Broadway Coffee Sacramento Reviews
Oh my it was so nice, such a good vibe. The owners a Vet and real nice personable. I had the Nirvana green tea and the three layer breakfast bar then a slice of pie. The place has loose leaf tea and the owner is very knowledgeable. It blow my mind!
Relaxing neighbor vibe, cool old building, friendly owner was a joy to talk with, great to see the neighbors meeting up. Tasty coffee, pastries and flat bread. Also home to a fun tea shop. Highly recommended for an authentic local chill experience.
Great place for coffee and tea. Drinks were very reasonably priced. I love that Leo still sells the Classy Hippie Tea here in bulk too! Was able to get some of my favorites. The breakfast sandwich with the black bean patty is delicious! They also have live music here and other fun weekly events. Leo who is the owner is super friendly and fun to be around. Highly recommend!
What a sweet local neighborhood gem! Every time I walk into Broadway Coffee (and Classy Hippie Tea Co.) I instantly feel at ease and feel part of the community. The space is lively, inviting and frequently displays paintings and other mediums by local artist. I love that Leo, the owner operator, teaches me something new about; upcoming community events, the neighborhood's deep Sacramento history and of course about their yummy specialty tea (and Classy Hippie Tea Co.), every time I come in. The food is fresh, plant based and just makes you feel good eating it. Keep the mango sticky rice coming!
Leo & the team run an exceptional coffee shop here in Oak Park. Supporting these folks mean supporting the community. We ordered the house coffee (Mexico, excellent), the breakfast burrito (very tasty), and the sweet potato pie (fantastic).
Broadway Coffee place is CLOSED Down! There's a Tea company there now. It's absolutely terrible. Terrible service, bad coffee and stale pastries. Do not go here.
Great local coffee spot. Comfortable and eccentric. Good Wi-Fi and plenty of power outlets. Steph is always friendly; the drinks and eats are always on point.
Very chill atmosphere, good food, nice staff.
A great coffee shop and decent coffee though I am not much of a coffee drinker. The staff was super friendly. I also loved the mural outside. Makes it super noticeable from the street.
The coffee was really good and the flatbread was delicious. Everyone was really nice. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent location for a meeting. Vibe of this Cafe was very appealing and interacting with staff was engaging as well as fun. Proprietor even interacted with us and actually cooked food and provided specialty drinks that went much farther than an expected cup of tea as the name suggests.
Leo welcomed my friend and I very warmly. He walked us through some tea education and we had a good time and great conversations. Business owner is community oriented. I have been here before as well and the food was delicious. Everything is from farm to fork, literally. Will definitely come back, blessings Leo!
I had an incredible experience here! I got a mocha and breakfast sandwich with green sauce, all of which were some of the best I’ve ever had! (Seriously the green sauce was amazing) The food is made to order, everything is fresh and delicious. The music is great, good vibes/environment and a great way to start your day. What a hidden gem!
I brought my kids in for a sit down. The bareesta was great and personable. He was quick and very sweet. The food was made as you ordered. 😋 I loved how it felt homey and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot

Loved Broadway Coffee!! The owner was SO welcoming, kind, and smiley, it instantly made the experience amazing. The place looks super cool and artistic, such a great vibe. And the coffee was really, really good! Can’t wait to come back! highly recommend stopping by!!
Best coffee and chai tea we had in our month long visit to north California. But it’s not just the drinks; the vibe, decor, welcome and overall experience was much more chilled, grounded, real and welcoming than we had in other coffee shops on our travels. We went there a couple of times - Leo was a genuine host and his staff made just as good a coffee!

I love this place, also known to old hats as Classy Hippie Tea... Small business owner make great strides to consider and honor those that come thru. Please respect the space, the culture, the attempted hospitality ....it's a gem!
Nice coffee spot with plenty of seating and enough street parking. Good selection of actual espresso drinks.

The speciality coffee was soo gross I literally wiped my tounge off. My bf ordered a Mexican speciality coffee, disgusting. Tasted like a watered down horchata left in the sun, gone sour. The worst part about spending g $25, for crazy is that we waited over 15 to get our coffee once it was ordered. The two employees were busy talking. It would have been okay, I guess, if it had been worth it.
