Arby's Saginaw Reviews
I just love Arby's, it's always a great experience and I always get the largest roast beef sandwich they have. It never lets me down and it is absolutely delicious!
Omg the roast beef sliders r my absolute favorite! And for some reason nobody ever goes to this Arby's it seems like. There is almost no wait time , inside or through the drive-thru window its only a couple years old the store itself. Where were u when I lived on eastchase....🤔🙄. Considering I live n bedford now and there's no Arby's around so I just go up the back roads through the bottoms at Mosier Valley and get me some goodies from the eastchase location. Hangry pains....no sir, not when I got my roastbeef sliders! My mouth is getting moist just thinking bout it! 😋 yummy!!!
I love Arby's because look at it one of them sandwiches sideways reminds me of my ex-girlfriend! And the roast beef is good there too, the country girl that waited on me in the Drive-Thru today really Tickle My Fancy!
I'm going to tell you what, this was one of the best experiences I've had at Arby's. The shift leader was really cute and smelled really nice and the food was yummy and they put a bunch of roast beef on the sandwich gave it to me the way I wanted with the tomatoes and lettuce on the French dip. I'll be back for sure
The service was good however they were very slow and it was only two people in the dining room so there was actually no reason but OK
Went through the drive thru. Food was good!
Went through the drive thru. Not to busy for a Friday primetime. The young lady took my order quickly and painlessly. Pulled around only had to wait 1 minute for my order. The girl was quick at her job and very friendly. I shall return when I feel the need for delicious roast beef sandwiches.
If you haven't tried Arby's in a while, try this one. Excellent for fast food! Service was great and they have added a spicy sauce that is delicious. Had the beef and cheddar with curly fries. Can't wait until next visit.
This place i go to every week some times 4 times. All the employees are always smiling and friendly. They have conversations with you outside of food. Commenting on my dog that rides with me, my bright orange car.
The server Devin was swift and courteous with everyone that walked in no matter what he was doing already. Took my order accurately and had the food out in no time. The food was great and the service was phenomenal. Even when Devin was busy helping another customer he made sure to take care of the other customers drinks when needing a refill. By far the best experience I've EVER had at a fast food restaurant and because of Devin's amazing service I will certainly be back. Someone should promote Mr. Devin.
Went through the drive thru 2 days in a row and these folks don’t skip a beat! Absolutely amazing customer service. From ordering to leaving with my food- very pleasant experience. Thank you for the smiles. You got a returning customer!!
Arby's has always been one of my favorite fast food places and today I feel no different. I usually get a French Dip but today I wanted to try something new and got the Corned Beef Reuben. However I had no idea it came with sauerkraut. (I genuinely didn't know) and the manager was so nice and understanding and exchanged it for a new one without sauerkraut! Amazing service as always. However I didn't realize til I got home and took a bite that it also had a weird dressing I didn't like...but that's my fault 😂 next time I'll be sure to ask it with just the cheese and corned beef. Always love the french dip though! Great service and understanding to people trying new things. 10/10 👍
Customer Service was super!! Very friendly staff. My husband ordered the orange cream shake and asked for no whipped cream, after making it the gentleman asked him if he was sure he didn't want whip and that he could add it no problem. My husband said yes actually I want some haha. Others were just as sweet. Very clean and delicious, but again will return because of the great experience.
This Arby's location is the best that my wife and I have ever been to. Not only was it cleanest we have been to, but this location also has the nicest and most professional staff that we have ever been around. In fact Marc is the gentlemen that helped us as well as everyone else, and he is AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend that Marc be looked at for a promotion or at least a raise. He is a great leader.
I don’t know what Arby’s has done. You have been serving up some amazing food. It’s hot and fresh. I used to Love Whataburger, not anymore. The food is cold and unimpressive. Keep up the good work!!
I just want to say I was extremely impressed by this Arby's staff. I pulled up to order with 20 mins to close and I was that guy that comes at the last minute ordered a bunch of food and I am always terrified what I am going to get when I do that. They didn't make me feel like I was was a problem and the food was good they got my order right the first time and Devon was awesome. Sorry if I misspelled your name. I appreciate your service and all the hard work you guys do not get near the appreciation you deserve. Job well done!!! 👏👏
i ordered the wrong sandwich by mistake and they gave me the right one on the house! made my day. fries were so hot and fresh and so was the sandwhich thank you guys! <3
Came for late night munchies left very satisfied and ready to try a recommended item (the jalapeño poppers) Xavier was the person who took our order and gave great customer service everything was correct and we had no issues we love coming to this location thank you Xavier for providing such a great service experience happy holidays!!
