deliver what you order. Maybe people are a little lacking in customer service due to the long hours, and that's normal, understandable. But the most important thing is the food. I don't complain. Recommended.

Good chicken for the price, it's not expensive and the promotion they offer is good. The hamburgers are good too, and with their new location in Maria Luisa, they serve you quickly, no more than 30 minutes. Recommended.

The food was very good, both the chicken and the hamburgers, but the place could be cleaner. Once, I decided to eat there with my family and asked for a cloth to clean the table myself. They refused to lend me one and said they would clean it, which never happened. In the end, I had to use napkins to clean it. But despite all that, the food is very tasty. Just one thing: if you order by phone, the service is very slow. The last time I ordered, it took three hours for my order to arrive. These are details they should improve; I suppose I speak for many customers.

I only buy takeout. The chickens are well-roasted and taste good, but they're extremely small. In our case, we're two adults and a child, and we have to supplement them with something home-cooked because one alone isn't enough. But they taste good.

Good prices and flavor, but the dine-in service is very sloppy. Used plates are not removed from tables. Food is delivered as if it were takeout, and you are given disposable plates to eat with. There is no waiter service.

Their specialty is roasted chicken, which is very similar to Pollo Loco, but they have several areas for improvement regarding the management and preservation of their side dishes, such as sauces, onions, and other items you serve yourself, as sometimes these aren't kept in good condition. Also, the hamburgers—I went recently and the buns were a bit hard—but that's understandable; these are management issues, nothing too serious that can't be fixed. The most important thing is their optimism, their desire to keep going, and their commitment to improving service. These are just observations to help them improve their service; I hope they take them into account.

I really like the food at this place, but the service isn't great. They close at 10:30 p.m. some days, but if you've spent money there, you can't eat in the restaurant after 9:30 p.m.; you'll have to eat somewhere else.
