Honestly I went through around midnight. So the line was drastically less than everyone says. And pretty quick too! I've never been during the day so I don't know what traffic looks like. But I had a good experience

The Wendy's late-night drive thru operation is consistently the overall best fast-food drive thru in the area. The line is always long, but always moving and the food comes out right and fresh. Please give your late-night crew another raise!! If they're not getting raises already, why not?

4 stars really but I know employees get the short end of the stick if low ratings. Great service, food, and quality for price. App order is fantastic for making low carb options for things like burgers wrapped in lettuce instead of bun. Would be 5 stars if the enter/exit was easy. Currently with covid-19 the drive through line is so full it goes to the highway and blocks traffic in a dangerous way. So another entrance or another line for drive through would be great. Otherwise the service itself is 5 stars.

This location is pretty good. A few years ago, it was actually pretty terrible but I think it had to do with who worked there or something.... I don't know, once I got a baked potato that smelled like FISH. They had NO fish on the menu whatsoever. It caused us not to go there for about a year after a number of disappointing visits. Like I said, though, that was a while ago. The food is usually pretty tasty when we feel like going there.

This Wendy's is always busy all day, and for good reasons - it is quick, efficient, and the food quality is consistently good for what you expect at a Wendy's. No other fast food restaurant comes close in efficient service. Maybe, Wendy's could train the others?

I should have snapped your tag and car pic for Uber but I gave you a break. The next person you do that to might not be so generous. So, slow down, take your place in line with everyone else.

Had two junior bacon cheeseburgers and a side of fries and it was delicious. As I unwrapped the first burger I couldn’t help but to think how cute it was, it wasn’t a small burger but it also wasn’t large. I imagined this is what they would call “lunch” back in 1972. I time traveled as I bit into the burger. I’d become a middle class IT technician on my lunch break enjoying a junior bacon cheeseburger, fries and a soda pop. As I finished the burger and fries, washing it down with an ice cold gulp of pop, I could only think about life and what we’re all doing here on this spinning rock. Thank you Wendy for taking me to another time.

I am not exaggerating in saying this is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've visited in about five years. Makes your average Chick-fil-A look like it's maintained by crackpots in comparison. And the food was piping hot. I can't explain this place except to wonder if it's some kind of competence anomaly transported by temporal vortex to our time-space from the past in which they keep the floors and tables clean, the condiments and drink area tidy, and did it all with a smile. The whole time I was eating I was looking around for explanations for its existence; it's almost like they felt a pride of ownership in their work and for their products. It's still just Wendy's, don't get me wrong, but it was as good as fast food can possibly be.

Orders were taken quickly and fulfilled quite fast. They do offer lettuce wrap on all their sandwiches so anyone on keto can easily order a quick burger.

On my lunch break , drive thru was hella long so I went in side. Seemed like they were super busy (2:15pm) I was 3rd in line placed my order and i actually got my food quickly and the staff was working quickly with a smile on their faces.

The 4 star is because of the time it takes. The employees are great, friendly, and we're apologetic about the time. We were in a rush & figured, hey there's only 3 cars in the drive-thru, got right to the order screen, but had to repeat our order numerous times. Then it took forever to get those 3 cars out. And it's on a busy section of a main street, trying to get out can be difficult, especially during rush hour traffic.

All is good, food is good n places good. 😋 Just wish that the food can start looking like an adult meal rather than a kids' meal. And this comment includes all of the fast food chain that are trying to rip-off people and not serve them what they paid for. Look into restaurant deals to get quality food.

When not busy they need to reread order (mobile) about special chgs, no one was even in the drive as inside wasn't open yet. WakeUp Mgmt, I was too nice, some dietary restrictions for some maybe a prob if they don't read order prior to making it, no mustard, etc

Wendy location is very close to a lot of business around. Access to Wendy’s parking lot is one way in and one way out. So make sure you don’t missed the entrance. The interior of this Wendy remind me of my childhood where the style still looks traditional compared to other Wendy’s I been to. Make sure you use their app to get great deals

We have gotten sick here twice and we are pretty sure they changed the type of oil to something along the lines of soybean oil, which we have varying allergies to. They are very attentive if you walk inside and order.

The experience was just fair. We had originally started out for Chick-fil-A but their line was out the drive and down the street. Instead of waiting we opted to go to Wendy's right down the street. The line was much shorter so I thought it would be an in-and-out experience. Wrong. It took us almost 15 minutes to get our food given that we were there 5th car in line that is completely inexcusable. The food was fair my chicken sandwich was cooked well but cold. my husband's hamburger was also very cold and very much a disappointment in the size of the burger itself. I doubt we'll be visiting Wendy's again very soon.