We were helped by a wonderful man named Daniel. He suggested a food item I'd never tried (I think they're called potato cakes) and I really liked them. He was so jovial and friendly. Thanks, Daniel! You made our visit a lot of fun!
Haven't been to this Arbys in a while due to prior poor service. I decided to give them another shot and was not dissapointed. I ordered through the app and quickly moved through the drive thru line. The person working the window was extremely nice and my order was accurate and contained plenty of sauces and extras. Will definitely be back soon. Great job.
Always a good place to eat. Good customer service. Good food and always consistent.
I stopped by this location for a very late dinner, right before closing. I apologized and the wonderful people inside greeted me with a huge smile and big welcome. The ownership of this location should give a huge raise to Victoria and Elizabeth. They were the sweetest people ever and went above and beyond their responsibilities. They made sure my food was fresh even though it was late. I highly recommend this location over other locations in the north Fort Worth area. Thank you again, Victoria & Elizabeth!!!
Food was delicious. My only call out is the prices - for 2 combos and an order of fries with coupon - $28 - that is insane!
Tried the new Orange sicle snack shake. Very Sweet. The sliders are Great still good and you can't beat a $1 .I like Happy Hours: 2-4 and the Hamchy hot ham with Swiss cheese Yum Yum. I devoured my Hamchy or Ham sliders. Only drawback was the slider wasn't oven hot. the bread. I got it on the way home from work so I felt famished. I love Arby's ,
These people folded the roast beef on the bun, folded it so it all fit neatly. I have been eating Arby's for two decades and have never seen this. Usually it is just mindlessly piled on, but this was folded, letting me inject layers of sauce into the juicy folds. And it tasted amazing, too.
I love Arby’s and their chicken salad sandwiches. I never have any mistakes with my food but the last few times I seem to spend at least 15 minutes in the drive thru, which is a lot longer than other food places nearby.
Good food and service was good. The chocolate milkshake was amazing. Only draw back was in the handful of Arby's sauce, one had busted open in the box so there was dried up sauce on all of them
The service is good and friendly. The Greek gyro I had was delicious. The only thing I didn't like was that the place was freezing. I couldn't work while I was there because I couldn't concentrate. I was too cold ❄ !
Pretty surprising this cheesesteak was good. Dont remember if I've ever had one but here we iz. I liked it and I hear the other one, the garlic one is a bit overpowering! The service was ok too. Now the soda fountain is another story...I guess they forgot to hook up the carbonated water. It sucked...
The workers were all friendly and helpful. The Dude with the beanie is always on point! The Beef and Cheddar and Original Roast Beef sandwiches were delicious and prepared with special requests. The Curly Fries were hot and tasted excellent. The cherry turnover was quite raw and was really disappointing. The outside lights were not working and it was very dark at the drive thru window.
I ordered the Bacon Ranch Wagyu Steakhouse Burger thru Ubereats and asked for it well done. It was not well done and had too much ranch on it. Will not order it again.
Arby's has had a difficult time remaining competitive in the current market. One challenge is that because they use quality ingredients, their food cost is high compared to most fast food places. They need to make up for that with superior management and hospitality. This location should send each staff member to both Chick Fil a and In and Out to learn how to learn the art of customer service. That would make their product more on par with their prices.
Ordered a beef n cheddar sandwich and didn't get the cheese. Sandwich was dry and the fries were skimpy other than that it was an expected fast food experience.
Great $1 deals in afternoon. But staff always just barely friendly. Plus the location is convenient but it's negated by the mine field of a parking lot. Horrible potholes spaced out in the worst places. It's a minefield and for me, a deterrent.
The sandwiches were sloppily put together. I ordered a French Dip and was disappointed in the fact that it had about half as much meat as they used to...but at the same price. The radio was on uncomfortably loud to a station that was not tuned in. So we had to listen to excessively loud static while eating in essence a bun dipped in au jus.
I love Arby's, the food is usually awesome. This location though got my husband's meal wrong and made poorly, and gave me a diet coke. The main issue I had was the 2 people at the drive thru window in an apparently angry argument. There was a girl who was just throwing things and yelling at the order taker. There were at least 8 cars waiting, but I guess we have to wait for her to calm down? I hope it's better next time and I can leave a better review maybe
I love Arby's from time to time. The sandwiches were good. No sauce was provided nor was I asked if I wanted any. I should have asked for napkins on the order via drive through but previously they were in the bag without asking. Curley fries did not taste fresh.
