Athony's Italian Cuisine Sacramento Reviews
If you’re looking for homestyle Italian food that will make your taste buds explode, Anthony’s Italian is your place! It is a small, but cozy restaurant that will make you feel like you are in the comfort of your own home. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but anything with their Alfredo sauce or clams is amazing!
We have an excellent dinner experience at Anthony’s Italian Cuisine. The restaurant is in an older shopping center. The front entrance is not very special. But once you open the door. The dining room makes me feel like I am in a small town in Italy. The food is delicious with an enthusiastic service. I feel like I'm eating at the home of an Italian family!
Yes, it is located in a strip mall. Yes, the interior looks dated. Yes, it is not fancy at all. But if all you care about is getting the best flavor, you have come to the right place. P.S. There are not a lot of customers inside the restaurant, but there are a lot of takeout orders.
Photo was after I warmed it up to eat again but I got the Fettuccini tetrazzini, was incredible haven’t had good Italian food like ever so this was really good and I usually eat home cooked meals when received it was piping hot just how I like it, generous with the servings like the sauce and the amount of noodles 😩 10/10 will definitely go again I ordered a Cannoli as well but wasn’t quite feeling it but my sister liked it compliments to the restaurant and chef!
The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. Tried an Italian cream soda, absolutely breathtaking
I had the Spaghetti Carbonara. It was amazing. The service was great even though we took it to go. It was a 20 minute drive home, and the food was hot and fresh. 4 months later. Back for more carbonara, and an order of cannellini Rossini. Partner says it’s delicious, even better than lasagna.
Small casual dine-in / take-out that is well worth seeking out. We eat here every time chance we get. Their sauce is the best I've ever tasted! We had the lasagna and the chicken Parmigiano. Both were delicious. See the before and after photos as evidence.
Anthony's is "old-school" Italian cuisine, in the BEST sense of the word. My husband and I dine here at least once a month, and are ALWAYS beyond impressed with the quality, (quantity) and authenticity of their food. The scratch-made Lasagna is delicious; the Fettuccine Alfredo is the best alfredo sauce I've ever had; and the Eggplant Parmesan is simply the best. The place is tiny, but that just adds to the old world ambiance. Casual and the service is delightful. You can't go wrong with Anthony's.
Went here for dinner Thursday. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and wife got linguini de mare. My spaghetti plate was huge, flavorful, and yummy. Could have used a little salt but that's fine for me. I ended up taking half home. My wife finished her plate. Service was outstanding. A small restaurant so they were always asking if we needed anything. A pleasant surprise.
My husband and I are from out of town. Away from home and craving Italian! Perfect place! Felt like I was at a legit restaurant in Italy. Italian music, excellent food! Superb customer service! Family owned. We eat out allot and we were really impressed by this place. Also it was 8:08 and we were 10 minutes away and I called to confirm what time they would close, they said 8:30, and I said we are 10 minutes away. Would you still let us eat there? And he said definitely. We got here at 8:20 and they seated us.
This is a small but super delicious place. I am really happy I live in further away as I would go here quite often. I go out frequently to a bunch of different areas and the price here is fair. I used to go to Bruno's in Livermore and when I moved here I was so happy to find Anthony's. Family run and some of the very best service. The picture I added here is Cioppino. It is a seafood stew in tomato broth. It is soooo good! For years I have been in search of a fantastic Cioppino. If you also love it come here. If you live out of town make the trip you won't be disappointed. The first time I ever had Cioppino was in San Fransisco at restaurant on Pier 39. I fell in love it there and I continue to love it at Anthony's.
Great little place. Good food, good service and the Italian music adds to the experience
Anthony's is not the fanciest Italian restaurant you will go to. It's a small, cozy place in the middle of a strip mall in Natomas. Don't let that fool you, though. Their dishes are simple yet very well prepared. Marinara and other sauces are made in-house, and the dishes prepared in those sauces are delicious. We tried the cheese ravioli and the eggplant parmigiana, and both were wiped clean. It's a nice little Italian gem in Natomas.
Just out boppin around with Jasper Hawkins with some time to kill before we head up to the Hopscotch Ranch where we need to reset the picket line up on Krackin's Ridge, when Jasper yells out something about Cannelloni! Well, I figure he knows what he's talking about even though he's three sheets to the wind, so I just agree with him and say lead the way. Well... We stumbled up one street and down the next and after a bit we found ourselves at Anthony's Italian Cuisine Restaurant and Jasper blasts in and tells the poor waiter to start bringing Cannelloni until we pop! We had our fill, that's for sure! The Cannelloni from Anthony's is the best I've ever had. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
Food was great, better half loved the manicotti. And the Anthony Triple Treat consisting of chicken parm, fettuccine alfredo and lasagna was absolutely delicious, fettuccine was perfectly al dente. Will definitely be coming back

I have to suffer cross town TRAFFIC to get to Anthony's Italian, but for bright & tasty food it's worth it. Located in a nondescript Bel Air shopping ctr, you would never believe the food was this good. Even the fresh veggies side portion was cooked perfectly aldente to my liking. Well worth the trip. NOT open on Sundays....
Let's start. Great food small cozy place wonderful young ladies taking orders. Food is incredible and very proportionate for the price. Will go back as every time was great.
Reliably delicious authentic Italian food, best tiramisu on the planet, reasonable prices, lovely staff, and comfortable seating, plus easy parking in a little strip mall - no wonder this has been here for years - SOOOOOO good.
I'm telling you you better get there when it opens it's very popular it's a real mom and pop with everything made from scratch. It's my go-to when I want to take friends or family for a really good Italian dinner

After my 1st bite I understood why the place was packed and delivery orders were flying out the door. And even with all that hustle the staff was extremely nice and professional.

I can't wait to come back here. Cute, intimate dining room. Very reasonable prices. Great food. I had Anthony's Triple Threat. I wasn't in the mood for alfredo and they were happy to sub in spaghetti with meat sauce instead. The spaghetti and lasagna were great. A nice tangy sauce. The chicken parmesan was perfectly tender. A couple of interior details would have made it perfect: it was hot enough that I was sweating. And their music system was temporarily broken. Some nice Italian music would have been really nice. Overall I can't wait to come back for a delicious, friendly, and affordable Italian meal.