Very short staffed, waited in line inside for 15 minutes, only one person working the counter and one person filling the orders. Drive thru was an even longer wait and the parking lot is very narrow. If there is a line in drive thru and you're parked in a spot you will be waiting awhile before being able to back out.

The food here is pretty good for a fast food standard. They have a better quality consistency than the 2 Burger Kings in Walnut Creek combined. The only real complaint I have is that most of their staff clearly hate their jobs and project that on their patrons. This issue is the reason that I can only go as high as three stars. Food alone is a solid 4 stars. For me, that is the highest I will rate a fast food chain of this nature. 5 stars are reserved for higher end fast food places (more along the lines of In-N-Out) and restaurants. My personal favorite is the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich. As a chilli head, it has great ghost pepper flavor but sadly doesn't have the heat.

Food is good. The biggest problem currently is that the drive through is absolutely packed all the time. I rarely see less than 7 or 8 cars and the line often goes all the way to the street. 20 minute wait is not uncommon. Seems like there should be a way to staff better and avoid this.

The dining room is always a filthy mess. Tables and surfaces always with cup rings and the floor is always sticky. They don't seem busy when I walk in sometimes you would think they could keep it clean.

They only had one cashier and they were busy on a Friday evening. The drive thru was backed way up, circling around the restaurant. Not sure if it is always like that, it was the first time I visited this location but it took almost 25 minutes inside the store with only 2 people in front of me to get my order to go. They also don't have onion rings :( We don't eat fast food very often, but I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. The burgers were small, but they tasted better than most at other fast food places.

I don't know what it is about this location but it always tastes like no seasoning is used. The fries don't have salt and tonight i ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub burger and the patty tasted like it went from the package to the grill to the bun. About 2 years ago I enjoyed buying food from this location. Recently, on my recent 3 trips i find that it is difficult to communicate order details with their staff. I paid over $25 per order. I got home and discovered the hamburger only ketchup had everything on it. I asked for spicy nuggets but received original nuggets. Wendy's please train your staff to listen confirm and prepare customer orders the way we request them. Also, fluent english speaking is needed for drive-thru efficiency.

I didn't even want a refund until I was treated like this. I just wanted it fixed. The manager was working with me and he was fighting with me through the window. The manager should have sent him away. She just let it happen, even as I was like, OK if he wants to fight with me I just want a refund. Then he kept at it and she just let him. It took about 5 minutes to get my money back while this guy was calling me a liar. I just wanted the food that I ordered. I don't think I'll ever go back.

I'm deaf, and Wendy's has a sign in their drive-thru saying to pull forward if you need assistance. I've never had a problem before today, but whoever was on the headset refused to let me pull forward so I could read their lips. When I told him I needed to pull up because I couldn't hear him, he told my kids (who then had to mouth to me) "Don't pull up because then I can't hear you!" Are you kidding me?! YOU'RE ON A HEADSET! I have no words for people who don't care to understand how difficult it is trying to exist in a world where you can speak, but can no longer hear. I love Wendy's but we won't be back until this generation remembers who Dave was and how he helped those who were/are disadvantaged. They also didn't give me my Frosty tag after I paid for it, but we were on the way to the airport and couldn't go back for it, so I hope someone enjoys it.

Avoid this location. Don't bother using the app to order in advance. I ordered for dine in and went to the mobile order pickup. The guy at the register kept ignoring everyone that was not in the main line. After all the customers in line were served he finally got to us. My food had been sitting all that time wrapped up to go even though I ordered dine in. I told him I ordered dine in and he just stared at me and pushed the bag towards me... Then when trying to leave the parking lot all of the cars for the drive thru block the exit. This is not the first time this happened at this location. I will not be coming back to this one

Served us half day old cold fries in our order. Told them NON spicy bbq chicken nuggets for our daughter, and what do they do? Give us the spicy one when we explicity said not to. I'm so sick of people not doing their jobs, yeah things sucks for everyone, but it doesn't entitle you to not do your job properly. I won't come here ever again. Habit is closer and better, go there.

They said the caramel crunch frosty only comes in vanilla when online it clearly is available in chocolate. And there is literally no reason it couldn't come in chocolate. I was not told anything until I was handed the frosty, they should've told me at the speaker. It was clear she just didn't want to remake it. Threw it away.