Waited 20 minutes in an empty lobby, ordered two doubles but barely got singles AND the fries where cold.
App was down, so I did not stay. Before I could even finish my sentence to the employee at the register, I was rudely interrupted by another young guy who had no idea what I was explaining,"You have to do it in the app!" Ugh, annoying. They had no idea online ordering was down.
Whatever was in the roast beef on 12APR25, made all my girls sick. Probably won't be back for a while.
Assistant manager took an attitude with me when I calmly inquired about ice cream, saying that it was out and I should read the signs. There were no signs posted. Plus when I got my order, I did not get my drink. Avoid this place, Arby's has become very expensive to eat there, their food should be better quality than McDonald's, but alas is not.
When ordered through uber eats, don't expect to get the things you ordered, as they will send a completely different menu item. Need to pick up in person and verify items before eating at this Arby's.
Their fish in their fish in chips is more like small fish fingers. They're overpriced. Their employees are very curious & they didn't mess up my order.
My fries were barely cooked and yall forgot my extra cheese sauce that I payed extra for. Also my 2 other recees cookies were forgotten.
Absolutely a trainwreck. Food was cold. Wait was absolutely out of control borderline on 20 minutes plus with a longer line of cars behind us. Also all of the special instructions on my families food was not followed. The price for what we got was absolutely too much at 44 dollars. I know remember why I stopped eating here many years ago and will never ever go to this place. What a travesty in fast food execution.
Today was the 2nd time I ordered from this Arby's thru Door Dash. I did not get the Au jus for my French dip and I did not get the marinara sauce for the Cheese sticks. I do not blame it on the Dasher. When he/she picks it up it has a red sticker sealing the bag for safety...I will recommend to Door Dash to NOT use this store again!.
There seemed to be only one person working. She took my order in the drive thru, made my order and then cashed me out. She was doing the best she could but there was about a 30 minute wait in line. Also the place looks run down. The owner needs to spend a little money on lawn maintenance.
This is the worst Arby's I've been to. Order is often wrong, that's if they aren't out of things, or haven't decided to close early. One time they were out of roast beef. Who is doing inventory here? How do you run out of your main product 5 hours or more before you close? That would be like a pizza place running out of dough by 4pm. Tonight before i ordered the girl on the intercom said "were out of a few things" and rattles off a list of about 15 things from turkey to straws. This has been going on for months. If it wasn't for the general lack of real restaurants in Saginaw and everything being fast food, we'd not bother with this place.
Went through Arby’s drive through this evening for dinner. Had a coupon for 2 French Dips for $8.99, also ordered 2 medium curly fries, a cherry turnover, and a 4 piece mozzarella stick. Got home and we had everything, but the mozzarella sticks. Tried calling up to the store several times to no avail. The phone just rang and rang until someone finally picked up and hung the phone up. At this point I just want my $3.89 for the mozzarella sticks back.
I ordered food online and expect to get what I paid for. I was missing an item when I tried to call back up there to fix this issue because I could not return to the store. The phone would ring once and then become busy. I tried multiple times to call with no luck. So I'm out the money and the items. Always open the bags there in store to ensure you have everything you ordered.
Was disappointed when I made it home with my beef n cheddar with no sauce in the bag. Then open sandwich could of gotten more cheese out of a ketchup packet then what they put on the sandwich. Sd that 5 dang dollars for a sandwich gets you nothing like the pictures they show it highly disappointing from what they advertised
Twice in the last month I have gone and gotten a wrong order. Today they forgot to pack half of our order and since we picked it up on our way home we didn't notice until we were 30 mins away. Make sure you check everything is in your bag before you leave.
Probably the slowest place I've seen. They are worse than the lines at Six Flags on a summer day. Lobby closed before 6PM on a Friday, Sat in line (which you are trapped because you can not exit the drive thru once entered) for 35 minutes before I could even order. The sloths at the DMV on Zootopia move almost 3x faster than this establishment.
Didn't repeat order, which was a medium roast beef and a deep fried turkey club no tomato. What ee got was a double meat beef & cheddar w/ arby's sauce all over it. REALLY?. THEN TRIED TO CALL AND PHONE DOESN'T WORK!
