This review is based on their customer service. I thought Chick-fil-A had the best customer service, but I think Dutch bro beats them by a notch. This is my first time stopping at Dutch Bros. Their drive-through line doesn’t have speakers instead, it’s run by real life people that actually comes out and take your order. When you get to the window the person there not only are in charge of making sure you get your order correctly, but to have a conversation like a real coffee shop. I notice they write down questions of the day that they would asked the customers. Also they would write question that the customer would ask on the edge of the window. Is an important aspect of grabbing a cup of coffee in 2023. It’s not all about having a gigantic menu or making the best Frappuccino. It’s very obvious when you look at Dutch Bros limited menu. Definitely will come back here again.

I love this Dutch Bros! The poor girl taking orders outside must have been half frozen but still had a fantastic attitude! As soon as we turn in my Lab starts nudging my arm. He has to make sure I do not forget his pup cup! The employees are so sweet to him and he just soaks it all in. All of the young ladies working this morning did a fantastic job!

I just want to Say THANK YOU to Beth! She was the sweetest person ever and made my day. I was having a really hard morning and she was so nice and friendly. I love this location anyway, but Beth gained my heart. Keep being light in this world Beth! You’re amazing!

This is my favorite Dutch Bros. in the entire world. Sure, I like the coffee and teas, but the real reason I come back every single day is because of the people that work here. I truly enjoy the banter and the care the employees have for their guests. 10 out of 10 would HIGHLY recommend! I love this place. <3

I had the pleasure of working with Allie today when I forgot to order an drink. I jumped out of the truck and went to the window for walk ups. Allie helped me played a prank on my boyfriend and she was sooooo excited to help me with that. She jumped right back over to take my order and while making the drink we shared little bit of our life. Such a cutie patootie! Allie you made my day!!!! Xoxoxo

My first visit to Dutch Bros. Loved it! Service was professional and friendly. Incredible hot coffees and my daughter loved her cold drink. This is the best coffee I have had.

My sister and I go to to this location all the time. Sydney and Saul are the best and make our drinks perfect all the time and provide excellent customer service

Love this location, everyone is so nice and helpful. Service is fast as well. Natalie is so kind and very helpful. Love this location and I've been to multiple all over. I've been coming here for years. These guys are awesome, they have to deal with angry and entitled people on the regular, who act like spoiled brats throwing a temper tantrum. One day Sawool (an employee) was being belittled by a customer complaining about ordering 2 drinks in order to receive a key chain, (yes, over a key chain). While waiting at the walk up window to place my order, as she continues to bicker and whine. I intervened on the behave of the employee and stated "it says it in the app" then proceeded to show her the app so she can see it for herself. Her response was "well my husband only ordered one drink and he got a key chain". Then proceeds to complain about the service even though they were trying to satisfy her by giving her a key chain. Whole time her husband is standing off to the side not saying a word almost as if he was ashamed by his wife's behavior but in no position to intervene. It's honestly a shame the behavior and entitlement some customers exhibit. These guys are awesome to even deal with customers like that and not let it affect how they service others. Hats off to the Dutch bros employees .

This was my first time to try the holiday coffees. The hazelnut truffle mocha was excellent. I had given up on mocha drinks because every café I tried served up a beverage whose mocha seemed to collect in a sludgey mound at the bottom of the cup. Ick. Dutch Bros seem to have mastered a mocha whose chocolate is distributed evenly throughout the drink, providing a cocoa undertone in every sip. The peppermint mocha was equally good. The staff were friendly, cheerful and quick - even though they were working Thanksgiving morning. Don't wait to try the seasonal flavors. Enjoy them while they're available.

My experience with this location of Dutch Bros is absolutely excellent. The staff and baristas are always very friendly and accommodating. The coffee is excellent, go Dutch Bros. I recently mis-ordered, my fault. And when I realized and re-ordered, the original drink order was already filled, but they politely replaced the drink at no cost. Even though it was my fault. This is an amazing establishment. This location is run very well. Thank you to my favorite coffee shop.

The employees are normally amazing, very polite, very helpful, however I’ve had a couple of experiences where the individual outside taking the order would skip me and go to the person/vehicle behind me instead of me even though I was in line first. Also, avoid going to Dutch bros on Sunday evening. Lines are too long and the service is slow. Like I said, normally everything is great and on point, but some other times, I’ve waited 15+ minutes in line and my place in line hasn’t been honored. This is coming from a former barista of 5 years+

I don't mind spending $5 on coffee for my wife. Although I like to get my money's worth and have her enjoy it, This location is very inconsistent with their coffee. Each time, we get the same coffee, and each time is far different from the last. The girl at the window (who’ve I’ve seen before and she always looks like she just rolled out of bed and doesn’t want to be there) asked to see my app. I said it wouldn’t be in my app as I didn’t place my order in the app. I showed her my bank page where it shows that the money was taken out not even 20 minutes ago. She looked at me like I was stupid then asked if my name was Ashley. No it’s not as I told you my name when I came up to the window. While I waited in line, I saw about 5 cars leave without getting their drinks. I see why, now. I’m not normally one to complain but imagine waiting in a line behind people who don’t know how to move to keep the line going then getting to the window only to be met with “We don’t have your order, is your name Ashley? Oh it’s not well we don’t have your order.” Super frustrating. While I understand that you’re busy and in a rush, I expect you to keep up with your orders in order to keep the flow going. I expected more from the girl at the window instead of a blank stare and a “we don’t have it even though we just took your order and payment for it.”
