Terrible customer service waited over an hour for 4 meals on Saturday went back in a few days later ordered a 6 piece nuggets with small fries and the manager on duty tried making me pay for ONE sauce when its suppose to come with a sauce was very rude not sure what his name is but I do know he is the brother of the store manager

This is only the second time we have been here. Both times we have used the mobile app for carside delivery. NEVER AGAIN!! The exact same thing happened both times we were there, so I'll only talk about yesterday when I was there. I placed the order at 8:36 pm for carside delivery. Got there, entered our spot number and sat and WAITED!! We watched countless cars pull in, go through the drive through, and leave with their food. My app told me my food was ready at 8:38 pm. It was 8:58 pm when i finally went into the restaurant to look for my food! I walked in and 3 of the workers were just standing behind the counter screwing around, it was not busy at all! I asked where my carside order was. He picked up an empty bag laying on the back counter and said "for Sarah" i said yes. He started grabbing all of our food that was just sitting there in the warmer, right next to the bag! It had all been sitting there for almost 20 minutes! The fries were not salted with one speck of salt, all the food was cold. I spent over $30 on this, again! Mental Note - NEVER EVER go to this McDonald's again!! And never use the app if you go! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

honestly i live in st.james and I've seen this place decline in service. id rather go to a mcdonalds in a different town. it's common to have something missing from your order or have it be somebody else's altogether. once, I ordered from the drive thru, they got it wrong. I came in to correct it, and once again they got that wrong. it's very frustrating specially if you're in a hurry to go somewhere. Wouldnt recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Opens at 0600 on Saturday. I walk in with things still dark and the employee whom I startled says we don’t open until 0630. I said your website and door would disagree to which she responded we woke up late and so we’re not opening until 0630. Told me it wasn’t my fault (yeah no crap). I have a team to feed and no where to feed them.

Food is OK. But every time there's something missing from our order. Like we ordered nuggets with extra sauce, they didn't put it in again, but they charge you for it. They sure don't forget that part of it. This is just one example of our experience there.

If your not going through thr drive thru, don't expect any human interaction. You can stand at the counter and they will walk by and not acknowledge you, no matter how long you been there. The self checkout kiosk has ruined this place.

I order 4 happy meal with chesse burger and no onions, I got 4 happy meal with onions and no pickles, I order myself a spicy chicken sandwich with extra sauce and got no sauce, a larger sprite and got a small cola, I told them that I had order a large sprite and they gave me water mix with sprite, my daughter wanted a cheeseburger so I order it with extra pickles since she was upset that her cheeseburger had no pickles. They gave me a cheeseburger with only 2 pickles and I asked them how is that extra?? The man told me that 2 pickles are extra. DONT COME HERE if you have to double check there work.

You could order a water no ice and still have to pull into parking spot 2 to wait .

If you like not getting your food and bad service, stop by here. Nobody was in the store and still mess up orders. Went through drive through the last couple times and still have to go in to get full/proper food. What a waste of time and space!!

Super super slow service. Waited for someone to come to the till then had to wait for around 15 minutes just for my order. Two thirds of the wait they came and asked if I wanted a refund cause it was going to be a little longer. No adults in the building and only one person making food had gloves on. Seems like they only want to cater to the mobile app orders and not the lobby customers.

Oh boy where to start. Me and my girlfriend stopped here after an event in town to relax unwind and get a late bite to eat. Ordinarily I enjoy McDonald’s but this place if it were any other place I would write in to one of those restaurant make over type shows and request them come here. We stepped in the door and immediately saw tables that needed cleaning. We ordered the food and sat down to wait. We get our food and are missing items from the order and when we ask the server for it we hear swearing and hooting and hollering coming from the back. The same worker looks like she was plucked off the street and came in to work. No uniform or anything and wearing earbuds. We went to go fill our drinks and there was no ice. Our food was not put together well at all as seen in the pictures. My girlfriend got a pink 1/4 pounder and could not finish it (it ended up being raw) a group of three came in and it took forever for them to be served. Stay far away from here and the higher ups in the organization should consider shutting this place down.