This Arbys is a joke. We ordered Diablo meals and received no shakes. Was told after asking that machine is broke. Okay fine. Then realized we received no fries. Asked about and was given attitude saying they were out of fries. Why was none of this mentioned when we ordered?? The workers could careless. If you want a good Arbys don’t come here.
I don't go here offen, however this experience was the worst I've ever experienced. It was after 8pm on a Sunday night and there was no lights on outside. If it wasn't for the two cars in the drivethru I would have thought this location was out of business. I went inside and the young Nigerian girl did not acknowledge my presence and only said I should talk to the manager about the lights outside. While waiting for my order the same girl did not apologize for a previous customer order being an item short. Look I don't blame the customer service on this girl alone. The entire staff never showed a since of urgency and my fear is this will be another location shut down.
Dirty dirty dirty smells like rotten ketchup..Had our food before we sat down. Who knows how long those cold fries were sitting there. Had loaded fries with dried out bacon. Cold cheese. The pepper packets had dust bunnies stuck to them. There is dried syrup on the counter among other things GS I have pictures. I traded the loaded fries in because I don't want to get sick. Asked for the dollar difference because I asked for onion rings.. girl with the blue hair did start to clean something..Still don't have my money Not coming back. Gross. The 2nd shift girl (Brittany) did a great job getting the store cleaned up. She also gave us a full refund and should be commended for her effort.
I ordered at the drive-tru. #2 with a double sized sandwich, and an additional double sized sandwich. I found when I arrived home that I was given 2 regular sized sandwiches. The establishment was not busy, no excuse for this to happen. Did not get what I paid for.
i dont know what was going on, but the roast beef was thick, chewy, and cold. the fries equally chewy and cold, and everything was flavorless and dry. would not recommend, theres more then enough restaurants on saginaw blvd pick any other one
Horrible experience at this place if you even happen to find it open. They are never open during their limited operating hour, I have no idea how this place is in business. They put as much care into making your food as they do making sure their store is open which is minimal. I would recommend avoiding this Arbies, drive 5 minutes away and go to the one in Lake Worth to save yourself a headache. Also they never answer the phone so there is no way to confirm if they are there or not
The drive through literally had a high chair placed in the entrance of the lane- so you could not go through the drive through. When I walked inside, everyone looked careless and clueless. I watched 4 people look at me and kept walking by cash register. Finally a girl approached me, and as I was about to make my order I noticed a hand written sign saying they were out of many things such as ARBYS SAUCE, mozzarella sticks, etc. I ended up walking out with no purchase. I cannot explain how I felt once I left, how is this place still open when it's literally running at 25% or less.
It look like it is abandoned! The parking lot has huge pot holes .. the grass is not cut and the bushes are dead...you can't eat inside... And the drive thu is so slow and we were the o ly o es there...we should have taken that as a hint...the orders are wrong the fries taste old...and they are out of Arby's Sauce!!!! How is Arby's out of THEIR sauce...will not go again
Horrible service. I know what it means to be understaffed but if you only have the drive thru running and can’t even put napkins or sauce in the bag or at least ask then don’t even Open the store. Very unwelcoming at the order menu and when delivering the food. Guess I should’ve checked before driving off and the line in the drive-through was full.
the staff they don't know how they talk to people
Open up the dining area if you're going to have business this slow. I'm counting 12 cars now waiting in line and some cars have already left. Get with the program like every other business around here or hire more workers to speed up during rush hours.
Went through drive through. Order was $8.00 even, man opened cash drawer with a key and gave no receipt. Pulled out drive through, no sauce, no straw and food was cold. Won't be back ever. Now I know why all the other fast food places around were packed with cars and no one was at Arby's.
I had come inside to place a to go order because the drive thru was backed up i was the only customer inside the store and I ended up waiting 30 mins for my order to get out to me. The cashier on the front end was filling orders and moving so slowly so was the person on slicer. I had ordered a market fresh turkey bacon ranch combo my bread wasn't toasted my curly fries and potato cakes were cold do was the beef and cheddar sandwich I had ordered. Grant it they did apologize but there was no reason for a customer that is inside the store to be waiting that long for a to go order. And I didnt even realize my food was they way it was till I got home my wife was already mad we had been waiting as long as we had
I've never seen this Arby's busy, and after getting food here twice I understand why. Both times I went inside this place, I was the only one there, and no one was in the drive-thru and my order took forever to get done. (I only order 2 sandwiches) I live within a mile of this place and when I got home both times my food was barely warm, and it tasted strange, ended up throwing out what I'd ordered both times.
First visit, about a month ago - location was out of roast beef and fish. Fine, supply chain shortages, I get it. Order something else - a roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich, I take it home, I go to take off the onions because I asked for no onions and smelled them on there and there is literally no meat on the sandwich. None. Sad lettuce, tomato, onion, and the bread was swimming in ranch. How do you forget the main component of a sandwich? Threw it in the trash because what the hell. I was willing to let one (expensive - for fast food) mistake go but, family went again just tonight. The employees working there completely forgot one of the meals we ordered, the roast chicken sandwich meal. We checked the bags and it looked like everything was in there, despite the cartons of fries being haphazardly thrown in there. We were mistaken, clearly. But, y'all should be double, triple checking that the order is correct and complete. This location is never busy, the parking lot is always empty, (starting to understand why!) but what I don't understand how stuff like this happens repeatedly. Staff doesn't give a care, I guess. This'll be my family's last time coming here. And you might as well save your canned copy paste response. This place is a joke.
I bought a fish sandwich and the fish tasted old. It was rubbery as though it had been sitting for as long time. The food there has consistently been bad. I store going there for over a year and figured I'd give them a shot but they are the same if not worse. The need to make the food fresh. I think you guys have lost a customer for life.
Where to begin. Me and some friends arrived at this Arby’s around 8:00 pm. We ordered our food around 8:10. The customer service was horrible. The two women in the back cooking our food looked miserable. Me and my friends sat in an empty Arby’s for more than 30 minutes waiting for my food. When I finally got my food it was stone cold. By the time I normally like Arby’s but this was probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had anywhere.
Horrible customer service. The attitudes of the drive-thru employees is garbage. I don't know why I bother honestly, I can't remember the last time I received a complete and correct order from this location. You want jalapeno bites? Nah, those aren't going in the bag. Beef and Cheddar you say? How about a regular plain jane roast beef instead. You paid for cheese sauce, no idea what that is. You expected your food to be warm, lol!
Hated it. Just hated it food was cold stale and hard. The fries were refried. Saturated with oil. Curly fries were like eating swords. My Greek gyro was soggy and the meat was almost like eating something that was cooked then microwaved so it was rubbery. We all had upset stomach aches for the rest of the night.
I do not understand how this Arby’s stays in business. In the past 3 months I have ATTEMPTED to eat here 4 separate times. One of the times, even though it was 12:15 pm, there was no one working the drive through or seemingly even at the restaurant even though the open sign was on, two other times they had no fries available, and no meat for roast beef sandwiches, I was told they could prepare a chicken sandwich, a salad with chicken or cheese sticks — none of which are what I come to Arby’s for. Finally today I decided to give it one more shot, pulled through the drive through and was told by the attendant they would not be taking orders for “another hour at least.” I will NOT be coming back to this Arby’s again.
I ordered a Jamocha shake with my meal, through Uber eats. While at home enjoying the football game on a Sunday evening after finishing my meal, I started drinking my milkshake, and eventually noticed no mocha taste, so I turned the light on, & saw no mocha or chocolate drizzle.... I was a vanilla shake.... I'm am really disappointed, this is the worst Arby's I've ever been to! This is the second time I've had bad service at this location, a year ago when I first moved to the area I ordered a Bacon Ranch Wagyu steakhouse burger, and it had no bacon in it!
I ordered a beef and cheddar double, with light red sauce. What I got was a bun with beef and dripping with sauce. No cheddar at all. Also the drive through girl was very rude.
Tried the new wagyu don't waste your time, I ordered three meals. And everyone of them were browned on the outside and pretty much raw on the inside. Had to pull the meat off and cook it in a skillet to eat it. Like arbys roast beef but they need to stick to that or train there cooks better. Worse burger I ever had....
There is a machine in the restaurant beeping at almost the volume of a fire alarm the entire time I was there for no apparent reason. None of the employees seemed to notice it. They are all probably half deaf from it by now. While the beeping was loud, it wasn't loud enough to drown out the employees (including at least one manager,) trash talking other employees the whole time I was there. It was a very negative environment. It didn't surprise me when after waiting almost 20 minutes, they still got my order wrong. People can't function in an environment like that. It was miserable and I won't be back.
I understand y'all are probably short staffed but if you are going to close at 7 pm at least shut off your sign board lights or put the hours at the speaker box. I sat for 15 minutes in a line just to find none in the store with every single light on. - adding this on. This wasn't even super late. It was 9:15 fairly reasonable time
We have the meats? My wife's sandwich roast turkey ranch and bacon had NO turkey. Had to walk to the drive thru to get there attention after knocking on window for various minutes. Finally came back to my car to eat my chicken bacon Swiss and it had no chicken! So disappointed after I found this out didn't even go back I was tired of it. Just check your food before you leave
I can deal with the employees that clearly don't want to be there working, I get it, I wouldn't want to work fast food either, and my order has always been fine, but it's the loud numetal music blaring throughout the restaurant I can't handle. Not family friendly at not appropriate for a meal.
The food was undercooked and cold. It took them nearly 30 minutes to make my food and all I ordered was a meal, there was one car in drive thru and I was the only one in lobby. This is ridiculous, the staff was rude and unruly. One of them smelled like pot and the manager lady kept yelling at the employees in front of me. I’m no expert but that sort of thing needs to be handled in private and not in front of customers. Sad this is the closest location to me because I will never be coming back here!!
We ordered lunch after my therapy today 11/13/2023 through the drive-thru. We ordered 2 sandwiches, a large crinkle fry and a cherry turnover. There was 1 car in front of us so they obviously weren't that busy. It took them forever to take the order, and read it back to confirm it. We pull around to the window and wait forever again. We thought it was to hear the turnover or cook fresh fries. We finally get our food and I quickly check the bag. The sandwiches and fries were there. We drove home which is on the other side of railroad tracks by Saginaw High School we opened everything and then noticed the turnover was not there. I tried to call several times, but the phone was either off the hook or disconnected from the wall. It's to far to drive back. This needs to be corrected on a district managerial level. I will go somewhere else. Tired of this happening!!FIX IT!!!
So I frequently eat out and every time I stop by this particular Arby’s, I always have an issue with something. It’s usually because the get my order wrong or the service is horrible. Today I went inside to place my order at 4pm. Was not busy, maybe 2 people in the lobby. The mgr was sitting down talking to someone. So I waited in line for 3-4 minutes before someone came up and he just grabbed the online ticket and walked away without even saying hello. The mgr walked back to the kitchen and started to make an order without washing her hands and then yelled from the kitchen “someone will be right with you”. I heard her say to another associate, can you see what the guy behind him needs. So he walked up to the counter and asked the guy behind me what he needed. After I gave him a puzzled look, he then asked me if I needed help. I told him “Yes, but if you are just going to help other people that walked up behind me, then I will take my business elsewhere!” The service here is HORRIBLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS ARBYS TO ANYONE! I went back inside to try and speak with the mgr but she ignored me. SMH
Biggest concern is for the workers. There is mold all over the ceiling tiles. Waited about 5-10 minutes to order and over 20 more minutes for my food. No one in my group of three even got half way through our meal before trashing it. Not warm and just didn’t taste fresh.
Girl at the windows was rude. I ordered a French dip. She left out the Aus Jus, so No French Dip tonight.
Ordered 2 sliders (no cheese) and a large fry. They "forgot" the large fry and had to be reminded. And they put cheese on the sliders... so I can't eat them (allergy).
A bunch of teenage ninjas who can't get an order right and once you drive off with your food they have their phone off the hook so that you can't call and complain. AVOID!!!
One of the first places we decided to eat since the first day of lockdown and not only was I surprised of the food served I was greatly dissatisfied with how the employees were utilizing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). The gentlemen at the kiosk was only wearing gloves no mask, the gentlemen with long hair in ponytail had no gloves, no mask, no apron, no hair net and was loading up bags with hot cakes and curlys. We are at 101,711 confirmed deaths in the U.S. with Texas having 60K infections. Try this spot at your own risk but be advised the cooks had no masks and look as though they are seniors in high school. I tried calling the location before posting but to no avail. Management, get an adult there with integrity to lead your crew. Make a difference and look after each other by protecting one another wearing PPE. Thank you for caring about my life as I care about yours.
Slow service and they didnt even give me one of the sides(peach cobbler roll) but I was charged for it. I didnt notice until I got home and tried calling but phone went straight to a busy signal every single time(have seen this apparently a common issue in other reviews of this Arbys). Filled out the review online and when it asked if I wanted to be contacted about the issues, I said yes. Arbys never reached out. I will definitely not be going back.
